Can’t Sign Up
I can’t type anything in to set up an account, unless it can be “auto fill” As of now I wouldn’t give this app any stars, but it won’t let me submit unless I enter at least 1.
Needed
I just got this app to manage my guys time. The first thing I noticed is employees can’t see job descriptions which would be a huge bonus to the app. (We get asked 50 times what to do and it gets annoying. Having the ability to have the employees see the job description would be huge) Allowing a dedicated area on each job form for the start and end date would also be really helpful for the crews. Aside from that great app, I have purchased the standard plan.
Clock in/ out
Worked great for the first month or so but now guys are having trouble clocking in or clocking out. Or an error code keeps coming up and won’t let them clock in or out
Schedule
I really need to be able to repeat single events not just weeks. Other apps you have an option weekly,biweekly,monthly.

Having to constantly refresh to get the current hours. I’ve had issues with this app for months. I wish the employer world fund an app that doesn’t require refreshing constantly.

stopped working
It lost all my employees doesn’t give me an option to add them back. Basic plan tripled and then you can’t add employees like It says. It used to work fine now it’s useless
Pretty Good, Needs a few changes
App functions well between it and the website. Would be improved by having access to an individual employees schedule directly from the dashboard instead of having to open through the schedule tab.

Missing the basics , not sure who is actually using this and giving 5 stars . Literally didn’t do anything I needed .

It seems to work pretty well, my only issue being that it always has to “think” about it for a second before it registers the clock in or out. Often I have to click a second time. Kind of annoying to have to wait to make sure it went through.

Terrible
I downloaded this app last night. So in order to see the features I need to set up an account which I did. Then I tried to get a subscription to try it out and it wouldn’t allow me to do it. So now I have both apps downloaded on my phone no subscription showing up. It won’t let me log into the employer one and it won’t let me cancel my subscription. So if anyone’s reading this from customer service, please cancel my subscription. And tell me how I can log in because your system is not accepting my very clear password. For some reason it’s not letting me log into the set up account. I am the only employee of my own company. So this is already causing me problems so I want to delete this app and make account and the subscription that doesn’t exist on iTunes.
Use Daily
We use this app for our family company and it’s honestly really helpful. Our employees love how simple it is and easy to use. They’re able to leave notes like a daily log and they like how it marks their location so they don’t have to do extra steps for that. Granted we’ve never used another clock in app but we don’t ever feel the need to look for a new one. This one is simple, easy to use and tracks what we need. Aka time, location & allows daily notes.

The app and web site worked flawlessly throughout our summer season with all our scheduling needs. The app is easy to navigate and our employees clocked in and out without issue. Downloading employee hours was a breeze and integrated easily with our accountant for payroll. Thank you!
