I think this is a great game. However… getting simoleons is kinda hard and you find yourself not being able to provide for your city (electricity, garbage, sewer, ect) without upgrading your residents which then makes more people which then makes more demand to provide more services. So you’re causing your own problems with little way to fix them. It’s makes the game frustrating and seem at times pointless. It could be great with other ways to make simoleons other than making a bigger population which then requires you to spend your simoleons quickly to keep residents happy.

The developers of this game or unpredictable and have changed the rules. I wouldn’t spend too much time playing this game because they will just change it on you and ruin all your progress. My suggestion is find a different game to play.
Personalization Requested
Overall, I love the game. BUT I really hate that I have all these items and reminders to participate in club wars and to build Dr. Vu’s tower and launch disasters and then fix the damage from said disasters. I just want to build. Would be significantly better if I could personalize my game to opt out of the club wars and Dr. Vu stuff. Oh, and apparently there’s no place to send feedback in the app, so posting a review here.

Horrible! The game fun for a bit. Until, the designers got greedy and changed the game into their money machine by charging real money to play the game.

Really fun game and I love the helicopter feature where if you press on the helicopter you get a free aerial view of the city close up. I just wish we could be a player in the city and walk around like in the sims but for free!

Not as good as it was.
Since the changes made recently the game has become very un enjoyable. I have been playing this game for many years and enjoyed it. Sadly that has all changed. Over the years I invested a lot of money building a great city, just to lose everything and have to start using more money.

I was away from SimCity Buildit for quite some time and now my Epics. project building is missing. Inventory shows 1/1 so I did have it the last time I played.
I hate services 2.0
I only play to fight wars, otherwise i tolerate the 3rd world situation dumped on us…

I had to remove the game and reinstall it to get it to stop freezing.
Designed to entice to spend more money is a flaw.
I don’t like that the game changes and I am not able to accomplish the same thing. I used to be able to earn sim cash in the mayor complex. Now I am not able to do that. I cannot even complete the completions to earn the sim cash. The task are more complex and require a lot more time. The game is designed to require me to spend more money and that is something I cannot do. I should be able to continue to build without having to spend more time or money. I don’t like the changes to the trains. I cannot tell how much is left for a train. How do I go from one level on the Train to the other. No explanation.

Was a great past time. Spent money here. Now, what once were 5 great cities, are now all dead. I pay to upgrade, only to find it isn’t enough now and I need to destroy population, to make room for more services. This game now sucks rocks. All my semolians are gone. And my cities are still destroyed. Whoever did the SERVICE UPGRADE, FIND THEM! FIRE THEM! Game still lags, but can play on my iPad now. Took long enough! Think people…. If you can’t play…. You can’t pay!

The game routinely freezes up! Constantly Forced to shut off and reboot! Try to report the issue and I get dropped in seconds from the “help” section?! That’s help? I believe I’m being punished for not paying to play! Frustrating they’d treat players this way!

I like it but it has low simelons so 4 star is great I love building dealing with traffic unhappiness.
Why is it so hard
I’ve been playing this game on and off for years. But tell me why I’ve decided to re download it because I miss it and it’s near enough impossible to play these days. I’ve had to delete my city 3 times in hopes that I’ll get further along than the previous time, but no. Once I start unlocking all amenities I don’t have the right resources or enough time between levels to collect money to upgrade services such as police. On top of that I have to keep upgrading electricity and water. This wasn’t a thing back in the day and made the game much simpler and enjoyable.
