Ding top is the best top up app I have ever seen
Thank you for this amazing app this app really worthless
Rewards
Esta aplicación te da la opción de ganar puntos pero nunca los puedes canjear es falso
Jazz Package
App is really good and useful. Specially for overseas users. But why there is no Jazz Packages? I can only see recharge. It would be a complete package if Jazz Packages available in the app, like other networks. Thank you
I didn't like it, I thought it was bad
Why didn't I understand and how do you explain it's not like that it works and also only stays in automatic recharge and when I try to fix it says it's going to stop and not every 7 days it keeps recharging without me sending it spends my money on recharge every day this is getting boring I've complained a lot and they don't stop I've already gone to ask for help but it doesn't work
Promo code
I am new user and i’ve been trying to top up for my family in Afghanistan but its a month trying to use 50% promo code but i receive error I even tried using three new different emails, same issue occurs. However, when i try without promo code the transaction goes through successfully.
Worked as Advertised
Quite truthfully was skeptical. But works abroad without the need to buy a physical load. There is a fee but it’s worth it especially if you don’t have a local number.
Scammers
I’m very disappointed with this business. I was told my order was delivered, but I never received it. After contacting customer service, I was not given a clear solution or proper help. It feels like I was misled and lost my money without receiving the product I paid for. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Peter
The exchange rate for Cuba is outrageous. 1 USD buys 250 pesos in Cuba here you need GBP 8 to buy the same amount!
Does not work
Last couple months it’s not working. I’ve been trying to send top up using multiple cards. It is saying we’re having difficulty processing your top up. 🙄
Data works well, a few issues with the service
Purchased a 20 gig E-sim for Morocco twice. Data worked smoothly. However both times I was given 18 gigs of Data instead of 20. Also once the purchase is complete both times they did not send me a QR code with my email so I had to get the link from customer support who were helpful
Satisfied
Satisfied with their service
THEY WILL BAN YOU FOR NO REASON
I discovered I was banned for literally using the app for the reason it was made to be used. You can’t make this stuff up. It’s insane. Now I’ll take my business elsewhere. They didn’t even allow me to appeal, I talked with an agent about my issue and then 30mins later they told me that I need to find somewhere else to go because I’m banned. I used to love this app, and I told alot of people about it now I will tell them to find a different app because they might be randomly flagged and banned when their family is in need. I am disappointed by this lack of consideration and the callousness with which they just told me to kick rocks. Nasty.
Excellent
Excellent in service .. im happy I sent load and gift card to loved ones in the Phillipines ❤️
Expensive
Rates are too high compared to others
EXPENSIVE 💰
The app works great but is expensive to send a load as they give you crappy exchange rates. For example today: Philippines Current exchange rate ₱57.46 = $1.00 So a ₱500 should cost around $8.70 Instead they charge $13.99 That’s a $5.29 difference… or in pesos a ₱303.96 difference. That’s a huge markup. As soon as I find a different way to top off I will no longer use Ding Top-Up.
Satisfied
Ding is a fast and reliable app for sending international mobile top-ups and gift cards and perfect for staying connected with loved ones. The interface is simple, and transactions are always smooth. Highly recommended for hassle-free global recharges!
completely sucks
don’t waste your time on this app
Nice
Cool!!
Was Great!, Until it wasn’t.
Worked great most of the time (except for the Jollibee & 7 11 gift cards). Used regularly for almost 10 years. Now they want me to email them my ID for using PayPal or Google Pay. Google & PayPal verified me already, that's all that is required. Deleted my account today.
Tariff
Why did you increase your tariffs
Claro - Costa Rica & tigo - Guatemala
I’ve been using ding top up for about two years with no problem to recharge phones in Costa Rica and Guatemala. I charge it to my credit card or Apple Cash. I started in 2022 and now still using it in October 2024. I normally go with the plans for the GB data more than the minutes.
Expensive
You have to pay 3 times more of what they receive in country you’re sending. Scam app
Recharge djezzy
J’achète assez souvent des recharges on m’envoie un code promotionnel de 10% j’ai voulu effectuer mon achat à plusieurs reprises j’ai rentré le code. Ce code est invalide. J’ai essayé au 6/7 fois si ce n’est plus. Déçue pour ma part. Du coup je n’ai rien acheté. Cordialement
Tech problems
Every time I open the app it hangs. Will not recongicd contacts either. Only way to use is to delete it and reinstall. This used to be a great app. Its awful these days.
Too expensive
It was a good app but DAMNNN it’s so expensive and they took off the 200 that I always get. And after an update they’re WAY MORE EXPENSIVE!
Hii
we need to add delete option in ding app, when someone wants to cancel a transaction
to much
its taking all my money
Reduce recharge limit
Please try to reduce the limit of recharge from $5 to $2 for Liberia.
There are hidden fees
The app does not allow you to change your currency. I purchased a 200 MX Peso plan and the app charged me 273 MX Pesos ($14.49) based on the current exchange rate. So Ding makes about 50% mark up on the bank conversion rate. This is a very significant hidden fee! I did contact tech support and they changed my currency to MX Peso for future purposes. So I pay 200 Pesos for the 200 Peso plan. But I noticed their add on fee doubled from my USD purchase. Either way they get their fee, but it is not hidden any more.
Exchange rate
Hi the exchange rate is too high compared to other apps thanks
Amazing app
This app is really amazing and user friendly! I would recommend it to everyone.
Abdul
I have topped up my nephew’s mobile number 3 times using ding and it never reached him although the app cut the money from my account
Easy, Convenient
It’s very easy to use and convenient. I had some minor issue with it at first but then they quickly fized it for me. Also they offer great bonuses making the price so much more cheaper and affordable!
If there was a better option I wouldn’t be using this.
It’s fast and reliable but cost too much for no reason. The price you pay isn’t worth what u get. They tax the payment and STILL take some off the top up your sending. Y’all robbing people for real. If I find a better recommendation I’m dipping.
Good app
Works pretty well.well done🙂👌
Good job
Je vous découvre grâce avec Hirry kme suite a une poste aur whatsapp 🙏🏽
Why are you promoting that it was $4797.48 JMD Now $14392.44 they receive 13432.94 but they don’t ?
Thief !
Recommend
I will recommend this app its so convenient and easy to use.

Does not work
Tried recharging phone number overseas and it did not work. They are trying to avoid refunding. Never use this app.
super easy & super fast
This app was so much more easier and faster than other apps. Overseas received the top-up in that same minute. Definitely recommended.
Expensive
Just sending 100p becomes 126.99p. That’s 25% charge that’s disgusting really
Very Good App
Simply easy and fast
