Sounds good to me after one week of usage (I’ll do another review after more weeks). What I feel to suggest is to allow it on the watch if it’s possible.
Misinformation
I downloaded this app and signed up as it appeared to be free. It was until further looking that I discovered it’s a free trial with 13 days remaining. I went to my subscriptions to check that it wasn’t listed and it’s not. After coming back to look at other reviews with similar issues I’ve decided to delete the app. It would be better if this company disclosed the free trial period and didn’t make this app seem like it’s free. As a business owner I pay so much for subscriptions I was excited to get a start tracking app for free. No such luck!
Too complicated
A bit too complicated for what I need, this app is definitely better used by employers who have set up their employees with clocking in and out through here. Personally, I wanted to use it alongside the clock my employer uses to keep track of how many hours I’ve worked in a pay period, since I can’t see the employers records of it. This app has too much going on for the simple feature I need, and it requires location to be on at all times which I’m not a fan of at all and is not necessary to click a clock in and out button. Uninstalled because it wasn’t what I needed

Creepy calls
Seemed like a reasonably well built app, uninstalled because it wasn’t right use case for me. Would have probably gave it 4 stars but the fact that full location services are required for a simple time tracking app and the fact that you called my phone number like 2 days after uninstalling looking for feedback quite frankly is super creepy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Help with pay rate
Is there any way to change the pay rate to from hourly to day, I would like to set to 200 per day
Couldn’t get it to work
I downloaded the app. I created an account and let Apple automatically create a strong password for me. I went to log in and had to enter my user ID (email address). The password field was not being associated with my new strong password. I requested to reset my password. I did not get an email with a new temporary password. I deleted the app.

Too expensive
Had the free trial and had the separate kiosk app. To pay £10 per user/month is ridiculous to just clock in and out. We don’t need all the other functions

Worst refund policy I’ve seen in any app
Their customer service might be human, but they reply like robots — the same message again and again. I was charged for the annual plan and asked for a refund right away on day one. They refused instantly. Very disappointing and unfair. I’ve used many paid apps, but this kind of no-refund attitude is rare and frustrating.
Love it but would add 1 thing
I charge different rates at different locations. So would love to see an hourly rate per location to the tracking. That way it would easily automate everything as I work as a relief jobs. Everything else is wonderful!

Not bad until free trial ends, I only used it on a weekly basis and it did what I needed it to, just not paying for premium.

Privacy Issues
This app will track you, even if you're off the clock. I was in Eastern Europe on vacation and this app was still tracking me. It gives you no way to secure your privacy and have the app still function. Edit: I have been forced to use this app for a few years now, and I can't even begin to tell you how many hours of work I have not been paid for. It will reflect being logged in (or out) when it's not. It's horrible. It's invasive. And you will lose money.
MAKE A WIDGET
App is very good at its intended purpose, but please make a widget so I can clock in and out from my Home Screen. It would be very helpful as sometimes I forget to load up that app and clock in our out. Thank you
Not worth the money
This app rarely works well. It takes forever to process anything forget one screen to another screen. It does not keep count of miles driven. It is difficult to log off the time clock and log back on. I have already canceled my subscription and don’t intend to renew it in anyway I’m trying to find an alternative because this is a terrible app and needs a lot of work.
What’s wrong
The app started off great. But lately it’s been so laggy and crashing. Is it time for an update. It’s basically unusable right now.

Very expensive per user/employee
They don’t let you know prior to signing up via the app that it cost an additional $80 per year per employee or manager or just user in general. I signed up thinking it was $100 for the whole year for every feature. It was not that after paying My $100 and inviting my manager to make her account I was told that I have to pay in an additional $80. That’s insane nothing in their app tells you that you have to pay per user. I have five employees just looking for something simple and easy to use which this app is, but the price is crazy.

I don’t like this ap
App not working like it should
It was working well until it suddenly began to have faults. I started to see that the workers made manual tickets when they didn't have access. And the hours worked were also deleted. And the location didn't appear. And there is no phone number for help. Only by email and this is already too frustrating.
Pay is incorrect
When doing my biweekly pay, the hours are not adding up correctly and it’s saying I owe more money to the employee than is actually owed. Please look into this.

If you like to stop using it, if you pay annual. There is no way to stop it unless you email them
Yes no way. And if you like to stop, your history will be gone right away after. And no way to refund. They will force you to stay for another year since you already paid. This is beeaking US consumer law!!! I email then asking for refund and they told me can’t, and after I replied about consumer law, they never responded back. Beware!! If they treat a 5 years long customer, you’ll know better how they treat some other newer customers!!

FYI This Starts as a Trial - App doesn’t show this
I loved using this app to track my time but unfortunately it starts as a trial. If you sign up on the app, it doesn’t tell you at all that there is a two week trial only. If you want to subscribe to this, it’s a great app that tracks your time well. Unfortunately I do not have financial space to add a new subscription to my budget so I’ve had to look for something else. When I sent feedback on this, they sent back a screenshot of the website on desktop showing that the program is a trial so if you are mobile only like me, you will miss it.
Too expensive
I love this app for our business and would have subscribed but it is way too expensive if you have multiple users. It’s a shame there isn’t a flat rate.

Not forewarning customers of an upcoming charge is unfair. Follow up either service desk useless.
Great app but glitches
So is great so far, but I noticed today when I took a break and clocked back in some how it double the entry of the break, taking off twice the amount of break time it showers two identical time stamps for the break, if I didn’t notice I would have been working for free and not known it. I hope that this is getting looked at.
Way Too Expensive
As a small business, it was costing way too much money to use. Over $50 for a few employees to use! Just cancelled my subscription.
Monthly fees excessive
I downloaded, program works ok, but nowhere it it mention the feed after a trial version. $5 per employee is excessive for a time tracker. Don’t think I will renew because of that. Should be a small flat rate.

Location Tracking
I don’t like that it is required to have location services turned on to use simple time tracking. I understand sometimes people may want to, but I don’t see why it should be mandatory when you don’t want it to be.
It’s perfect for household use
We use this app for our nannie and the location check in is just perfect. It’s well made and easy to get the report you need. I only wished it has payroll records too so we could have that also in the app.
Hard to work with
I couldn’t pay in the end, if you want to edit your visa it doesn’t work.
Problem to add job code
All the app is good except when I tried to add Job codes : it’s like the + was not activated, so I can’t add any code. Please fix this!
