I really like ePlatform however it does not work on my computer. It will allow you to read all of the books that you want to for free. All you have to do is sign into you school library or local libraries and start reading today. Please tell me how to get it to work on my laptop
Does not allow me to add new library
I have changes school but it does not allow me to change the school and add new ones to the library, it just doesnβt load

Normal school kid, why do you have to make it so one book borrowed, BOOM no more borrowing for A WHOLE DAY please fix this I really like reading π₯Ίπotherwise pretty good.

Canβt add a library - UPDATE
I tried to add CPA Australia but when I click on sign in using CPA Australia, it greys out and does not work. The same happens with other libraries as well such as CAANZ. UPDATE - the developers have fixed the issue which is great. Thanks for listening to our feedback.

This a great app with a wide variety of books and audio books but there is one problem with it , every time I try to read a book it glitches normally going back a few pages and not letting me turn back on to the right page . It has books I love that I cannot find anywhere else and Iβm always really excited to read a book that I find on it but I cannot stand that glitch that stops me from reading it . Thanks no name
i like books
great app. i usually prefer using the web version more but mobile is pretty good. Been using it to borrow books from the school library for about 3-4 years now have had no issues. Really good!
Has not worked for weeks
Very disappointing- error message appears every time I attempt to access audiobook loans. Re-download the app - error message continues. It used to work fine.
BEST TO READ just one prob
I love this app so good love it so much books many genres u can read but one problem is that after you read you need to wait sometime then you can borrow so pls let it borrow books after I read and return.
Has the potential
Now see I like to read books but not on non-fiction more stuff like Rich dad poor dad Million dollar fast lane How to win friends and influence people Because it expands my knowledge rather than super hero saves city and beats the nerdy villain When Iβm the real world the nerds have the power they are the βalphasβ so to say. But I really do think with the right amount of variety would make so many more people a recurring user not only for more financial and entrepreneur books but it seems like this app is very lacking in other departments.
Problem with update 3.0.2
I have enjoyed using this app for the last couple of years when COVID prevented me from using the library. There was an update just over a week ago which caused me a few problems but settled down and I was able to see my loans and reserves, saved items and loan history and seemed to be an improvement on the previous version. Unfortunately, the update 3.0.2 which happened 2 days ago has erased it all. Is there anything we can do to reinstall all the lost data? I use the app on my iPhone 12 and iPad 8th generation and both have same problem.

Real bad
This app actually logged me out of my school and asks me to sign in. Also, now it doesnβt allow me to login to my new school. I have left my old school in a different state and I am in a new state and in the new school AND I GO TO A NEW SCHOOL! OBV! SOβ¦ I tried to log back on and it kicked me off! REALLY ANNOYED!

The app is awesome, I just wish the book would load properly when I enter it. Also, I canβt borrow more than 2 books.
Browse needs improvement
The browse function would be greatly improved if it was possible to save oneβs favourite categories instead of having to constantly make the same set of selections. Even more annoying is the fact that if you look at a specific title and then return to browse, you have to deselect. Thanks, Paula

Bad customer service after app glitching
Reserved a title that was very popular (over a month wait list) Was almost able to borrow and it glitched and deleted from my reserve list Informed customer service and was told they would investigate, and I would have to go back to the end of the queue after waiting over a month and the queue currently saying almost 2 months. I was annoyed and question why they couldnβt fix it and return me to my place in the queue. The response I receive was that they had to investigate my claim. A veiled accusation of me lying. I would think the proof of my having borrowed/ reserved the rest of the books a month ago would be in my favour but apparently not. What is the point of customer service if they donβt help. I couldβve just reserved it again myself. I wanted to return to my place in the queue not have to go to the end again just because their system glitched
Amazingg
This app is an amazing eBook app to use when reading certain stuff. However I have to admit that one thing is irritating me a lot. When I see a word such as βateβ and define it, it always says βpast tense of eatβ or something like that. And what if we donβt know the meaning of eat? I just hope the definition area is more accurate(containing the actual definition) and more detailed, please.

