Thief
Put a stack of 500 in 20 dollar bills and the atm mis counted shorted me 80 and the bank counted and said they machine ‘Skynet” was right and I was wrong So I lost 80 bucks to the system
My point view
The App is pretty easily understood,but for older ppl it’s takes a young family member to help lol but it’s good app
No notifications
This app should notify when a payment is due.
Mostly great
App doesn’t update latest numbers. Prob same with website. It will show transactions in the log but won’t have it figured into the available or pending amounts. Sometimes will take a day. So if u keep main account low like I do, use wisely lol. Other than that it’s great.

You desperately need to fix this app, it rarely opens properly and I have to delete and download again all the time and it still doesn’t fix the problem
Would like additional external account support
Love the app so far everything’s good except I don’t like not being able to link my cash app account to make transfers and see balance from the dashboard, other than that it’s great
Slow to update
I wish the app was quicker to update transactions and purchases. Usually doesn’t show until later the next day accurate account updates.

Intrusive pop-ups
When I’m trying to access my financial information I don’t want but making me do things like tell them what the best about the app etc. and they won’t stop. One star

Love TVFCU HATE the app
They don’t notify me like I ask when changes are made to my accounts even when notifications are on. They have a glitch where I changed the names on my account details, and it DISAPPEARED! I did this multiple times. ANNOYED! Frustrated! Don’t you pay your tech guys enough??? Fix it!
Need additional explanation categories
Need more detailed expense explanations for the entries such as the Utilities, Shopping, etc.
App Crashes
The app either crashes or logs me out and will not allow me to log back in. It says “account disabled.” It does this about once every two months. Then I have to call Tvfcu to fix it. Lackluster app.

All your banking needs in one app
The best banking app. It’s easy to use, and I can quickly check my transactions without any hassle. Paying bills is simple, and mobile deposits are quick and convenient. I also like that my loan is right there with my other accounts, so I don’t have to go searching for it.
Add Zelle please
This app is great but only suggestion I have is please add Zelle. Zelle just took off their app so now I have to Zelle using my bank’s app. But the TVFCU app currently doesn’t have the capability to use Zelle. So all my contacts have been sending me money to my old Zelle account but I’ve not been able to receive it because TVFCU can’t use Zelle.

TVFCU have maintained the utmost customer services from each of their branches to the live stream app team and to their internal members have delivery the friendliest and the attentive to each customer. Thank you TVFCU for your care and support to all of us
Bad tech
Trying to be like the big boys and do more than they are able to. App constantly crashes, fancy features rarely work, and just can’t do many small things right.

THE WORST BANK APP
1. TVFCU’s banking app NEVER synchronizing correctly with passwords. 2. The scanning feature on the deposit feature is the ABSOLUTELY WORST, WORST, WORST. It either says the size the check varies from front to back or it can’t read something, or something is missing (e.g. date) when it is clearly printed on the check. I have used MULTIPLE devices and the problems are consistent across all brands and models used. I ABSOLUTELY LOATHE THIS APP, especially in comparison to my other banking apps.
