Ich habe 15 Minuten gewartet(obwohl da 2 stand) nur damit ich die Person weder hören noch sehen kann.Bei der zweiten Person konnte ich sie nur hören wenn ich mein Ohr an meinen Lautsprecher lege obwohl ich sonst alle beim telefonieren ganz normal hören kann.Bei der dritten Person habe ich mir dann Kopfhörer geholt wodurch ich die normal hören konnte jedoch meinte er dann dass die Verbindung schlecht sei obwohl ich 20 von meinem Router entfernt war.Erst bei der 4.Person hat’s geklappt

Gut!
Musste etwas warten, aber die Dame war äußerst freundlich und geduldig mit mir! Sie hat alles gut erklärt (wie ich den Ausweis jeweils ausrichten soll). Ich bin aber verwundert, wie ausführlich das Ganze ist. Musste ich bisher nie so lang und breit machen 😅
Nicht die App verwenden
Ich habe heute 2 Stunden in der Warteschlange der App verbracht ohne Erfolg. Dann habe ich die Browser Variante probiert und es hat sofort nach 2min geklappt!!

Trotz einer 300+ mbit -Leitung up wie down und 14 ms ping keine stabile Verbindung. Lane Wartezeiten und wenn man endlich dran kommt bricht der Operator das Verfahren ab. Nicht witzig, Zeitvergeudung.

Rude and impatient
My Dad needs to use this service. He is over 90 and hard of hearing and his hands are unsteady. The agents refuse to talk slowly and simply hang up after a couple of minutes. Not just once, but three times. Have seen a lot of ID apps and this is the worst service by far.

Die Möglichkeit nach Ablauf des alten Passes meinen neuen Pass via Videokonferenz bei der KSK zu hinterlegen begrüße ich sehr. Da ich im Ausland lebe ist dies eine wesentliche Vereinfachung Prozesses.
Rude Agent, Unauthorized Camera Flip During Verification
Very disappointed. The agent spoke in a curt, dismissive tone—no courtesy or respect. But the worst part: during verification the agent had the ability to switch cameras on my phone and did it without asking, flipping from selfie to rear camera with zero warning or consent. That’s a total violation of my personal boundaries and basic privacy expectations. This is not okay. Any camera action should happen only after clear, explicit opt-in from the user and be announced out loud. Train your staff and fix your scripts. Bottom line: terrible experience, trust destroyed. I won’t use this service again and do not recommend it.
Doesn’t work with Chinese cell phones
The app and service are good, however the service doesn’t support Chinese cell phones.

The persons who help me was fantastic
She was kind , spoke very slowly so I could understand everything . She was very much patient with me . Over all I had great experience and I am thankful for that .
Doesn’t work
That’s 20 mins of my life I won’t get back. Turns out it is quicker to make a photocopy and walk to the post office to get my ID verified. Didn’t work on my computer or via the app.

Mit der App, wird man irgendwann von einem IDNow Service-Person bedient. Die Wartezeit ist meistens horrend. (Man geht schneller zu Fuß zur Post.)

Schrecklicher Service
3 gescheiterte Versuche, zweimal ist die Verbindung abgebrochen. Beim dritten Mal ist jemand durchs Bild gelaufen, was dazu geführt hat, dass der Mitarbeiter die Verbindung beendet hat. Jedes Mal wartet man ewig
