After logging into my Game Center account, the game said it had to download content. It won’t download and now I’m locked out of two villages. A lot of work down the drain.

Glitches
I just started playing this game and it’s so frustrating how often I run into issues with it. The wagon comes around and you have to fill up barrels to get resources that are needed to expand the village and upgrade things. As you’re trying to plant crops or gather materials to fill up the barrels, the wagon would either disappear or will change even though you’re supposed to have 15 ish hours to complete it. Everytime I tried to complete just one of the barrels coincidentally the wagon would change so I have a whole bunch of crops and materials I can’t even use to get the resources. Very frustrating. I prefer the original village better
Good but not yet great
To the developer, try to be more creative, some of the task seems to be repetitive. Also, is there a way to have an active season? Aside from farming and market, can you add more ways to earn more money and points? Maybe you can use AI as a tool to improve this game platform.
Any Future Updates?
This game has a special place in my heart which is why i continue on playing after all these years. A update would be pretty cool cause now my problem is I placed a snow tree on top of a smurfs house and I cant move nor cant remove it. Help. . .
Horrible
This game stinks so bad it’s unbelievable. I restarted it after a few years and now I know why I quit playing it. You definitely can’t really do anything on here and there is no such thing as tech-support. I don’t think anybody is controlling this game. Honestly, don’t even bother. It’s a waste of time so mad about it cause it couldn’t really be fun.

This isn’t that great of a game. Considering it’s made by the people who made Smurf village. It’s not a really fun game, it logs me out every time I go in the game, the smurfs look weird in this cgi, IT ONLY UPDATES EVERY 5 MONTHS!! This is not a very good game at ALL. Scam
I paid for the $9.99 magic acorns and my card was instantly charged $19.49 from the game. I finally got to the support area (which is very hard to get too) and I haven’t heard back from my open ticket in over a week. I’m disappointed and want a refund.
So much fun but one prob
This game is great!, i’ve been playing Smurfs for about 20 years and when they came up with this new game I was amazed however, the only one major problem is it is so glitchy please fix this glitch. Every time I try to do an adventure all it does is freeze on me. I have to close it and retry and do it again.

Love the game but there’s a bug
I can’t add any friends on here, I started up a new village since I changed my Game Center and Facebook accounts, it will not let me add my friends the add button doesn’t even show up. I invited them to play and same thing… it’s very disappointing and I hope this is resolved soon.

Freezing and crashing, loss of recently made progress
The game keeps freezing and crashing every time I close achievements, and it also deletes some of the progress I just made! Please fix this! 😠

I force closed then did again but again freezes. It’ll need to be taken offline so you can get it fixed

I have been playing this game for many years almost daily. Once I reached a few years ago level 44 and I decorated my Village and I’m really sad cause without being able to level up any higher or get more land to decorate, it just not worth playing anymore , and I have been reaching out for a long time about this and they been saying there gonna do it but it’s after a year or so till has not happened. PLEASE help . I used to have it rated a 5 star . And am soooo praying this gets fixed so I can actually play everyday and have fun again.

Freezing Issue
Like many, I cannot get past the crop tutorial. I used to love this game and had gotten to level 42 but had to remove it due to storage issues, it’s a shame that I had to restart but the fact that I cannot even play it is unacceptable.
Is it just me…?
Okay, quick backstory: I broke my iPad, bought a new one, went with the same account, got into the app, and BOOM. The first thing I noticed that was wrong was that (1) I was back to lvl 12. My village didn’t alter, whatsoever, but I was back to twelve.TWELVE. Okay, the other problem was that (2) you know the achievement spot where they give you coins and exp as rewards? Well, as I tried to get out, but when I tapped on the red x button, I was back on the Home Screen. When I got on the app again, I tried to get my reward. Same occurrence. (Also, am I making it sound like it’s a big deal? If I am, sorry, cuz I REALLY NEED THE COINS!) I’m back again, after one year, this time with a new bug. This time, however, it literally PREVENTS me from playing the game. A fresh start, this time. As I placed a piece of plot(or whatever it is called, you know, the ground you can grow crops out of?), the screen where it shows you how to plant corn appears. As I try to exit, the whole screen freezes. It just stays like that, corn mid-air. Although the background music is still playing, the screen just freezes. Please let me know if this is the cause of a bug, or the cause of my iPad. I’ve tried everything from restarting my iPad to reinstalling the game multiple times and I’m just lost on what to do. Same bug with goodvibezz820 !!!

