What people like
- Really easy to use for everyone
- Maps help you find your way around
- Itinerary keeps track of what is next
- Better than the website for booking
What they complain about
- Won't work on older phones anymore
- Shows wrong time and misses bookings
- Payments timeout when confirming outside the app
- Hard to see which activities are free
If you’re a nature lover
Such a lovely calm place to escape the hot weather. CP is the place to slow down life & switch off from everything. Beautiful water park & lovely activities
Miss the old app
The old Center Parcs app was better in a number of ways. This has an immediate barrier - compulsory sign in and even then must have a booking to view anything. In the old app you could plan beforehand, view a decent map of the parcs, get an overview of activities and so on. It gave you the best of the mobile website and an app that served well when you were on site all in one. This needs a rethink. Center Parcs itself is great though and well worth a visit!
Review of Center Parcs
It is really good and stuff✔️
Liquid Glass
Since recent updates the app worked really well and very intuitive. I like the ability to add to Apple wallet however please look at supporting iOS liquid glass and support got dark mode icon it’s sticks out like sore thumb at night
Fix the time zone
The itinerary displays times based on your phone’s time zone rather than local British time, which caused my family to miss a booking — a really frustrating design flaw.
Centre Parcs fun
Jeff in the cycle centre was really really kind and made our day. Jess and Rohan at the quad bikes were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and range of activities.
Can’t book
Who the hell built your new app! It’s a doom loop of hell
More information needed
I wish they provide most of the info in the app instead of bombarding with sms text messages. What’s checkout time? How long can I stay? In addition it’s very frustrating there is no online chat/help and you have to call the guest services for minor things.
Great if you only want to know what’s fully booked
I appreciate the ability to book activities through the app and see our itinerary. However there’s no ability to filter on activities with remaining spaces available. Therefore if looking for something to do on a given afternoon, you can filter to see a big long list of activities and only after clicking twice into each one separately can you see they are fully booked. Complete waste of time and we gave up. Maybe clicking through the app was the only “activity” left? Please just show us what is available!
Nannie S
This is our third time going I have a special needs son and this is heaven for him and it helps me relax!
App no longer supported by most phones
My phone isn’t even very old and already the app isn’t supported. Lots of other people are saying the same thing. That’s disappointing as I found the app really useful for booking activities and getting from place to place last time we visited.
Needs some work
The app was handy for the map of the village, it showed where we were and we could see where we needed to go. It also had a tab with our itinerary for the week, showing each day and allowing us to book more activities if we wanted. It’s a little glitchy and at times I had to completely shut down the app and start again.
Half a good app
The basics work, the itinerary, the map, info about locations etc - however booking an activity and paying is 50/50 at best - often if you click out of the app to confirm the payment on your mobile banking, the app times out and stops the payment. Also you used to be able to add your own items to the itinerary (such as swimming) but you can’t now which makes family plans a little harder. It’s nearly good basically.
App
So much easier to navigate and book activities than the website. Also includes maps, info on bookings and restaurants.
No update
App Store says app compatible with my iPad but am unable to get the updated version.
Interactive maps
App itself is good. Nothing much wrong with it but one improvement that is needed is for the interactive maps to highlight wheelchair friendly routes as well as perhaps a link to security should someone need to get a pick up arranged.
Good but limited
Good app to book activities however it won’t let you look at other restaurant bookings slots if you want to switch one. You have to cancel the booking first which is silly because you then might not be able to find another slot.
How about an actual booking app?
Isn’t it about time you created an actual app that allows you to book? Centre Parcs makes enough money from the extortionate prices it now charges so surely it’s time to use some of that and invest in decent technology! Lots of lost revenue I imagine from the lack of a simple booking app.
Useless
So I can see the basics of my booking, but not book activities, restaurants and pay bills like competitors apps, a real shame as it’s pretty pointless.
The best app
Honestly this app is really impressive. Easy to use and everything is there at a touch. It has been so useful. Cannot speak more highly of it.
New app
Again, not supported by my phone. Now what!?!!
Awesome
Easy to use and booking things to do couldn’t be easier.
App update
Like many others I can no longer use this app due to my phones age. Surely, like other developers of apps, you can supply an app compatable with phones before the last update?
Itinary
Such a game changer having the itinerary so accessible to keep track of what you have next . Easy for kids to follow too instead of ‘ what’s next ‘ they can have a look .
iPhone 15 unsupported
I have an iPhone 15 and it’s saying it can’t support my phone. Very disappointing, this is how we usually book our holidays.
Service
The moment you pull up to the reception, staff greet you and open conversation, getting you all set up for your stay. Next, park up and grab coffee and check out the shops. 4:30pm, after traffic has died down, drive to your lodge, unpack and explore. A little later, drop off the car then it’s chill time, no car for the next 4 days. Plan your itinerary for the week using the very easy to use App. Now, sit back and enjoy the forest.
Update
Attempting to update but not giving me an option to do this!! Unable to log into my account
App
App is really simple to use, We Like the itinerary section and the fact ticks the finished activities. Amendment’s through the app would be more simple in terms of amending times if required.
No longer able to access
Sadly this app has been changed to a version that’s no longer supported by my phone without an update. It’s annoying they now force you to update your phone & therefore use up more phone memory to be able to use this app. We all know Apple sabotage older iPhones with each update to force you into buying the newest models, which is why I hate updating. It’s a shame you cannot use the older version of the app if you so wish instead. Oh well, back to using the website from now on ✌🏻
