I hate this app so much, the worst app I’ve ever had on my iPad
My experiences
Hello. Today I’ll be talking about my experience with Book Creator. When I first used it, I was doing A school project, and although I really had no idea what I was doing at the time, the simple tools like audio recording, image editing (Specifically the squash and stretching instead of only the scale changing.), background changing, ETC made it extremely easy to do the project. If simple were the criteria for good apps, then Book Creator would be good enough for me. A few years later, I decided to make A Yu-Gi-Oh! story (It’s gone now, don’t worry about it.), and I wanted to share it with the world. I just so happened to be rebranding A YT channel for the 2nd time, and after fiddling around with Book Creator, I discovered the Export tool could also export things as video files, no video editing required! Book Creator is the only literature-making app I know that does that! Book Creator’s really great for people who are entering content creation just because of it. Book Creator is simple, handy and just A great tool. The only reason I’ve rated it 4 stars is because 5 stars would imply it’s the absolute best. There are other apps out there that specialize in other jobs, if you want to make A movie script, Book Creator can’t format it by itself.
Its ok but can there be refunds?
Its an ok app but not worth $6(aud). So could i have a refund
Needs function for importing entire album to book
Some people may enjoy pasting one photo at a time onto pages, but I do not. This is a nice app but is badly in need of a function that will import an entire album or selector of photos into a book.
Good app
I Like creating 5 stars 5 stars!
Hawable!!!
April fool's (oh wait that already passed) but it’s a phenomenal app!!!
AMAZING
Omggh. In love this app soo much. I would give it 5 stars but there are some things that i need to talk about. But first the things I like. I really love how you can do comics and add pictures and everything on this. Even better the books u make r not limited. I basically love everything about this app so ima get into the things that need to be fixed. I wish you could delete folders. Because there i some folders i have that i don’t need but i can’t delete them. If there r any books in there they don’t delete. Also i don’t really like how if u put photos or videos in, it takes up ur storage. Can u please fix this cuz i already have enough photos as it is. Thats about itt. And if u don’t know if u wanna get this or not..100% do. Its amazing.
Disappointed
Bought this to write children’s books. Unfortunately I did not read all about the app first. I am a retired teacher, so don’t think I qualify for the teacher option. I wanted to share one of my stories in a Facebook group. Yuck, still can’t get the hang of it. There is no sharing to Facebook. Sending myself a PDF didn’t work either…
overpriced
you have to pay $2.99 for this app I know that is not much but for a app like this it is kind of overpriced and when you draw there is no zoom in function so it makes it harder to get all the details in when you are drawing but a great school app overall 3 star.
How do I get it back (nvm it’s fixed now)
I lost all my books (nvm it’s fixed now
PLEASE, READ THIS!
so this app cost money, we had to get it for school and I’ve LOVED THIS APP SOOOOO MUCH! it’s like my favourite app and I use it to make stories with built in games with the embed feature so I can make scratch games too. But I just reliesd this was a waste of money! If you go on the internet and search book creator, make a student/teacher account on the website, YOU HAVE A FREE/BETTER VERSION OF THIS APP! PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY YOUR GETTING A WORSE VERSION FOR MONEY!!!!!
4 stars
I love this app but I don’t like how when your writing you dont know when to stop writing bc it gets cut off bc the page is to small so i had an idea where you could, select the text size obviously but then if you runout of room it will automatically take you to the next page with out needing to stop writing.
Cannot Select a Photo
When I select a photo from “Photos” I get the following message and the message stays forever. Downloading from iCloud It shows 100% complete but the picture is never selected. Please help,,,,,

😡
Scanned my money I wanted to go with my mom so library
Pretty nice, would like adjustments
I love book creator because it’s really decorative and there are lots of different cool fonts and backgrounds. But If you want your work to look nice then there are better apps that are free like PicCollage or something. I personally think that book creator should be free. Another problem is that my writing sometimes don’t.
App has potential
I purchased the iPad app and it seems like it will do what i need it to. I researched how to add hyper links for your contents page and it seems you make these on the web version. Sadly I could not seem to work out how to do this on iPad. When i went to the help desk the system seemed to be buggy and I was unable to type my enquiry. Is there a way to add a working contents page to our books ? If their isn’t this would be a great addition to an this app.
pls fix i hate this!