Never got to play the game, the first thing to do was place a field, and it froze 3 times. So I deleted it. Too bad cos it looked like it might have been fun. 🙁

Nakaka
Toooo many glitches over reached so far and built so much and then every couple month it’s giving me an error message to log into a past old saved account and not my post recent. It’s a very therapeutic game for me but it it keeps happening I’m moving on to another game!
Can’t enjoy the game yet
Please I just started playing the game today and I’m stuck in the tutorial where it shows video on how to farm and when I tap “OK” it freezes and kicks me out of the game. Please fix it :(

Keeps freezing
I just downloaded the game and I get to plant crops mission right as u start the game and I can’t get past it cuz it keeps freezing so I close the game go back in and it freezes at the same point even when I uninstall the game and reinstall i it keeps freezing at plant crops quest.

I can’t get past the loading screen. It gets stuck on the screen that shows it connecting to the game but it never does. I have a relatively new ipad and would have expected this game to be compatible with it...
Very fun, but frustrating.
I’m writing this review because, despite being amazingly fun, this game has a crippling flaw: freezing. I have completed an in-game quest which rewards me with 2 acorns (the premium currency), yet when I go to claim my reward, my game freezes! Uninstalling and reinstalling does very little to help. No matter what I do, I’m not quick enough to claim my reward before the game freezes. Aside from this very bad issue, the game is very enjoyable (though quite time consuming). If it matters, I’m on IOS version 16.2.

Smurfs village is what you should get instead.
I love smurfs so it makes me sad to say this but this game is not at all smurfy. For starters this game does not capture what it means to be a smurf. That childhood cartoon with its joyous songs, funny humour and adorable creatures are nowhere to be found here. Firstly because the animation doesn't remind us of such and secondly because only a few main smurfs make their appearance in this game. We are not reminded of all those amazing episodes through the characters. I for one also found this game to be mostly farming or gardening. Where are the cool smurftastic adventures? Without such this game gets boring quite fast. One of the perks of this game however are the decorations in which you may scatter throughout your village. I like how they vary and include the seasons and holidays. If you love the smurfs and don't want to feel the disappointment I felt upon getting this game, than I suggest you get the smurfs village app instead. I have played it and can attest to it being fun, and everything you want and expect a smurfs village to be.
Really fun but bugs and glitches
I really enjoy the game since I started playing it. The quests are fun and it brings back childhood memories after seeing the show. However I have noticed glitches now or just plain stupid bugs. Everything I get something from the trophy button and hit the x button, it takes me to the Home Screen. I am hoping that it can be fixed and avoided in the future.

I really love this game. I played it a long time ago and decided to give it a go again recently. And any time I go to do the very first quest (plant a crop) I place it, and it goes to a loop picture of how to plant a crop, and I click ‘ok’ and then it completely freezes, and I close the game and reload it and it brings me back to the start of the ‘plant a crop’ quest. Please fix this bug, I’m a stay at home mom with no life when my kids are at school, and my games on my phone are my savior!!
Disappointing…. Unplayable

I love this game. I played the older version on the very first iPad, and now I have it on an iPad Pro! It’s so cute, and I must check in on my little Smurfs daily to work on their missions. It’s my favorite. I’d love to see how it snows or how to move the Christmas tree to the center like the pictures above. Please keep updating it!

Not really the best game
I personally don’t find this game too exiting. And quite frankly I think that this game has way too many lessons with farmer smurf and all the rest. I mean can’t we just figure out the game by ourselves!!!
