Paid for subscription now it says i’m not subscribed
As the title says. Paid for yearly subscription, initially was working appropriately, now It’s asking me to pay for subscription again. I’m not able to use the subscriber perks even though I have paid. It’s been about a month with this issue, and it has not been resolved. Unacceptable.

Used to be generous
This app got stingy all of a sudden and never had all the details in anatomy. I'm a patient and also a health advocate. I don't have the money and nothing to show my doctors where my pain is.

Please add two finger gesture
Hi, have used this app and the iPad version is using by me for a lot of time. This Vision Pro version is getting good. Please try to add the two finger gaster option that by this process we can zoom in or zoom out and move an object. without two finger gesture, I can’t move the object up and down !please fix this overall everything is perfect
The Sign in is INSANE
The sign in doesn’t even work I tried TONS of passwords and emails and it’s still not working and I never tried it sadly :(

So it’s great for its known for all organs but why do you need a email and a code why can’t you just rush in like games like dragon city and notes and photos

I got this app for med school and it wouldn’t load. I sat for one hour and it still didn’t, I tried restarting my phone, deleting apps and even reinstalling it but still didn’t work!
Freezes
On iPad 10, animations cause the app to freeze and eventually crash. That said, the app is a still valuable resource.
Best App Ever
As a medical student I was struggling to find an app that is free to use and access everything about anatomy and thanks to the developers and to this app I can finally have access and learn much more. I’m grateful for developers to keep this app basically accessible for free cause whenever I downloaded an app so that I can study anatomy there were many restrictions. Definitely will be recommending this app to all of my other colleagues.
Fraud?
I signed up for free membership and immediately received an alert that over $500 was charged to an account . I don’t think it’s from this vender. I think their registration sure is hacked. But they provide no customer interface. So there remains a concern.
Bug needs to be fixed!!!
This is a phenomenal app, but for the past several days I have not been able to access this app. Every time I open the app, a white screen appears and none of the content will load. This was done on the most recent update, with good WiFi and cellular data connection as well. Please fix this issue!!!
Crash
I have a premium account that I use on a regular basis at home on my PC. However when I try to use the iPhone app it crashes when I log in.

Decent but the feature to remove groups of muscles, skeletal features, or nerves does not seem to work.

Amazing app but planes of motion just freezes the app the only thing I can do is scroll when I exit and it just stops at 64% loading and walk cycle freezes too

I haven’t used this app in a while so I don’t have my password. There is no “forgot password” option on the login screen.

Not functional on iPhone 12 Pro Max
I have been using this app frequently on an iPhone Xs with no issues. I upgraded my phone and now navigating through the models is unusably slow. I have deleted and re downloaded the app with no success. The lag is still persisting even after giving the model significant time to load. Another note, the app is not taking into account the “Safe Area” for notched iPhones. That is a quick fix on the dev side.
Buggy
I subscribed to premium, but no matter what I hit, everything is still locked. It clearly says on the app that I’m premium, however anytime I try to load premium models it keeps asking me to subscribe. Please fix this Biodigital! You guys have a fantastic program otherwise
Need more choice for email verification
Tried to use this app and website, but requires Facebook credentials to verify sign in. Note to developers, not everyone uses fake book. Thought yo could do apple, google, or set up own email login to use app. Update 10/27/21 After having problems with new sign in. Sent message to developers and was able to sign in. Developers were very prompt and professional and helped me to sign in. 5 stars and hope you develop more medical and anatomy models to see and use. Thanks
Sign in button doesn’t work
Nov 1. 2024 sign in button not working, even after I update to newest version. This app has too many glitches the past 6 months. Maybe they need bigger servers or new staff; I don’t know.
A Really Cool Way To Learn
I love the interactive features and how you can access different systems and organs separately, as well as dissect them to get a closer look. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was because I wish there was a way to see the functions of the different parts of the anatomy you click on. Otherwise, it’s really useful and a genuinely interesting way to explore anatomy! :)

Damn good app and insanely grateful to the creators for all the stuff they gave for free. However this aint the case no more as most of the content now requires a premium membership

Trying to do a story on being a Cooper Vanderbilt and the worlds out look on what or who should be that person. 24/7 I am constantly being drilled through my right eardrum and my left eye and now both eyes. Then like his YouTube clip the noise has words then shapes the body’s and then video games played against my immune system. And here this app is now infected also. What happen to being able to learn with our home invasion with devises and instruments. I’ll pray that kids will be able to take the sat and other test in the future without this amp project or WebKit project allowed to harm one American or any human being for that matter. Lagging.
Bigger models take longer time to load and gets choppy and laggy all the time. Kinda annoying.
Great for Nursing Education
This app is Aaahhmazing. Hoping to incorporate into my classroom for teaching undergraduate nurses. Technology may not be feasible though. Sure would be helpful :) Great job to the design team of this app
Stopped working - on any device - iOS or Android
For no apparent reason it just stopped working on all devices. Just launches to a blank screen. I’ve tried deleting data, uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling…just doesn’t work. And you can’t get support if you can’t login…which is another issue altogether. Seems very amateurish from a management standpoint, quite a contrast to the app itself which iwas exceptional, when it worked.

What is there is great. It’s jut so limited in the cardiac issues I was very interested in observing. And I wd say it’s adequate for basic understanding of anatomy but not any disease processes. Not what I was expecting.

Spatial relations.
As a nursing student who works in an orthopedic office I have a decent understanding of physics and body mechanics. However, being able to visualize and remove layers of the anatomy creates a whole new appreciation for the different ailment which our department treats. Seeing proper function in motion and then being able to see the lack of function in a pt. opened a very different door of understanding. Great value to both new and old clinical minds. Using my iPad Pro with the drawing function allows for clearer explanation to patients regarding up coming procedures. The clean design of the models is comforting to people who are new to understanding how there body works or doesn’t. GREAT CLINICAL TOOL!!!

Worst app but Amazing On Website.
The app is worst mobile app for Phone but the opposite applies to the website. The website is beyond the human imagination but on phone it needs so much improvement. I have been trying to download new human systems and they get stuck at 50%. It takes soo much time to download systems even on such fast wifi. Also, the no. Of free systems are soo less and the cost of premium membership is too much for someone who is a student.

Hi, BioDigital, this game was really interesting when i first downloaded it, but over time it got boring because I am not allowed to spend money and once you go through all the “free” models it gets kinda boring having all you can get is just looking in the models you already looked at over and over again. Also, I liked the COVID-19 update, but could you consider adding more models to the mouth section? Thanks!
The app crash every time I try to log in with my gmail account
At the beginning it appears that everything is going right but once you log in it sends you out of the app

Layers Feature Still Missing
Great platform, however the functionality is severely diminished by the absence of the layers feature in the last few updates. Please bring layers back. I'm would be 5 out of 5 stars with layers
