It’s 2023 now and I still need to log in when I am using this app, at least a 4 digit password will be more user friendly
Needs improvement
App doesn’t allow inputs or message for restaurants reservations. For example like making a note on the event or celebration
Search function difficult to use
The app has a good reward system. But the search function is weird. I can search for a chain store but not all outlets are shown and if I tap on “all results” then the search result page becomes empty.

This app is honestly really underwhelming and just got worse overtime. Initially I was able to search up restaurants and reserve a table via the app. After an update however, I’m not even able to search up restaurants and the search engine is requesting for me to input my own location first????? 1. Firstly, my location is already turned on for the app. Normal apps using location trackers like google maps for example can pinpoint my location automatically. 2. Even if I had wanted to input my own location, which I tried to, no options even pop up. It’s so dumb. Is the search engine even working???? And because my own location isn’t registered, the app doesn’t allow me to search out other restaurants and I can’t even fulfil the most basic function of the app to reserve tables for meals anymore LMAO The entire app feels so buggy and scammy even when im on good signal. I don’t know why the app is so slow for searches to appear, for reservations to register etc. — it doesn’t even compute insanely complex functions compared to games. Literally the entire app is just loading when I’m switching from my profile to the main page and vice versa, or when clicking into any other thing. Imagine lagging every time you click something WTF. Bro this app is 60% waiting 40% actually doing something productive. The UI is also unnecessarily confusing. Like you have options for dinner tonight or lunch tomorrow but what are these recommendations even based off LMAO like isn’t the most obvious category to include be ‘Highly Rated’ ???? I wasn’t even awarded the 600 loyalty points (LPs) promised for making a reservation via the app for the first time; it’s the same issue with subscribing to the newsletter — I didn’t get the 100 LPs either. If your system is unable to to award the points despite the promise of it, the LPs scam is really deceptive as a marketing tactic. I will not use this deceptive, poorly designed and underdeveloped app. Do better.

Not working!
This app used to be great, I’ve used it for years. But recently it’s impossible to enter a date to book a meal, on my iPhone 11pro (ioS 17.0.3) and is therefore useless. Please fix!

But why doesn’t the app remember its me and save me from having to log in every time via a website which invariably logs you in and then crashes meaning you have to search twice for the restaurant. Arrrgghhh frustrating

Since the latest apple software update the app certification is not being recognised. You just get an error message
They delete your points
Unless you constantly book with the app,they delete your earned points. So I deleted the app. Very poor.

Downloaded the app to make a reservation for two specific places redirected from Apple Maps. Turns out the places are not on the app, inexplicably. The extension for Apple Maps doesn’t work either.

Is there an iPad app on the cards? It’s currently displaying the phone version on the iPad. Doesn’t adjust to landscape view.

Problems here
I dislike being charged for a reservation that was cancelled within the allotted time. Also the app isn’t useful for this.
Good on the whole
When it works it’s quick and efficient but when Zi book and turn up (always do) and the restaurant claims no show then it is very frustrating.

Glitch when typing in comments when giving review
The page moves abruptly when typing reviews and the cursor does not stay in the comment box. Rather irritating

Probably useful but
App probably works great but it refuses to accept my phone number so I can’t actually book anywhere… waste of time
Quick and easy
Easy to book table for local town. However gets more complicated if you want to book for another crown further away
No way of filtering search results
It is possible to make a reservation with this app, but in terms of browsing local restaurants improvements need to be made; there is no way of filtering the type of restaurant that appear in your results.
Stein Berlin
Two friends and I had lunch at Stein Berlin. They arrived slightly earlier than I did and were informed that there was no booking in my name. I actually had to point it out in their book. Food was good but the service was surly, uninterested and so slow that we gave up on desert. What a shame.

Rubbish, no sort or filter functions
What a rubbish app. You cannot filter per cuisine, and you cannot sort results per distance, price or ratings. You basically get a list of restaurants, spme of which are 15km away from your location. What a rubbish app
App design could do with revising to make it more intuitive
Not the easiest app to navigate but it does the job well once you fathom it out. Loyalty points are a great idea and mine are growing steadily. Keyboard for this app is annoying as the full stop is on the numbers keyboard instead of the letters!
The restaurant had no record of my reservation
I booked Samy’s curry restaurant for lunch for 4 on the 27th - the day of Diwali celebrations in Singapore. Expected the restaurant to be busy which is why I made the reservation using Quandoo. However when we arrived at the restaurant they knew nothing about the reservation 😕 That was my first time using the App. Not sure if I will risk it again...
Advance booking
I tried to book on the app in advance but I couldn’t open the day I wanted and also I needed to book for 7 which it doesn’t allow. It was easier to book over the phone

I use this app pretty often to find food places and also to receive some great rewards. The search function could be improved to find names easier!
Hard to search
The search function don’t seem to work... frustrating attempting to scroll one by one for restaurant of choice. Pls fix it

App is not very friendly to use when i need to enter promo code. Also, the promo code is not auto reinstated if unused due to a cancelled reservation. Had no easy way to contact the Quandoo team when such issue happened.

Dreadful app
Every time I try to redeem my points, it seems more difficult. It asks for location and then gives me restaurants in London! Then I got to selecting time of booking and it wouldn’t let me go beyond 1.00 lunchtime. I needed to book for dinner. Eventually I succeeded after about 20 minutes of frustration and I still don’t know if I have managed to redeem any points. I have over 3,000 and quite honestly I don’t think it is worth the hassle and frustration for £10, which I may not even get. Quandoo get your act together!!

So far this American has had no issues and would recommend this app for searching great restaurants while traveling.
Easy to book but no loyalty redemption
Apps is pretty easy to book and use but they forgot the most important element which is the loyalty points redemption. The reward function should be easy and rebate back immediately/ on the spot. At this point of time - going through forms/ details/ to Credit back to Bank acc/ Long waiting time.
Can be better!
This is a pretty good app for making restaurant reservations, but a big drawback is the inability to update bookings, e.g. changing the time or number of people. Right now, I have to cancel an existing booking & make a new one if there are minor changes.
