It’s definitely getting better, but could be more user friendly. One suggestion is to have access to the bank router number somewhere in the account information. I also would be more inclined to get a credit card through this bank if I could access all the account information and payment through the same app. Otherwise the app is good.
Decent functionality, but getting further and further behind.

Missing important features
This needs to have zelle integrated within the application and I should have access to my account and routing number details without having to call.

I think it’s great. I use it constantly and like all the features.
App sucks
App sucks and is problematic. Authentication doesn’t work reliably. It makes it very hard to see your information when you don’t have an hour to spare.

It works good. But it would be nice to have categories or simplified names of transactions.

The fact I have to personally go in to transfer money to my other bank has me in the edge of leaving this bank

I like the app. I feel like the bill pay isn’t very user friendly but I’m used to it. I REALLY wish the app had the option to deposit checks by submitting a picture like my other bank account app has.

I love this app. It’s perfect for me to use.
Transfer money page not functional for many months
The transfer money page continues to have glitches like every credit union that uses this software where one cannot see any accounts on the transfer money page. Users have to log out and try 5 times before you get lucky and the accounts show up on the drop down. I’m using the newest Apple phone with app updated.
Needs a massive update
Compared to other banking online that I use, CVB is somewhat cumbersome to get around in, difficult to get to the right areas if you were trying to modify a reoccurring payment, see what reoccurring payments are coming up just as an example. The appearance of the website is very out of date and I tried to do very little banking online with CVB. I use another banking establishment for all of my bills.
Just okay
The app is okay, but I wish it were more “now” and had more features. All I can hope for currently is just to be able to check my balance and recent transactions.

Lacks fundamental banking functions
Let me start by saying that Cache Valley Bank has the friendliest staff. Their in-branch service is incredible. However I have never worked with a more technologically inept institution. Their online tools are 2000’s tech at best. They completely lack BASIC banking functionality like transfers to other banks, online bill pay and other basic services for my business. Every other bank I have used has these services available to personal and business accounts. As nice and friendly as their staff are, I don’t have the time to go withdraw cash and deposit it elsewhere every time I need to move money. I would love to see them upgrade their tools, but if they don’t, I’ll be forced to switch banks.

Out of date
Looks and feels like a banking app from 10 years ago. Also there’s an insane amount of green banner pop ups that come up not only every time you open the app, but every time you click to a different page. It’s 2024, apps should just be better by now..

We have been with Cache Valley for many years. We were just a small business but they always treated us like we had a million bucks in the bank. Roy, Brenda, Brent, Debbie, Emmy, Dustin and the rest of their great employees treated us very well. Cannot say enough great things about them.
So easy to work through this program.
I’ve tried other banks and have had some difficulty going through their web sight. I’m always relieved I could go bank to this web access, which is much easier.