i really like how this app links to my school. i was struggling to find an app that i could borrow books on, so iβm really glad that my school invested. iβve only use the app for a short time and have liked it. however, the menu pop up while reading is a bit annoying. i keep accidentally pulling it up by tapping on the screen. when i highlight words to try define them, the menu pops up. words underneath the menu canβt be defined or searched before the menu pops up, which really annoys me. how am i supposed to learn words if i cant highlight them to understand them. hope this makes sense, and i hope you can possible change this. thank you

Alright service, decent books but really bad glitches ruins the experience.
Great app but it has a few flaws
Okay, I love this app. Itβs very useful for downloading audiobooks and eBooks. But there are a few problems. I donβt know if they are related to the app or IT problems but Iβll list them anyway 1. Whenever I try to go into the app, it kicks me to the home screen of my iPad 2. It always says itβs unable to borrow/download any book Visual Stress π© If possible please try to fix this -Harrison

This app is so great for ebooks and audio books, now I can listen while reading a digital book! This is such a great app for schools as well. Would recommend.

This app is quite the disappointment, You CANNOT READ THE WHOLE BOOK!!! I search up a book, It lets me read about half of the book and then it won't let me continue and leaves the biggest cliffhangers. Why won't you just show the whole book? If you just let us read the from start to finish then I will not have ANY problems with this app. Please fix this and I might re-consider giving you 2 stars out of 5.

In my opinion ePlatform is going great, but the problem is there is not enough kids books or riddles books that tell you riddles that you can tell you friends and also when we search up stuff like whereβs Wally or roblox and can you not make books on reserve because all the star special books are on reserve and we have to wait till we can read them.So that is obit for my report today thank you
Won't work properly on older iPads
My iPad is 8 years old, and works very well. It won't let me upgrade to anything beyond iOS 10.3. The app keeps asking me to upgrade, which is not possible unless I upgrade the iOS. So I am stuck with an app that stops functioning properly. I shouldn't have to buy a new iPad just to be able to use this app.

Well...itβs a fantastic way to read but sometimes it says that our library monthly loan of books. It can get really annoying especially when you really have to read because once that message has appeared, you have to wait a long time before someone returns a book. Another thing is that sometimes if you reserve a book, it actually doesnβt. I also have a book reserved for 2.4 years now!!!!!
Not working on other devices
It works just fine if you log in at school but when I downloaded the app on my iPad, it just wonβt work!!

Hi! I am using this app for school. I sort of got logged out one day. I try to get on but I canβt get on. I keep on trying to change my password or use my other accounts but it doesnβt work. So please fix this so I can start reading again without having to pay money.

This App Is Absolutely Great! Itβs Nice That You Can Borrow And Read Books Online When Canβt Go To Buy Books, I Only Have 1 Problem With The App, That Is The Words Overlap The Other Words In Some Books. I Was Trying To Read A Tom Gates Book But The Word Pet And Some Other Words I Couldnβt Really See Started Overlapping Some Of The Words. There Is Another Problem, Basically The Words Will Sometimes Be Out Of Place And Will Be Somewhere Random On The Page. Please Help With These Problems. Thanks. - Christian

I uploaded the app. I joined my school. I selected a book and started reading it. I was able to access it at home last night without wifi - great - tonight it is not there and I canβt find it.

Hello people i just want to say this is a grate app but something is cleanly wrong with it. If you know the series our Australian girl i am reading rose so this is what happened so i finished a book, so I when to get the ext book in he series and it said this book is 99 ad over you can not read this title. Ok i got mad because i read all of the rest of the series and i got to this one it said i am not allowed to read and the suggested rate from the author said 8-11 yers of age so you need to fix this immediately RIGHT NOW . All the people that say this app is good well it is NOT. Do not get this app it is so bad and you probably would thing that too if you got it so... DO NOT GET THIS APP I AM TELLING YOU NOW SO LISTEN.
