I had been playing this game for over 10 years and deleted both of my accounts and permanently banned me forever. Absolutely no reason after all the effort I’ve put into the game, I tried to contact support and they just tell me I’m banned for good???!!! Don’t waste your time or money. Fun doesn’t last.
Just started
Not sure what I think yet. Just started. It’s not bad mechanics. Haven’t encountered glitching. I’m sure there is plenty to explore. You’re not gonna get much of anything worth while unless you spend real world money, but still kind of fun. Had no problems teaming with someone. Bottom line it’s worth exploring more.

The game has had a decline in their player base since I started in 2013 which is understandable. But I think it could have been avoided. It has a very unique art style, a fun and engaging story (though it isn’t very emphasized), and gameplay is enjoyable with nice skills and mechanics. The problem is enemies are too strong and making money is very hard. The game monetizes itself heavily with its paid currency, and this has only gone up as players left the game. Today, most of the remaining player base are veterans who have dumped thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars into it. This crashed the economy, and now any good gear you may get require millions of gold which is virtually impossible for a regular free to play player. Some guides exist, but they are ineffective without the background knowledge of a veteran and require massive time commitments to make a profit. And if you are weak, without new players you keep getting put in empty lobbies and play the whole game alone until you reach the max level and get carried by people who have min-maxed everything. So, new free-to-play players can’t clear content because enemies are too strong. Because of that, they can’t make money. And without money, they can’t clear content. And it becomes a loop until the fresh new player; which is the lifeblood of an MMO, justifiably gets frustrated and quits. With increased monetization by devs, it is unlikely they will change the current system in order to not screw over their micro transaction whales. But it’s hard to blame them, the game was losing players and they had to find a way to make money again. This is what they have chosen. I think the game in reality is probably a 5 star game in terms of content, mechanics, pure gameplay and art style. But if I am advising a new player, I’d give it a 3/5 for the above reasons.

Completely Pay to Win
Impossible to become “good” without spending large amounts of money. Not enough low level players to complete certain missions without being ridiculously overpowered to solo zones by yourself. I used to play the game years ago and it was alot different. They have completely focused on whales instead of new players.

I like the game don’t get me wrong, I like the style of it, I mostly play games like this one. BUT this is the only one I have played that when a new event happens I go to the main ppl for that event and it ether crashes when I start to talk to them or right after I finish talking and then it crashes, every event! I’m not going to be a boohoo about it and drop the star rating, just want u guys too know about it, maybe it can’t be a easy fix on your guys/gals end maybe not, I also don’t think I’m the only one this happens to. Banned for something out of my control
I’ve played arcane for 13 years and logged in Christmas Day to find out I’ve been banned for “spending refunded platinum”. I’ve made payments all through out the past two weeks and spent good money I’m getting my money back now I’ve supported this game my entire childhood and early adulthood. They don’t contact me to solve the problem they just pull the trigger and ban a pay to win player Arcane legends player ( Filthz ) The issue has been resolved as of January 17th 2026 your way too late thanks tho
Facebook log in isn’t working
I have been playing this game and I remember having this issue way back 7 years ago as far as I remember, but since halloween update came. I am here again having issues on not being able to log in into facebook if you guys aren’t going to fix this, how else am I supposed to get my stuff in that account….
Was literally a 5 star game
Finally found something similar to wow bc but you literally have to spam attack. Why not press the button and it automatically does it? Why would people want to tap the screen over and over they aren’t even real buttons half of the time it doesn’t register.
Free mmo
It’s free but riddled with scammers. Their in game currency is even scammy. Hoarders inflate/deflate auction house so you’ll almost always get scammed on prices unless you have friendly guild. But it’s free. I can’t complain too much.
Fun Adventures
Super solo friendly. Lots of content. Only three classes but a surprisingly great number of builds so you can play your style.
Completely dissatisfied
I originally started playing this game back in 2015. At that time on an android. I recently had interest in playing again and upon reaching on to support I was spoken to rudely after doing research and informing the individual, Lindsay, that I could obtain proof of financial along with my order numbers from my GMAIL. Etc. However, upon furthered research I came across that the protocol and system was different back then when switching to iPhone from android especially with an account back from 2015 so I did not have an email only connection through play store . I had even asked to speak to someone else or escalate the ticket. I’ve sent numerous tickets since and haven’t heard no response with various follow up emails. I’ve exhausted all options and it’s extremely disappointing and I don’t even feel the excitement in joining the community for something I once loved so much anymore. If I could rate my recent experience and the way I was treated it’ll be 0 stars. The game itself was great, when I actively played, fast forward now I guess things have changed.
Fun game. Great graphics.
This is a fun game. Moves smoothly. I only wish there was more customization when creating characters, and definitely when choosing your class with your character.
I hate the login setup now
Why do you need a authentication or device not authorized to use that account in a new device like why? How would other players play their main accounts without the email c’mon STS REMOVE IT
Honest review as a new player
The game is alright, though the graphics aren’t as great as some mmorpg games, it’s mechanics are decent. I found that a lot of players that have stronger gear have spent either a lot of money for the in game currency or spent a ton more time getting the gear. It’s difficult to start as a new character but it’s fun getting to understand the lore and levelling up. 3/5 is justified for the games graphics and how difficult it is to get to some people’s strength.

Many of us have brought rlly expensive pets and opened them but later on regretted it ... Can u add a system where u can re-egg ur pet for storytokens but only costing 20-30 storytokens. I and many of my friends in the game are using pets such as nekro and he is no use anymore pls add this so that we can get our golds back as we have spent real money on plat in order to get gold. Can u add this in the next update many people have requested this ,more than just me and my friends Thank you

The first mobile game I played
It been 10-14 years since I have been playing this game and it’s harder than I usually play when I was a kid. I thought my game was banned because of inventory filled and I didn’t even know until I recently redownload the game again to see the inventory, I was stuck in level 27 when I redownload it and wasn’t able to get further to the story. But now that I have played for a decade now, I’m level 82 now and I want to see this game go beyond. 5 star I would give because I really enjoyed this game and new friends ahead.

Got banned for no reason after spending 100s of $ on game
I only played this game for about 1-2 months and I just received a “permanent ban” for “account sharing” when that never happened I feel as if this company robbed me of my money and clearly doesn’t care about there community I would highly recommend not supporting this company they are very shady.

I stopped playing the game bout 3-4 months ago. Then I heard about the expansion so I got back to it. I checked the store and the amount of platinum a player needed to buy gold was less cheaper before and now its way to expensive. So please change it
Not bad overall
It is worth persevering with, it’s pretty good. It’s probably not for me though as I like to be able to customise my character a lot more than this, I’d be able to get past it if it wasn’t gender locked.

Expensive pay wall to gain nothing
Don’t waste your time with this game anymore after today I officially quit and I’ve played for years. The honest truth is there are about 200 active players and every event and or expansion pushes you to buy In game currency which they tampered with drop rates so you don’t loot anything unless you spent hundreds. The developers are terrible people stay away from this game indefinitely

Terrible
Spent years playing, refunded platinum that looked like double charge. I connected with support they told me to send a refund request to my bank. Next thing you know I was banned. They don’t email me asking what happened or to pay for the platinum that looked like I have gotten. I would have indeed just sent money back to them if it was a mistake on my end. They do not care about players. Game is hanging by a hook.
