Can’t choose picture in photo album
When uploading the picture into shutterstock, there is no photo album shown. I have to scroll down to choose the picture to upload. It takes a lot of time !!!
What happened?
This app started off great, now I can’t upload because the gallery will only scroll so far, I can’t look at any folder in my photos either when uploading. I can’t even view the photos I’ve already uploaded, I can no longer view my shutterstock library. So if I can’t upload, and I can’t view anything on the app. What’s the point of this app?

New update revamp
There has recently been an update on the app with a bit of a revamp. It’s not so bad but, when I upload images from my iPhone onto the app I can no longer choose whether they come from my phone, cameras, or photoshop. It means I have to now use the browser to upload photos. Can you fix this?

Silly limitations ruin a good app
Can’t upload video for stock? Get random issues such as “redundant keywords”, yet they don’t tell you which one’s are the issue. Issues like this stop what could be a really good app

Not worth it
Only 1 wrong photo and your account disabled. What the hell is this. At least you have to give one review or 1 chance to your customer who sign up on your site. Very bad shutterstock. Now I prefer to go to other websites who also accept contributions to their sites. I recommend to everyone not upload your stock on this website

Can no longer upload via albums
While the app is great, the last update took away the ability to view and upload images via albums. Which means I'll have to guess which picture was edited instead of directly uploading from the respective album. Please fix this as it is a major inconvenience.

Good, but needs some features
The app is great, but it’s lacking a few things. Integration with Lightroom would be amazing. Another feature would be to edit a group of photos at the same time. This seems to be possible on the website, but not the app. However, if you want to upload photos from your mobile, it does exactly what it needs to. 👍

Shutter-stock is one of the my best photography upload store. Because Shutter-stock always accepts the best image quality and their service is excellent

I have uploaded photos for a very long time but so use..
Video Upload option not available
App is good for quick uploading but still can’t upload video from app. Hope to see this feature in coming app updates.
No album option
A huge disadvantage is that there is no option to select from albums. Scrolling far for each photo takes hours and is a waste of time.

Numerous bugs and a clunky interface are now making uploading photos slow and painful.
Mobile version missing crucial input choices
Most of my mobile uploads get rejected. I then have to go onto my laptop to fill in the missing information (it won’t let you put in location and date)

Can be addictive!
The rules and guidelines are lengthy, however once you start to understand how to submit images and to title and describe them correctly, then it is quite a fun (albeit time consuming!) sideline alongside regular photography assignments. My advice as you start is to stick with it and don’t be put off if your first batch of images are rejected. It is also worth submitting a selection of images rather than from the same subject or event- you will have a better chance of having some images accepted and can compare those that were successful with those that weren’t.
Unable to sign up
I tried couple of time to sign up But its end up error 404 all the time.
Algorithm problems ?
The review uses some algorithm i suppose, if the image is edited the wont accept it, even when there is no grain, it will say it is grainy. even when the subject is in focus it will say out of focus. very rarely they get the images accepted.

New Payout Terms, For new contributors it may be bad. But for old contributors they made good decision.
