Poor App Experience
It is next to impossible to find products at local stores using the app. It says to “turn on location to view stores near you” but then sends you to iPhone settings where location activity is not an option. So I literally can never see which stores near me have the product available in my size. Even searching by zip code doesn’t work. Fix it please
Lululemon Never Lost Keychain
I absolutely love my blue keychain the long strap that I can either use around my wrist or just grab it go. It’s a plus that it’s the same color as my Jeep!!! I just brought my cousin and aunt one same color 💙.
Unreliable app
The website appears to be unreliable. I selected Black pants, but my order confirmation showed a completely different color, Mahogany Muse. As a result, I spent over 40 minutes with customer service and had to place a second order at my own expense. An e-commerce platform should accurately process customer selections and prevent errors like this. Very disappointing experience, especially as a first-time customer.
Where’s My Size?
I love all things lulu, but they seem to be dropping their bigger sizes:(
Terrible update
I don’t understand why these apps keep “fixing” things that aren’t broken. It’s too click intensive now and annoying to search through. Should’ve kept it how it was as there was nothing wrong with it. Buttons are hard to find. Save for later is a separate page and god forbid you want to remove anything. You have to keep going back and forth as it exits out of it every time. So annoying
Customer service questions
Unfortunately, I cannot call a store directly to ask a question at the Store Level, which is highly inconvenient. I cannot purchase an item in store and have it transferred to a store closer to where I live. If I want to purchase the item for pick up in store and cannot get to the store for seven days. I am at a loss because I cannot call the store to ask them to hold it for me.

Delivery
I ordered a pair of men's abc pants and received a woman's call Tshirt. I needed those pants for a work trip and now I don't have them. I am very upset that this happened.

Swiftly relaxed shirts
Style change inconsistent. Used to wear size 6. The fit changed and my size went down to 2. Next time I purchased the same shirt in a different color the size changed again. Now I’m a 4. Have returned several of these shirts due to this change. On top of that the sleeves are now too long and have to be altered.

Lululemon is hands down one of my absolute FAVORITE brands! I probably spend more money here than anywhere else because I truly love the quality, comfort, styles, and how long everything lasts. ❤️ My only real disappointment is the lack of availability in sizes 14 and up. So many of the cutest new styles, colors, and popular items seem to be available mainly in the smaller sizes, and it can be really frustrating when you love the brand but can’t get the pieces you want in your size. I would LOVE to see Lululemon offer more of the same styles and colors consistently in sizes 14, 16, 18 and up—not just a limited selection. There are so many loyal customers of all sizes who want to wear and spend money with Lululemon too! Please give us more options! ❤️
App damage
I was trying to buy 4 items and in checkout was was saying I had 5 items in the cart. It was an urgent shop and it keep saying something was wrong and didn’t let me checkout. Very frustrating
Very good app, something important missing
The only thing that is missing is the product details and other informations on the product. ie: product material and care can only be found on the website.
Lags A Lot
App is really slow. It’s impossible to check out or filter searches. Updated it but it only got worse.

The Lululemon app has become one of my favorite tools for staying active and organized. The layout is clean, the shopping experience is smooth, and the workout content is genuinely motivating. I love how easy it is to track my orders, explore new gear, and jump into classes whenever I need a boost. It’s reliable, intuitive, and feels like it was built for people who actually move.
Latest update is garbage
The latest update is the worst thing Lulu had done to their app. It constantly freezes and makes shopping with it not worth it.
Overpriced
These shorts are beautiful, structured and high quality. They fit beautifully. I do think these are overpriced. No matter how great they are, I’m disappointed Lululemon is asking this much for a pair of women’s shorts.

Changed from 1-2 days to 7 or more. Yet the app will tell you a potential date of 2-4 days.
Disappointed
For the first time, I received a delivery from Lululemon that I believe was not reflective of what I have become accustomed to. This purchase was important to me on two fronts. Mother's day gift and mobility support. As much as I appreciated the communication surrounding the delivery, I felt a sense of deflation when I learned the products would arrive separately. My excitement was further reduced when I saw the way each item was shipped. They appeared to me as though they were previously used as the outer packaging were disheveled and lacked the presentation I am accustomed to. I felt it important to mention this as when I made the purchase, the sales representative was Fanstatic. We traveled a long way to the store due to limited availability. Now I'm questioning getting a return because I believe the products were previously worn because of how they were presented in the packages. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. Please with app architecture
There’s no cookie stuffing like Facebook, no constant listening like Amazon, not selling off data faster than you can make it like google. It’s just an app, no federal crimes happening, no malarkey to deal with. Just a coded storefront that actually has access to its own cloud and doesn’t use unnecessary traffic and bandwidth. I’m just as please with the clothes, but this is an App Store, not a clothing store. Those reviews are on the clothes.
Tall length
Can’t find any sweatpants in to length anymore. Why would you discontinue?
Shipping Verifier
doesn’t have override or manual option - Canada post as a verifier is insufficient - the entire town of Burford on King st doesn’t exist
Missing key info vs website
The app missed key info like product description and fabric details vs website. Also less comments than on the website. Less complete product pages, and each time you go to another app you get the homepage again when coming back. Makes research and decision making less smooth.
Yoga mat bag
Very good, large, well made yoga bag. Two pockets, sleek and attractive. Great material! Love it
New updates are so annoying!
The new updated layout added inconvenient steps. You cannot edit your saved items simply. You get booted to the too of your active cart after editing the color/size or removing something from the list. Also, the product pics/colorway icons are not it. The icons before were not always accurate to the true color of an item, but this is worse
Good app
The experience is good, there is one flaw. When zooming on a picture and closing the picture goes back to the main screen and not to the item I was looking into. Also, need an option to search for shorts that have pockets. Also need an option to search for shorts that fit my phone

Not user friendly
You are not able to sort/filter, and they only have select styles for certain sizes. Everything is named similarly so it’s hard to find what you want. The app blasts you with a bunch of videos when you log in. No promo code so you have to contact customer service if your discounts aren’t going through.

Everytime you try to look up something it pops up a message that says that this category doesn’t exist. Is very hard to look up something

Unsealed items,darker color
Received items that were previously opened(unsealed )and the new color,dreamy blue is much darker than the images on the site and one of them was not even in bag,obviously worn (just thrown inside the package with rest if the items) and as its final sale, I am stuck with it!! Lululemon is going downhill.
