I lost my account
I have been playing this game since around 2019 and I stopped playing it for about a year. I downloaded it today and I can’t log back into my account, the game is saying that my account cant be found even tho apple has my purchases that ive made so there goes all that time wasted. lovely
Please work on it.
This game has been my favourite ever since I was young, I would always grind everday. I’ve reached up to the point where now I need to level up in order to do the next story mission, leveling up can take a while and this game gets boring. What’s also sad is that queuing up for team instances takes forever since no one really plays this game anymore and my friends are never online. Overall, amazing game, really grindy, I just wish we could co-op without having to wait 3 hrs for a match. I hope the developers are still developing the game.

ACC problem
Hey I downloaded the game after a while and tried to get into my acc, but couldn’t. It’s not like I did the password wrong. I was trying to log in using Facebook, however every time I touched the Facebook icon it would kick me out of the game. Anyone also experienced this or is it just me?
Great game
It’s an awesome game graphics are amazing the sound track really nice along with the levels and quest system but I had topped up and did not get my wings and now it says that i can’t sigh in cause it says account already in a game
Severely unblanced gameplay and terrible customer service
This game is pretty fun, decent graphics etc. But it’s utterly ruined by some of the features snaîl has in it. For example the main battle modes like pvp are 99% of the time versus bots. The battle royale 25v25 is fillled with alts, and almost all the matches are very one side with teams like 25v10. They’ve known about these problems for a long time, but refuse to fix/balance. Overall don’t waste your money on snaîl games. Go play a different mobile game by a company that actually cares about you. Additionally they have terrible customer service, taking more than 10 days to complete the simplest task. I recommend all players who spent money in this game to simply request a refund from Apple.

I can’t believe that after a year of playing this and came back after 1 year prior everything has changed for the worse, this game had the potential to become an amazing game that everyone could play but know prices have gone way up, the only possible way to beat or come close to being a good player is if you pay! Also please stop changing the servers
Disappointed but.
I’ve known this game for about more than 2 or 3 years. I got super addicted to it when I first found out about it, but then it suddenly just fell down on me. It got boring so I stopped playing it. But then I installed it again and deleted it again. The main reason why is because 1. I think the team instance takes so long to queue, especially if u don’t have friends who are not online, 2. It takes a while to level up for me, 3. It gets boring knowing that you have to level up at a certain level to do the next story stage. Maybe change it so that u can do it without a level requirement, see if it’s hard than us players know we need to get stronger to beat that stage. Honestly a lot of things change and I just find that this game isn’t that fun anymore. But I won’t give up on it easily. Please consider this, I would love to see a game that I’ve played for a while and enjoyed improve.

I really like that u made this a lot more free to play by adding that you can get wings in the free spin and how you had to pay money to get wings back in the day. Keep on making this game better. Really good game

When I’m playing in arena and versing the ninja sometime the ninja starts to kind of stun me and it rack up a bunch of damage and all I can do is watch my character slowly lose healh
Needs bug fixes ASAP!
As someone who enjoys playing this game everyday for the past few months . Since the Valentine update came out I have had nothing but bugs and glitches ever since. Where I can't log into a server cause I character is already logged on, And the constant errors when trying to do anything. It has become quite annoying and disappointing. Please fix this up!

Hi I always keep noticing the app disappears if it hasn’t been used recently. It’s done it on iOS 10 & 11. Not sure why your app disappears for. Which I then have to redownload the app again. I don’t like that. I want you to fix that.
