Everything I entered the receipt number and try to add the car it gives an error saying something went wrong. I thought of not downloading it but thought the developer might have worked and fixed the issue but nothing happened.

I'm a U.S. Citizens I believe all of us have rights like everyone else I have been applying for my family since last Mach 2023 and I never received any response about the application process my family still struggling in Haiti and the people who are not even residents have been applied for the family they have been approved I really can't understand that process and why it is like that.

Unable to add cases
This app does not work. I have literally been trying to add a case to it for a week now and all I keep getting is an error stating.. “Oops! It seems we’re having trouble connecting to the internet or the USCIS website is down.” I know my internet isn’t the problem and I’m certain the USCIS website isn’t down.
