I love it except my password ap doesn’t recognize it for auto log in.
Doesn’t work most of the time!
I try to use the app daily but usually doesn’t work. Have gone to local branch a couple of times to see if they could get it to work consistently. Quits working consistently within a few minutes after changing login and password.. I use the app on my IPhone to access the account. Very frustrating!

Nitpicking things
The “remember me” thing doesn’t work because I have to log in every time I open the app but I guess that’s good security or whatever. I’d still like it if I didn’t have to log in every single time I opened the app. Other than that it’s really good

Wen account overdraft no one send a message or email till days later and that’s is not fair because you should send a message to your customer so they know that not wait days to take advance on charging interest for every hour so I’m thinking about changing my bank and going to a different and more trustworthy bank
Wish it had card controls!
South East Bank app is great except it doesn’t have card controls to turn on or off my debit card like all other banks in the 21st century. (Neither does their online banking website!)This is one of the most important things for me. Can’t tell you how many times my card has been hacked on a long weekend and I had to wait days before being able to contact the bank to shut down my card! Meanwhile hackers had access all weekend to my account! Unacceptable. Then the hassle of doing a dispute for every unauthorized transaction!! They insist I could install a separate app which I would never remember the name of or find in a panic on my phone of many apps. Just build it into your SE Bank app already! It’s such a problem I am motivated to switch banks. What a pain switching all my direct deposits and payments 😖 other than that, the app is great.

I really like the features of the updated app. No longer do you struggle with scrolling down the entries and having the main menu open. I love the Touch ID feature. Now don’t change anything!!
