Schnell und sicher
Update nicht möglich
Ich habe mich schon öfter über dieses App und den komplizierten Aufbau und die Benutzerunfreundlichkeit geärgert. Jetzt erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung, daß ich mein App aufgrund einer alten Version updaten muss, um es zu benutzen und kann es nicht, weil der Update Button im App Store nicht funktioniert/reagiert! Immer wieder mal eine neue Hürde! 😡

Das Springen der Anzeige bei den Kontoumsätzen nervt
Hallo liebe Entwickler, jetzt gibt es die App schon sehr lange, aber ihr bekommt es leider immer noch nicht hin, bei der Anzeige der Kontoumsätze das „Springen“ beim Runterscrollen der Hauptseite bzw. beim Hochscrollen von der Liste zu den ersten Umsätzen zu unterdrücken bzw. angenehmer zu machen… Sehr schade, ich finde dieses „Spingen“ unübersichtlich und sehr nervig. Danke für Eure Bemühungen.

HVB Banking mit x Passwörtern und einer Kombination aus Internet und App ist extrem benutzerunfreundlich.
Gut, aber verbesserungsbedürftig
Einige Sites und Grafiken laden nicht richtig und stören das UX sehr. Diese fixes sollten eine Kleinigkeiten sein, jedoch die User experience stark erhöhen. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass seit längerem nicht mehr konsequent an der App weiter entwickelt wird , sondern lediglich erforderliche Sicherheitskopien geschlossen werden. Nachdem hierfür jedoch wahrscheinlich kein Budget zur Verfügung gestellt wird, wird das wohl auch noch länger so bleiben.
Anmeldung
Die App ist sehr kompliziert beim anmelden und mit dem Apps und dann da kommt man immer wieder durcheinander dann fliegt man wieder raus. Also mir gefällt sie überhaupt nicht.

Suchfunktion wurde verbessert.
Bei der Suchfunktion wäre es gut wenn man den maximalen Zeitraum der Daten von Anfang an angezeigt werden kann. Sonst macht die App was es machen soll.

Zu viel Werbung, die immer wieder aufs Neue weggedrückt werden muss. Die Darstellung der Kontoübersicht könnte größer sein.

This is one of the, if not the worst of all banking apps I have ever had the misfortune of having to use. Information about one’s own account is so mired In substructures, one has to spend hours trying to figure out just to what the last 6 months of activities were. It is wholly unintuitive and overly complicated. It was better before the last update. Leave it to us Germans to overthink stuff and get so lost on details that the most basic functions become a chore.

So much has improved over the years and now it’s easy and convenient to access and navigate. Scope is excellent and drill down is easy too. I use it daily now.

Die neue Version ist deutlich langsamer, stürzt häufig ab. Kann nicht sehen, was da übersichtlicher oder besser sein soll. Zusätzlicher Click für die Anmeldung erforderlich. Ärgerlich. Möchte die Vorgängerversion wiederhaben.
Lousy website
Whenever I am trying to use your online banking I’m getting butterflies in my stomach. You are obsessed with „Sicherheit“. I am banking with my American bank and my English bank. Both are user friendly. What is your problem with logging in with a thumb print. It’s sufficient for the police worldwide but not for Hypovereinsbank. Fire your silly web designers and make your website user friendly.

Terrible user experience
I've never had an app that's caused me more frustration and actual trouble in my life. The latest in a long string of problems came tonight while trying to log in through the app and discovering my app-TAN feature has been disabled without any explanation. Going to the website tells me that I can only enable this via the app, but the app tells me that I can't even log into the app without active TANs, so I need to ever so conveniently visit my physical bank branch for help. Wonderful news as this comes on the first day of a business trip to a city without any HVB branches. I'm so thankful I have a second bank account with a different bank so I'm not stranded without access to my money.

Übersichtlich und Unkompliziert. Die App Bekommt hoffentlich in der Zukunft nich weitere Funktionen und einen Übersichtlicheren Anmeldebildschirm, jedoch ist die App insgesamt sehr gut.
Could be better
The app is just not that intuitive. It could be much more user friendly. Though after years it’s good to have something easier to use than the HVB online banking page. Also you FINALLY offer the app in English, but only the headings? That’s not so helpful.
Naja - funktioniert nicht immer
Die App wäre echt gut, wenn sie jederzeit verlässlich funktionieren würde. Im Moment kann ich mich nicht einloggen, da sie von mir mal wieder das Passwort will und wenn ich es eingegeben habe, hängt sie sich auf und nix geht mehr. Ähnlich bei der App Tan: relativ häufig kann ich die letzte Ziffer der Pin nicht eingeben und komme nicht weiter. Ich muss dann immer das Telefon ausmachen und danach geht’s wieder. Unter Dutzenden von Apps ist das die einzige bei der das nötig ist. Das nervt.... Februar 2021: App upgedated und jetzt komm ich nicht mehr rein - Serverfehler... Toll - es soll besser werden, stattdessen wird’s schlechter...

