Waste of time
If it stated before download that unless I paid for the upgrade I could only save 5 clients I wouldn’t have bothered. I mean seriously? If I only had 5 Clients I wouldn’t have needed help to keep track. I don’t mind paid apps but please don’t hide and say free when it’s not.
Import?
Would be nice to have the ability to import our data instead of just backing it up. Otherwise it’s a nice little app.
Doesn’t sync
Purchased the founder pack but when I switched phones I couldn’t pull up my client list. I pulled out my old phone and there are hundreds of unsaved edits that refuse to sync. When it works it’s great. I love the apps functionality and clean look.
Good App but can enlarge client photo
I use this app for dog grooming and set the dogs profile picture sometimes I need a reference and want to enlarge the profile photo but there’s no option for that :(
Perfect
I work at a phone store and have plenty customers who don’t pull the trigger day. Found this “leads app” and it’s perfect. Got the lifetime membership so I can continue to build my portfolio so I can set some appointments and make some money!!! 🔥🔥

Groups
When I tried to backup my data, only one group is backup and that group has been deleted. All the active groups do not show up to be backup up.
Good but missing one thing.
This app is good but limited. For me as a one person business, I need something to record ongoing customer data. If I could add or customize more fields it would be perfect.
Exceptionally easy to use
Adding clients is as easy as touching a button. Editing clients is just as easy. Keeps track of ALL clients information, automatically alphabetizes, easy to send group emails or texts, keeps track of sales by name and / or month/week etc. Backs up data at the touch of a button. I have nothing negative to say about this app. I am very thankful I found this exceptionally helpful app.

Cuándo cogí este plan me dijeron que si pagaba la versión pro en aquel entonces era un solo pago y que no tenía que pagar más y que tampoco tenía que pagar por las nuevas versiones. Ahora me quieren cobrar mensualmente. Esto es una estafa

I contacted the developer and he got my clients back on the app. Note: I didn’t have the latest version of software. Great app it keeps improving with the updates. Advice keep your app updated.

Very basic client management app
This app is easy to use however very basic. I own my own dog training business and keeping track of training sessions, clients and their dogs vaccination status is very important. This app allows me to have a basic view of clients and add session notes which is fantastic. I really wish it allowed the uploading of files such as rabies certificates. It would be awesome if there were customizable fields you could add to each client profile. For example, I could add a few fields for each client’s dog’s info within their contact info. I’m currently still searching for the perfect app that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’m really hoping this one updates with some new features soon otherwise I may have to cave and purchase another one I have my eye on that allows all that I mentioned and more. I have all of my clients in this app and would love to not start over. *cough cough, developers! cough cough*
Data section
The data section is kinda useless! It really doesn’t serve much of a purpose that takes up a full screen. I rather see a place to store client photos they send me. Or a sales total of all my sales. That would be good at tax time.
It’s not that great
When you put in Client name, the name will be alphabetized by the first name not the last unless you type it in that way, type in the phone # and it will not give you hyphens to separate the number, I’m looking for something else.....
Start
Just found this app. Easy, simple. Should add a little more complexity. Like SALES: dates and $$$ amount. And ability to do simple math and do simple weekly or monthly reports.

Ok app with some missing features
I love that I can have active and archived clients with this but there’s a couple features I really wish it had. First, a basic calendar to track client appointments. And second, and primarily, the ability to add photos to each client. I like to keep pictures of the jobs I do with each client to have a good log

There is no way to attach any files to the database. And no way to import large file like 100-200 clients from csv file. That’s not good.

Great Start! Some features I’d love to see...
Super clean app. Does the bare minimum for CRM, but it’s a great start and has some potential. Some features I’d like to see in the next update or in the future: - Add custom To-Do lists: (ability to upload or copy/paste to-do lists used most often - Income & Expense tracker: Ability to track income, discounts, monthly or yearly expenses. - Home Screen: One-stop-shop where to can see a summary of everything in each category - Price sheets - Customizable email templates - Better Reminders and notifications via Apple Watch
Great for storing info for hair stylists!
I store my clients formulas and personal info in this app so I don’t have to in my phone contacts. I also had made some suggestions for improvements and they listened! Great app!

Great app but...
Got this app to keep track of all the clients I take care of and does great to keep pertinent information on hand. Major nitpick is I wish the creators gave you an option to post a picture of the client for future reference. Easier to remember a face than just a name..

Just easy way to set up for clients reminders etc recommend to buy 10$ so you can do unlimited clients and keep it moving from there!

This app is proving to be exactly what I want: simple and effective business contact app that is separate from my personal contacts and allows for reminders to contact my clients down the road. Good, simple, easy interface but an assortment of glitches need to be cleaned up and it could be perfect. Fix those and it would be 5-star for sure.

App curata bene ma do due stelle perché non si può interagire con imac o MacBook e non manda messaggi di massa tramite whatsapp e non so se non li manda anche normali perché non ho provato mi interessava tramite whatsapp
A great app in the making!
It’s a great start to an app, but it’s lacking in options especially in the “pro” version. It needs to have “license” as an option also you should be able to use it offline. An other thing it would need would be an option a camera scan to read the info on the ID of a client so the app has more purpose, like saving time. Thanks for the good work I’ll write a new review with the upcoming updates.

My data has disappeared no way to contact support!!!
I purchased the pro subscription I’ve entered more than 100 people and now I can only see 30 I cannot export this information, and there is no way to contact support!

Salve, ho appena scaricato l'app. devo dire che ha una grafica curata, ma il principale problema è che non invia messaggi di massa in automatico. Dopo aver creato il gruppo di clienti bisogna invare i messaggi uno alla volta. Che senso ha?? spero in un aggiornamento altrimenti sono soldi buttati...😔 P.S. non legge gli invii dei messaggi fatti con whatsapp

The app was very easy to use and had a lot of details. However after a while, it doesn’t matter how or where I’m connected to the internet, it won’t load my clients!

Great but needs updates
Nice layout and usability. Reminders is a bit glitchy, but otherwise I like it for storing client notes and contact info + reminders.
Needs more features for me
I need to be able to add pictures of clients and there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this. I would also need a more detailed notes facility.
Need customizable categories
I like the app, but I REALLY wish it allowed me to place my clients into certain categories based on my own business need. It has certain default categories like company, bank, etc, but these do not help me. It would also be nice to be able to customize my background screen, maybe different colors or what have you. Other than that I like it a lot. It works well for me and my partner.
