App not working
App is not working. Getting network error even though i am connected to the internet or to mobile data. Also, when trying to reset password, i do not receive the OTP/credentials.
No login & logout option
I have not seen any login and logout option in the app. Strange
Login Issues
Facing one and only one issue i am unable to login using correct credentials, when i am going for forgot password option, i am not receiving new credentials on my registered phone number.

Can’t even book an appointment without getting errors. What is the point of having an app???

Please include all the lab reports in the app so that it will be easy for patients like us

Your app is useless! difficult to process the pre-registration despite several attempts and I can’t even track the insurance approval request.

Dr Sohail Inayat is one of the best cardiologist doctor in Zulekha hospital, a patient needs confidence and support and 50% he is recovered, that’s the way he is

Good, but have room for improvement
The basic functions available on this app is excellent. Booking appointment also very easy. A conformation query voice call seems good but I wonder if the call could not be attended what will be the status of appointment. As for an improvement the appointment details should be available in the app in addition to sms. Moreover visits history with basic information such as date of visit, doctor’s name, treated for, Doctor advice, etc.,. This will help to keep the patient more connected with doctor/hospital.
Pharmacy
Your pharmacy is a disaster. Minimum waiting time for medicine is 1hr. You have only one staff to submit insurance approval for the entire hospital..! Very pathetic…

Search PIN number
How to identify the PIN no there should be a search based on name or mobile number to register in the app. App lacks this basic search option for registered customers.

The person already registered with the hospital has all information in the system. By entering the cell number or EID number we need to get userid/pw with faceid Thanks

Doesn’t work at all
Sitting in hospital tried to use it, took password 3 times but this app won’t work. Tried to access blood reports using app with mobile data, it will go up to the report after asking id and password but then will give error. App requires complete overhaul. This isn’t expected from Zulekha hospital.