Diese App ist seit Jahren veraltet. Ueberweisungen waren nicht moeglich, Log-in Daten wurden oft vergessen und Buchungen dauern ewig, dafuer wird aber ein stolzer Preis kassiert fuer die Kontofuehrung. Nachts ist angeblich jeden!!! Tag Datensicherung, daher online Banking nicht moeglich, meist 1-2 Std. Dauer, sowas kenne ich von meinen anderen Banken nicht, hier heisst es dann wirklich Banking 24/7 und auch Ueberweisungen, nicht nur Kontostandsabfrage. HVB, muss noch bei vielem aufholen!!
Inzwischen wirklich sehr gut!
Nachdem ich mich vor einigen Jahren negativ über die damalige App geäußert habe, muss ich die HVB für die jetzige App einmal deutlich loben. So macht digitales Banking richtig Spaß!
Schlechteste Banking App die ich kenne
Die HVB wirbt mit innovativ und intuitiv. Genau das ist die App nicht, stattdessen hausbacken und kompliziert. Mehr Klicks als vorher. Bisher genutzte Funktionen wurden versteckt!
Gute App
Manchmal hat die App technische Probleme und ich kann mich nicht einloggen - somit dann auch nicht online vom Computer, da ich dazu die App brauche. Alles andere top! Einfache Anwendung und cooles Design.
Funktioniert, aber …
Um meinen Kontostand zu überprüfen oder kleine Überweisungen zu machen funktioniert die App, aber … das AppTan verfahren ist sehr umständlich, bei anderen Banken kann ich mit einem swipe eine Transaktion bestätigen, Push Nachrichten funktionieren überhaupt nicht (iPhone) weder bei mir noch bei meiner Frau, und generell ist die App nicht so benutzerfreundlich wie bei anderen Banken. Ich hoffe dass das verbessert wird …
Es fehlen Funktionen vom Online Banking
Die App läuft stabil aber zum Beispiel kann man keine Auslandsüberweisungen Ausfuhren. Das wird auch nicht kommuniziert.

Az új verzió valóban jól működik. Kicsit szokni kell ugyan, hogy mi hol van benne. Hiányossága, hogy csak a hitelkártya-forgalomhoz lehet push-üzenetet beállítani, a számla-tranzakcióhoz nem. Die neue Version funktioniert wirklich gut. Man muss sich ein wenig daran gewöhnen, was wo drin ist. Der Nachteil ist, dass man eine Push-Nachricht nur für den Kreditkartenverkehr einrichten kann, nicht für die Kontotransaktionen.
Die schlechteste Banking App die ich jemals hatte
Die App und der ganze Prozess mit der AppTan ist absolut lächerlich. Ich habe ein neues Handy und muss dafür über meinen Computer das AppTan Verfahren abschalten um die App auf dem neuen Telefon nutzen zu können. Dummerweise brauche ich aber eine AppTan um mich in meinem Konto einloggen zu können ... was ich aber durch meinen Computer wart freischalten kann. Absolut sinnlos! Auf dem anderen Handy hatte ich Problem mit Fingerprint einzuloggen und musste immer eintippen. Auch sonst ist die App eher schwer zu verstehen.
AppTAN activation not available on ipad
On the ipad, the app lets you enroll into the appTAN process, I received the letter from the bank with all instructions to activate the feature but there is no way of getting that "Aufträge zur Freigabe" or any other option when using this app on ipad. Well, we are in the 21st Century and iOS is the same whether you use it on iphone or ipad. I use an ipad pro because it is more comfortable to work with a big screen and I live abroad, so AppTAN is vital to me. I do not think it would be a big deal to bring that app to the ipad or at least to activate the appTAN when used on an ipad. Please update ASAP! Edit: I tried on the i-hone as well and there is no way to get the appTAN ID reg to finish the process... So I am stuck with a useless app and a useless letter from the bank. Edit2: The issue was actually partly on me as I had reinstalled the app just after having started the registration process, and doing so, the hash is not available until you call the hotline to disable the current code. After disabling the code, I could restart from scratch and now, the hash is available... I think the process is quite heavy as the hash should not change when reinstalling the app or the device.
