Absolutely a top notch company in all aspects. After using their app for precise measurements, the customer service is unmatched. Their products are excellent. You want good quality and service from your tailor, this is for you!

The claim here is handcrafted clothes with a proper fit. I was sent clothes that were probably 6 times too larger and looked like they were sewn with someone’s buttocks while blindfolded. Absolutely abysmal, save your tome and money and NEVER give them a recording of you half-naked.
Great clothes poor support
The clothing takes a while but the fit is usually very good, however the support is terrible. Tracking information isn’t very accurate as it shows items have shipped when in fact they are in production. The app support says they’ll respond in 5 minutes, but it could be much longer….currently I have a request in for over 30 minutes with no responses. Email support is supposed to be within 24 hours and again it’s been a couple of days. The clothes are worth the wait l, but if there is an issue be prepared for delays and frustration.
Be very careful with this app
I live in florida, but i needed to go to Canada and didn’t have any weather appropriate for the cold. I wasn’t even sure of my size. Knowing that my iPhone can do measurements i did a google search for a tailor app that automated the measurement program. MTailor popped up. I quickly looked at the reviews and since they seemed good, I downloaded the app. In the instructions the app claimed that they needed to use the camera to tke the measurements but the video would be deleted. So I stripped down and measured myself. Happy with the numbers I got I ordered about $800 of clothing. Today i got a text saying that they couldn’t use the measurements because i am nude in the video. And I keep thinking weren’t you supposed to delete the images after you made the measurement. Well obviously someone at the store is watching these videos. They are not being properly deleted. I am not very self conscious so I logged into the app and tried to retake the measurements 3 times wearing a plain white T-shirt and a swim suit. All three time the app told me it couldn’t save my measurements and i needed to log in. All three times i reblogged in and it failed to record me again. Honestly I don’t care about getting the clothing now. I just want a refund and to make sure that the video of me naked is deleted.
Border fees
Definitely a great product but the shipping and border fees are a deal breaker for me. Since I am in Canada.

The shirt was a bit short in the arms (for my preference)but HE liked it and that's what counts! I would order again =)
Don’t use it twice
I used MTailor in 2020 and received 2 decent dress shirts that fit. I re-measured myself in 2025 and - despite specifically recognizing that my size had changed and asking me to confirm, the shirts arrived in my former size. Poor designs, poor quality, and in this case poor sizing from the app.
Suit and Shirt
I preserved a suit and a shirt from MTailor and I am extremely pleased with them. The shirt and suit fit perfectly. They go down to the small details, and the clothes fit far better than off the shelf. Delivery was also very quick.

Expensive to Ship Outside of US
This app is amazing. It’s simple to use and oh so convenient. I love that it has the ability to automagically measure me! I think I would have given it all 5 stars except for the following reasons. Unit prices for items are on the upper end. This may not be a problem because maybe the items are high end quality - I wouldn’t know because it’s too expensive to ship to Canada, so I haven’t purchased anything. All prices are quoted in USD (so my bank would be charging me FX conversion fee on this purchase). Shipping to Canada costs at least US$30 (flat rate shipping fee) plus the possibility of additional import duty fees to cross the border. Overall, this is a little bit too expensive.
Great, affordable & accurate option
Best option I have found to-date for custom tailored shirts with decent quality at a reasonable price. My first two shirts fit perfectly, and since I can’t buy off the rack, I am extremely pleased and ordered more shirts.

The fabrication selection needs a more depth, but the cuts are accurate and flattering.

I like the idea of this app and the camera instructions were easy to follow. I like that the fitting can be done without a second person. Shirt variety and price are areas for improvement a 100% cotton dress shirt can be purchased for half the price. I am willing to pay more for a form fitting shirt though, maybe if you could order a bundle of 3 at a reduced rate? I was hoping that there would be more solid colours. ex: dark red and teal. Shirts with roll up sleves and sleve straps to keep them buttoned up as a style preference would be great too. I'll still keep it on my phone and look forward to the improvements.
Not Great
App worked really well. No technical issues. Smooth experience. The shipping was 2 weeks later than the estimate- but that’s no big deal. The 2 stars is because the claim from MTailor is a great fit; however, to be honest both the dress shirt and tee are some of the boxiest and worst fitting shirts I own. The dress shirt sleeves are about 1 inch too long and 20k bicep curls too baggy. Lastly, the material on the dress shirt has an itchy and cheap feel (this could go away with a dry clean but will have to wait and see).
Easy process, truly free remakes if needed
The process to get “tailored” at home was a breeze and they did 2 remakes absolutely free for me even though the fit was just a tad off. No questions asked, and the remakes fit fantastically. I will recommend MTailor to anyone.
LiDAR scan doesn’t
I did the 2-person LiDAR scan and got a comically large suit. Waste of everyone’s time. I may give the standard camera-based fit a chance, but it feels like someone should’ve caught the issue in the scans before it was manufactured
The shirts didn't fit--twice
I was excited by MTailor and eager to try it. I went through the measuring process and placed an order. It took four or five weeks to arrive and when it did the shirt fit like a tent. I wanted to wear it to a function so I took it to a tailor and had it adjusted. While I was there, I asked the tailor to measure my waist and chest, and sent them to MTailor. My next shirt was so small I couldn't button it. So I have given up and deleted the MTailor app. The company was excellent to deal with, but the people in China cannot translate measurements into a proper-fitting shirt.
Well Done!
From the very first step the team at M Tailor made sure every detail was to my liking. They were willing to take the time to make sure my concerns were well handled and I was more than happy with my suit. I will be back soon for shirts and some fall blazers for sure. Thanks to Eurish and all the team that helped me out.
Shipping price is ridiculous
The 30$ shipping to Canada is ridiculous. Deleted the app.

Got my first item!
I initially had trouble with the measurements using my iPad — it worked great in my iPhone. I ordered a shirt as a test; my Large Long is difficult to find any more. It took a while to get the shirt — it is custom! — but it fits perfectly I will try some dress chino slacks next, but I am very pleased with the app and product.
Deceptive pricing
I was unaware that the prices were in USD. I was shocked to see the posted transaction. At least put “usd” on the receipt, so I’m fully informed when purchasing.
Great Job
First pair of jeans came to big re sized as instructed received the second pair perfect the team walks you through very accommodating also the 2nd pair was sent free of charge. If your hard to fit or not M Tailor is the place.
Deal breaker
You ship free to Alaska but not Canada? Once I saw that I tossed the app. I’m sure you make good products but I’ll never know. :-(

I ordered a suit and the fit was great with one small issue and they addressed it quickly. As a big and tall man I was worried about the process but I am already looking at what to get next.
Not impressed
I was very excited to pick up a new suit and shirt for my upcoming military ceremony. Very cheap prices but I was disappointed to see you don’t ship free to Canada. I canceled my order and I bought a suit for the same price that it would have cost me to order off your site. I would love to use your site but I refuse to pay an extra 30 dollars shipping especially because I live 20 minutes from the border. Won’t be using this app till that changes thank you.
