It’s not showing the data properly
Most of the data are blank. I need to go to website every time I need to see guidelines in ios. Please fix it. The format you are using is not working in ios
As a resource, it’s GREAT, but needs more tweaking
I’m not even going to talk about the content, since it’s well know to be outstanding. What’s great about the NCCNGL is that it is frequently updated as new evidence comes in. However it’s for that reason that this app needs a particular tweak I want. Ever open the app to check something and it almost always turns out that there’s an update available and you need to keep the app open to download… unless you want to read the guidelines without the update. Automatic background downloading updates is the tweak I recommend. Make it a premium feature if you want, as long as it’s not too dear. In this way, every time we open it, the GL we need is always the latest. Thank you.

This app provides all the detailed guidelines for clinical assessment and is extremely helpful.
Crash!
Crashes all the time on iPhone. Blank pages coming up every time.
Good but needs improvement
I suggest to add forward and backward buttons so that we can immediately go back to the last page we are reading. We always have to go to thumbnail button or table of contents after we open the recommended reference hyperlink.

Useless application
Almost always leads to a blank page. Fails to open when I need it most. Takes forever to open those that actually work. Update guidelines function is the worst and takes hours irrespective of the number of guidelines downloaded.

Fail after update
I can’t download any guidelines after new update using my ipad app. It keeps crashing, so poor.
Updating guidelines
Since I downloaded the app, i find it extremely difficult to update guidelines. It takes forever and doesn’t show me the progress and the whole app is waiting on them to update for me to do anything. I haven’t successfully updated them from the start, to be honest.

Worst app
What happened to you NCCN??? You don’t want any one to use your guidelines?? What an idea to have such a junk app! Kudos to app developer who made this app for not allowing anyone to follow new one and stick to old guidelines!
Basically a pdf viewer
I like the fact that the guidelines are easily categorized and look nice in the app. However, I for clinical use, I feel like I’d be be better off with my own annotated PDF version of each guideline. The app makes the guidelines easy to access and read, which is good for learning and studying but not great for ease of use in a visit.

Too slow , every time it takes lot of time to open. if you have given command for update of guidelines than rest assured you won’t be able to use app for next couple of hours.
Better than nothing
I’m a cancer genetic counselor and, and I’ve found this app most useful for quickly checking guidelines during tumor boards. Unfortunately, the app does have a habit of crashing and sometimes the guidelines remain out of date even after syncing. For example, the current version for the Hereditary Breast Cancer guidelines is 2.2019, but the app only has version 1.2018.

Delay in updates
The latest version of guidelines are not being shown in the mobile app. This is not helping us to be upto date.
Useful medical application but App keeps on crashing...
I have found this application very useful as it provides very updated knowledge regarding the Urology cancers. but I am having problems as after a while the app crashes itself and then you have to open the whole app and go the particular guideline to open it again. Please fix this issue. Hoping for a positive response soon...
Finally!
Have been waiting for NCCN to migrate from iPad to the iPhone for a while now. Though, I would like to have the ability to highlight text within the guidelines.

Application closes on its own as soon as you open it. After update also the red new version available bar shown on many sites
Marginally functional
This is atrocious. It's basically a pdf viewer of the guidelines and it crashes every five minutes. Please fix it already!
