I LOVE CHESSINGTON
I am using my moms phone for this but I’ve been to chessington resort I’ve been on all the rides this is my favourite them park I’ve ever been to I am currently in line for mandril mayhem I love the theming especially the rides and it was a ROARsome adventure

Could be so much better!
The underlying design and UX of this app could be so much better. The design appears to be an inside-out effort with little or no design thinking. It does not adequately support your visit from the visitor perspective. Information is neither contextual not dynamic. Small examples; no information on food and drink locations other than “closed”, why not provide opening times? No indication of what you can visit on early access in a dynamic way. There’s lots more! So many opportunities to make the app maximise people’s enjoyment have been missed.

App doesn’t support importing your tickets into your wallet. This isn’t really ideal.
VERY GOOD THEME PARK
This theme park is briliant the rides are intense and really fun ,i ws there recently and it was perfect, the prices for the fasttracks WOW very cheap better then alton towers , the fact that they also invested millions of pounds into a land for little children is amazing the paw patrol land turned out very perfectly the desings, styles, colours, rides everything is just perfect. Also the fact they are building a minecraft land thats gonna be spawing next year is magnificent !! The organisers , designer etc but alot of good thought and im sure it will turn out brilliant for next year , if chessington succed to build minecraft land while they’ve just built a paw patrol land and it all turns out brilliant chessington world of adventures will be the most popular theme park in the UK! So Well done chessington thanks for the experience will be coming back again keep succeding in making joy happen and cant wait to see your new rides for the near future !!

I think Chessington is a really good app. I like it because it gives you live queue times but it’s strongly signal dependent.
Long queues
There were very long lines and fast track was a lot of money.some of the rides were closed
£12 for car parking?
They charge you for parking when that is the only place you can go! It is not like it’s in the middle of town

Awful app
Downloaded the app two days before we are due to arrive at chessington (I booked my tickets weeks ago). I thought it would be good to have all my resturant and swimming pool reservations all in one place. After downloading it, I was asked to put in my booking number and email address. I did this and it said ‘booking not found’ the booking number is on my confirmation email which I copied and plastered, and still not found. What a waste of time

Good not great
Generally on a beautiful day most people were in good spirits but that couldn’t quite quell the downsides of the day. From extortionately priced average food, inaccurate waiting times I. E, despite times being displayed on one particular ride as 60 mins took nearly double as the ratio of fast track ticket holders to general users wasn’t shared evenly. Toilets missing toilet rolls and having to borrow from other cubicles. A couple of bins right next to queuing area smelled bad and needing emptying. Quality dipped a bit since last visit but at least kids left with a smile.

Unprofessional staff regarding digital photos
Everything was so much fun and we had such an amazing weather in Saturday 16.09.2023, unfortunately the sad thing was regarding unlimited digital photo .. I’ve choose the option for £20 unlimited digital photo, and I end up just with 3 pictures as in most of the rides staff couldn’t upload and they kept saying it’s not working. Room on the broom, zufari and a few more weren’t available because the staff haven’t got a clue what to do .. Except this was amazing💜
Single queue ( mandrill mayhem)
The single queue was held back a lot and when we checked the photos there were so many open seats for the single queue people.
Not good for planning
It’s a useful app to find your way around but it doesn’t show what’s open/closed especially food outlets.

Mostly amazing!
It was amazing but the food was quite expensive and greasy and there could be some more variety of rides.
Fun but could have been better
All in all a good, fun day, plenty to do, if not too much as certainly couldn’t do everything in one visit. On the negative… Bought a digital photo pass but on one ride the camera stopped working, on another the booth wasn’t open, so ended up with 2 photos for £20. The toilets were disgusting and apparently they are checked regularly. Not much choice for gluten free diners. Wait times on the app were completely wrong!

I’m going tomorrow and I just looked at the app and I am so hyped to go and tbh I hate that people say negative things about this app! THIS IS THE BEST APP IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!

Good day although it was a real shame so many rides broken down or closed for technical faults
Merlin annual pass
Here’s a thought why not do a Merlin annual pass holders app so I don’t have to download an app for every park !!!!!!

Lovely day but very expensive food and drink When you have a family of five makes it a very expensive day.
Queue assist
Normally we absolutely love chessington but the reserve and ride queue assist system for mandrill mayhem is way to difficult with only one family being allowed in every twenty minutes it really limits your option of getting a slot.
Great app
Lots of great information about all the attractions and makes your visit to chesington world of adventures a lot easier to get on some intense thrilling rides.
Great visit but…
Overall our visit was great. Wait times weren’t too bad and we had an enjoyable visit. Plenty of food and drink options. Toilets were absolutely disgusting though and the stench of each toilet facility was horrendous. Not pleasant. Really should be sorted.
Very busy
Only got on 4 rides- queues over an hour for most things, and each ride lets on mostly fast passes and hardly any normal queue riders.

Amazing but the queues were very long and it was very expensive to eat but overall it was a great experience with all the astounding rides and shows 👍🏻
Would have a 5star but the virtual queuing ruin that!!
Had an amazing day as every year only down fall is the new virtual reserve booking that you are introducing with the new ride I think it is rubbish and hopefully don’t have to do it for all the rides
Chesington resort
Amazing to try new rides like ostrich stampede and mamba strike both make your tummy go funny and it has rollacosters and one was called vampire that one was fun
A really fun day out 🤩
All the rides in the park are so fun and fast but some of the queueing times are far too long even with the reserve pass and it is mostly impossible to get on all the rides you want to go on especially the popular ones. Although there are down sides it is a really fun day out and I personally enjoyed it. The app is also super handy to check all the queueing times but for some odd reason it said the Mandrill Mayhem ride was closed when it clearly wasn’t. But as I said, the app is really helpful. 👍
