Super app
Very unprofessional
I worked with pawshake for 2 years without any problems. Now my account is suddenly non-active without any warning. I have contacted the costumer service about 7-8 times. Also send 5 e-mails but no response. VERY unprofessional.
Easy app great service bu expensive
Pawshake is easy to use and provide a great service for people who do not have the kind of helpers available. Be aware though that the price listed is what you pay not what the dog walker receives. There is a steep margin between the two
Controle
I can’t make an account cause my photos don’t have my face on it with the animals…
AI update is so frustrating
I used this app to pet sit a year or two ago. I never had issues when I created my pet sitting account. Now with the AI update, I can’t create an account because there’s always something to add or to improve. If I took pictures of the pets but not with my face, it’s not valuable anymore. Then saying my eyes are closed on the picture, when it’s clearly not. This is ruining my experience as a pet sitter, and make me want to delete the app. This shows laziness, and that you only think about money, but not the people who truly love animals and want a side hustle. Stop with this AI, and do better! AI is not making your app good. It’s insufferable.
Top app
Application bien faite.
telefoonnummer verifiëren
Ik kan mijn telefoonnummer nooit verifiëren…..
great for pet owners...
... less so for dog walkers/pet sitters - the commission for Pawshake is high and they hord the money until after the end of a booking, which sometimes means you wait weeks to see any money🫤
Afhouden
Great customer service
Fabulous app. I had an issue with one of the dog sitters and they were super responsive and helped me promptly.
Slechte app!!!
Great app but typical business model
I have been using Pawshake for several months. It is a great app and really very useful if you want to find a reliable sitter for your furbabbies, at the same time make some extra cash as a sitter. However, initially the app for charging a surcharge for every booking, but now it’s disappointing to see how the app has changed its pricing model over months and goes on to charge the sitter a percentage of the booking for every booking. Not soon until someone else will grab the opportunity to take on to their customers and customers including me will be forced to look for cheaper alternates.
Super makkelijk

Very user unfriendly
Absolutely not user friendly. They make you write a whole essay and then it’s still not good enough. I get that the pet owners want information but they are just being absolutely ridiculous.
The app is super
The application is well organized. You have options to choose the one that suits you. Safe transfer of your money. I highly recommend it.
Top app
Efficace, Rapide, Fiable, Simple d’utilisation
Merci
A great idea !
We discovered your app only recently and are so happy with it ! Finally we can go on holidays without having to search for a long time for people who want to look after our animals ! Hopefully your community gets bigger with lots of people who are really devoted to animals.
