Good app but needy
I use this app all the time. Works as needed for banking. A little needy lately. It wants a review every time I open it. I originally gave it 5 stars. But it keeps coming back. Doesn’t believe me when I tell it I love it. It’s ruining our relationship. There’s no trust anymore. All me me me. We're caught in a trap I can't walk out Because I love you too much, baby Why can't you see What you're doing to me When you don't believe a word I say? We can't go on together With suspicious minds

Not much use if I can’t pay my bill on it! It definitely needs this update to make it practical!
Update the app so I can pay my bill on it! It’s tedious to have to get on my laptop. Plus when I do, the login disappears after my user name is typed in.
Crashing on Samsung Note 4
App works fine on my iPad, but immediately crashes on my phone.
Great place to bank
I’ve been using the credit union since I started working for the phone company in 1979 or 1980. They’ve always been helpful, friendly, and reliable providing solutions for all my financial needs.
My own line banking is off now
New system is no good. It keeps me calling trying to get everything straightened out.

App works great. I have experienced a slight delay in seeing transfers posted but it has always completed satisfactorily if I just wait a minute.
Just ok, mobile deposit is horrible
This app is good if you only want to check your account balances or make transfers, but mobile deposit is a joke. I often have to retake pictures up to 5 times just to get the app to accept them. Then, it takes up to two full days for the money to show up in the account. I also had one mobile deposit canceled. The only information I was given was through email, and stated that the submitted photo need to be cropped, even though the original picture was accepted by the app upon submission. I have an account at another, larger chain bank, and have never had a mobile deposit issue with them.

For some reason check photos are over exposed. Otherwise a good app.

If ain’t broke don’t fix it
The newest update is extremely ugly. I can no longer see pending deposits. Something about the letters make my flesh crawl, Change back to old format. Please.
I like it!
The app is pretty user friendly. Favorite part is the check deposit. It makes life so much easier... 2 caveats: 1) The photo scanner is pretty picky and may take several shots to get right. 2) You cannot deposit a check larger than $1000.00. This makes no sense and needs to be adjusted for larger deposits.

Needs updating
Many of the features do not work. I use this app to check my balances... that is about it.
One complaint
App is very functional; however, the "pay a person" function has failed for me twice and working with the outside vendor was neither pleasant nor easy.

Love the ease and convenience of this app. The only complaint I have is that the mobile deposit is sometimes buggy. Seems to have gotten better with recent updates. I do wish the deposit limit was higher.

Good app. It is user friendly and very convenient. I just wish we could see pending debit transactions.
Transfer to external accounts
I would like to be able to make transfers to external checking and savings accounts. I have not discovered how, if this is possible.