I use book creator for school and sometimes when i press books for it to save and i come back to check on it my work and its goneeee!!! IT DOESNT SAVEEE!!!! 😭😡 but um aside from that it’s ok 👍 lol
AMAZING
I make fun books really good probably my favourite app🏆
Why CRASHING!?!?!
I liked this app for the first couple years, but all of a sudden it kept crashing. Please fix the issue.
One more thing
When you are in airdrop remove the wifi thing and allow you to airdrop a book to all the people that you airdropped to along time ago
Ok
I think it’s time this is finally addressed: The app is completely incapable of making a book. Firstly whenever you put the text -that you have just spent an hour making- to the smallest size, it deletes it!!! How outrageous!!!! Secondly, the keyboard is super touch-sensitive, and picks up on literally EVERYTHING!!!! You could make a mistake without even touching the keys (I mean on iPad) And lastly, when you type all of the words are like a mile away from each other, which takes forever to fix!!! PS:REPLY TO THIS!!! (NO POLITE “everything will be okay”s!!! I WANT ANSWERS!!!
Awesome game.
I looooooove this game I’ve made so many awesome books buy it I recommended it
Great
Me and my friends make funny story’s out of this thx
My book went away
I made a book and 2 weeks later it was gone
UPDATES!
I love book creator. Been using it since primary school. But it needs. New. Updates! I am WAITING on new fonts, new features, but most importantly, new borders/templates/backgrounds! I would love to see book creator get some new templates for creating. Please!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!
iPad pencil
I purchased this app thinking you can draw with the iPad pencil. Is this not the case?
School app
Bruh it’s a school app what can I say
Hi
Dev ur awesome
Glitches
There are way too many glitches. And I’m failing my class subjects
Nice one
It’s really good and all but it has one bug. When I rotate a photo 90 degrees when I move it left it has a lot of blue lines.
Pretty basic
Basically for creating simple books in landscape mode with preset font sizes, preset page size/layout. Would be great for kids books, cook books, books of photos, handouts, etc. Textbooks, as is mentioned in the write-up for the app, would be difficult and time consuming to create, as text does not flow from one page to the next. Each page will take only so many characters at the then determined font size SO if you change the font size the page formatting / layout gets all screwed up and you must either delete some or add more to put the page in order. Best to use MS Word and then Atlantis to create a "real" ebook in the ePub format; one that allows the reader to set options like font size, justification to their liking / needs.
LEGENDARY!!! 😍
I use the app like basically everyday. I love it so much! For me it is fully functional and I think it is such a great app. 100% recommend it! Never regretted it a bit.
Amazing
This app is perfect for taking notes making plans and over all everything 5 stars I recommend.
Hi!
Pp
Good For School, But,
I really wish you could make back covers as an option for the pages. I know you can DIY one with landscape but it’s not do-able in portrait and I think that’s a big missed opportunity. I use this a lot at school and I think it’s a good app. But please make it a feature to be able to have back covers. I made a book but I was lacking much because there was no back cover. Thank you.
Description is not accurate
Don't be fooled by this app.You cannot use it to easily publish on the apple iBookstore. You still need to get an ISBN, which costs as much as $125.
Masky
Whear r da founts?
Best app in the hole universe!!!!!!
Okay wow wow wow this is over the top! So hello I’m a book fan and when we downloaded this app my life went into this all of it! I’ve done more then like 99 books on it!! I am only 9 nearly 10 year old and I rate this the best app ever you need to read this! 100 stars yeah. Press the download button I’m gonna publish a book!!!
This is trash
This is way way way way way overrated. No. Just no.
Slots
Pls add slots. For an example: So you drawer a piture then put it in a slot then you press save then you go on to another page and loaded the slot on to the page then your drawing will be on the page. You don’t have to redraw it!
Great idea
Best app I have , I can write stories for my kids, another family album and another on devotions Very easy to use.
Small problem...
I enjoy making books for my children and letting them have a go. However when I moved everything onto my daughter’s new iPad the images that she with drew with the pen as well as other photos could not be displayed. Please fix this in a future update.
