This would be such a good study tool if the app would actually work and turn when it’s needed i spend more time trying to turn the damn thing then i am able to actually study and it doesn’t even save what you have put on the skeleton or other things

Paid Purchase Lost After App Replacement
Instead of updating the existing app, the developers removed the original version and released a new one. As a result, I lost access to a purchase that I had already paid for. There is no way to contact the developer, and I have no way to restore or recover my purchase. This is extremely disappointing and unfair to existing customers.

I really wish they would find a way to improve the quiz aspect of the app. The interface is fantastic, but has so much more potential to help students quiz themselves. Add features like type in answer, select the correct muscle, multiple choice. The current format is flat and uninspiring.

Double-charging
I purchased the Visible Body - Respiratory app years ago and use it daily. When I went. To use it today, it said it was not available anymore, so I looked up why. It said it was because the it is now part of a “Visible Body Suite” that I have to purchase for an additional $34.99, even though I have already paid for a Visible Body app. It is not right to double-charge customers for an app that has already been purchased.

NO LIVE SUPPORT
I purchased the subscription yesterday. I made my account with my Gmail and the subscription it charged to my apple account which is linked to my iCloud (obviously, it has to be) . When I tried using the app today it is giving me a message that says “ This Visible Body account is not associated with an active subscription, but the Apple ID being used on this device has already purchased a subscription.” !! I have paid for it but I can’t log into what kind of BS is that !

Zwangsabo selbst um nur mal reinzusehen?
Ich hätte mir die App zu gerne mal angesehen, wäre sie kaufbar wäre sie mir auch was Wert gewesen. Selbst einige Zig Euro. Aber es ist zu ärgerlich, dass man sich zwangsregistrieren muss und ein Zwangsabo abschliepen muss, selbst wenn man nur testen wollte. Scheinbar nur für Leute, die ständig gerne zahlen um etwas zu lernen, und nicht schon etliche Abos haben. Es könnte wenigstens eine vergünstigte Version geben, für Schüler oder so. Sry. Aber nicht so.
Fehlende Strukturen/ falsche anatomische Lage
An sich super App zum ergänzenden Lernen. Leider ist mir vermehrt aufgefallen, dass Strukturen fehlen oder die Struktur an der falschen anatomischen Lage dargestellt wird. Auch sind mir kleine Fehler in den funktionellen Beschreibungen aufgefallen (z.b. Adduktion/ Abduktion wird verwechselt). Dafür dass man jährlich zahlt erhält man viel Lernmaterial. Ärgerlich sind aber die oben beschriebenen Probleme trotzdem sehr

Bestimmt eine gute App, aber
Das sieht spontan an sich schon nach einer guten App aus. Aber sie wird als kostenlose App beworben. Direkt beim ersten Start kommt dann aber die Aufforderung, erst einmal ein Abo abzuschließen, bevor man die App nutzen kann. Daher dann wieder gelöscht.

Not fully accessible
I am using the app bc visible body online wont recognize my devices. Stupid when you're in a class and have assignments to complete. This needs to be more user friendly and the program needs to be able to run on the most popular devices and/or search engines (i.e. iPad and Apple and Google Chrome apps).

Ich habe mir ein Jahres-Abo für die Atlas der Humananatomie22* gemacht. Seit dem Update kann ich auf dieses nicht mehr zugreifen obwohl ich dafür gezahlt habe. Auf der Website stand bis vor kurzem, das dass Update keine Auswirkungen auf bestehende Abos hat. Bisher wurde mir per Email auch nicht geholfen, außer das kommentarlos ein neues Abo auch keinen Zugang mehr hat das ich über die Internetseite gemacht habe… super gute App mit nicht so guten Service scheinbar.
