I have been using Lockit for years as a backup password app but now it might get promoted to first string.
Buggy new version
I’ve been a paid customer for years now. Always worked great. The new design / version brought in a few bugs, one being a 100% “crash quit” when you click on the + button to create a new entry. I can still use the existing entries, but cannot create new ones. Very frustrating.
Lockit
Works. Big miss is inability to transfer passwords to another smartphone. Categories are not helpful. Easier just to use search feature.

Locks you out for days at a time
About two or three times per year I get locked out on a timed out error. I have contacted the developer on a number of occasions and never gotten a response. I just have to wait for the two or three days. This time when I get back in I will remove all of my passwords and look for a new platform. This time it has cost me not only time but money as I have missed a deadline. If you are okay to occasionally go days without access to your passwords then go ahead great app when its working but if it is important to access your passwords whenever needed then stay away from this one.
App not opening after update
Great app and just recently updated but it does not open!!! Please fix.
Does It Work?
I had this app some years ago, and let my subscription lapse. A few days I subscribed again, for the PRO version. I can’t get into it on other devices other than my phone, even though PRO allows other devices. I’ve sent an email for assistance as when I click to send authentication code to my email nothing happens. No code comes through, not in my junk/spam folder either. I use to really like the app, not so sure about the support though. Hope I’ve not wasted my money. I’m beginning to wonder if this was my best option now.

I found this app very secure and easy to use. I use this app frequently to keep all my information.
Years long user, now disappointed
Was a great app, never had any connectivity to autofill into websites as described, but was easy enough to work around. I've had issues with the app for well over a month and I've been emailing them ever since. Funny story, after 6 emails now, their "priority support" is well... Non-existent. Do they even still exist? Their website holds NO information. No way to get in touch. Stay far far away from this app, present users, run... Apple look into this.
App is not syncing between devices
I am paying for a service for the app to sync between my devices, and the app is not working and the support departament is not answering my emails
This was great, but…
As of yesterday, does not allow me to log in with my master password on any device. I can do it with touch but I know that won’t last. Tries to sync but is unsuccessful. I think this is app has been abandoned. Hasn’t been updated for over a year. Am migrating to another manager and changing all my critical passwords ASAP because god knows where my passwords are right now…

Broken. Don’t download.
This app has been inaccessible for days. It just times out on launch. And, while I supposedly have VIP support, no one responds to my emails.
Love this app BUT
I love having my passwords handy. However, I set it up too complicated and wish I could take the categories away and just make an alphabetical list. Undoing is quite lengthy and complicated.
Loved the app forgot that password, tried to reset about a dozen times… no reset email ever sent.
This is a secure way to carry personal info with you all the time; credit card info, passport info...things that are not close when you need them.
No support
I used the app on my 6S and had over 100 entries. Loved the app... Bought a new XS and setup the phone via the apple method of pairing the phones. After getting everything transferred over Lockit refused to recognize my password essentially rendering it useless and not allowing me to access the information. Left messages on the dev FB page and by FB message without any response.

I was getting error every time trying to synchronize second device. I wrote to Lockit support, and they never came back, just no answer. I had no choice but to delete it and go for another app.
Was a great App
I loved this app and used it for many years. However in updating my phone it requires a verification code that is supposed to get sent to my email but never does now making it inoperable. Can’t seem to get any response for support either. So sad because I had stored a lot of information here.

I’ve have been using this app for a long time & now I can’t access it. It just doesn’t work anymore.
Can’t even open the app
Just downloaded version 3.2.0 and now I can’t even open the app. Face ID or putting your password immediately crashes the app. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me especially when I’m paying yearly to use the app.
Can’t access with iPhone 11 because used finger print as password
I liked this app. I had my finger print as the shortcut for the login password to the app because it was long and complicated. I got an iPhone 11, which no longer has a home button for the finger print and now I’m locked out of the app.

Wow! How many passwords do you have??? I have too many to keep track of and this app is perfect for all of them. Now I only need to remember one password….how to get into my password keeper. Safe/secure/never have to worry

Can’t upgrade any more, so can’t add records or access from more than one device. No response from Support. You’ll end up re-keying everything into another App.

Best thing I found is you can so fare add a blank card say a Pet Value which there is not as fare as I know and save it until there comes to be one or you simply find your card ; add more as I learn more , still in testing mode to me .. Thanks , bye ..

Terrible Customer Service
I recently upgraded my Apple phone and have since been locked out of this app! I have contacted customer support via email multiple times and no response.There is no phone number listed as a contact so I am unsure what to do now as I have all my private and personal information stored in there.
