Used to be GREAT!
I’ve used this app for years, and it worked wonderfully! I paid they asked for it at the time, and it served me well for my family’s evolving situation. Then the developers, it seems, saw an opportunity in the panic some immigrants are feeling these days. The coaxing to pay too much for additional bells and whistles began at a drip that turned into a relentless torrent over time. The pressure campaign to “upgrade” to some expensive premium subscription now makes the app very annoying to use. It drove me to find an alternative that was far more affordable, and actually worked better than this. Using both apps simultaneously, I found out that updates to cases were sometimes days late on here. The two cases I was tracking were approved days ago, and this apps was still not up to date when I deleted it yesterday.

You basically see what already shows in USCIS website. If you pay for it (as I did), you will get more info, but in my case that additional info wasn’t correct. So basically, waste of money.

Not sure how analytics are calculated on your case, but are not making sense to me in terms of forecasting, we’re in 2026 year, forecasting is showing 2024 still. At least explanation about what analytics is doing. Or at least the meaning of the analytics and how it should help me with. With that in mind, besides no ads, what’s the other benefit of having Pro.

You can make money by not ruining the experience. I once used it to track cases. Now it is a hot mess. My ad free purchase not showing since I changed my account. Now it is a subscription and it makes no sense. It is best to avoid this app.

Assinei para ter as análises que o app promete mas está tudo atrasado. Está comparando como se ainda estivéssemos no ano de 2025. Comparativos sem sentido. Na previsão de “what’s next on your case” está falando que o próximo status será de “case received” sendo que não faz sentido se o meu caso está hoje como status “still being processed”. E teve dias que apareceu anúncio também. Achei que assinávamos para não ter mais anúncio.

It takes forever to load anything. With the new eagle, it loads data even if an instance of the app is already open. My previous rating was a 5 star but unfortunately the new update is really bad.
