Bad
We had this bank for years but for some reason it keeps giving us false amount of money. It says we have available money and then it turns out we are actually in the negatives. This has been happening for almost a month.
Crashes all the time
This app crashes every time I use it. I will log into my account and while looking up say, my checking account, the app will log me out. I have to log back in. Otherwise, I feel this app is great.
Verifying device
Most recent update has me verifying the same device up to several times a day. Please fix this
TouchID
New to HCU app. Used to TouchID with my other banking apps and would like to see that option added.

I just love it it’s local and it’s monthly change fee my money is always safe here
Make a payment
I have the Heartland Credit Union App. on my phone.. I have a loan from HCU for my truck payment there… can I make a loan payment by using the App? NO! You have to have a checking account with them to make a payment, unless you want to pay a service charge of $7.00! No Thank you! This is 2023! I bank at a different bank… it would be simple to give you my account number and routing number! You need to update your policies! Why make it so hard to make a stinking payment??! Slow and unresponsive
When I need the app to work it is very slow and unresponsive.

I love this app my only wish is they wouldn’t hold anything over $1000 when I have the money to cover it
Update issues
Latest update causes issues. I can see the dashboard just fine but when I try to navigate into the accounts, the app freezes and never loads. Please fix!
Login is slower than hutch cu app was
The new Heartland app works well for most functions but is slower than the Hutchinson CU app was for login. There is no option to remember username. Please add the option to automatically remember username. I like this app's ability to see pending transactions.

App not working right now
Love this app but it’s not even opening right now stays on the bank logo screen well over a minute...please fix it!!

Not once have I had success with this app! Whenever I attempt at logging in it says "try again" when I am 100% positive I typed everything correctly! When it DOES finally sign me in, I try to navigate and it says "An error has occurred - start over", but then it doesn't log me back in! It's not consistent at all! Every time I open it, I KNOW it won't work! This never happened with the Hutchinson Credit Union app! I will be switching banks soon because I got a job at a different bank. It's not required that I use them, but because of this app, I will no longer be using Heartland. I have tried talking to the people at my branch and they say "Well, we haven't heard any other complaints about it..." REALLY?! I can't control my banking because this app is AWFUL! I am very disappointed and it honestly ruined the bank for me. It's been frustrating!

I’ve been with you for 30+ years. It’s pretty sad when you use to be for the customers. But now we get charged 31.40 for a two pack of checks. It seems since you have expanded, we are smaller. It’s sad what it has come to🙁

Great except
The app is almost perfect. The only issue is putting in my password. Almost every time I have to put it in twice even if I type it correctly. That is a nuisance.
Haven Branch
You need something in Haven. It takes 20/25 minutes for a simple deposit. Never the same people. It’s a revolving door. New Branch Manager always on the computer, the teller is New and definitely on the struggle bus. Friendly, yes but sometimes soooo stressed the smile is not there.
