Works ok most of the time
This app is very useful for searching for and booking appointments. The login sometimes glitches though so I have to reinstall the app and booking a Live appointment doesn’t seem to work.

Terrible
takes forever to load, gets stuck at the login page, doctor call using the e-service, doesn’t work as no one could hear me and then no one call back AND no recalling through the app.
Should be downloaded for every single use
I installed the app and it worked fine, but whenever I tried to use it again, the app didn’t work, I can enter the app but I can’t login into my profile, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked, and I have to repeat this process every time

للأسف التطبيق لا يرقى ان يكون لمستشفى خاص بحجم الحبيب وأعتقد انه تم إنشاءه في مركز صيانة كمبيوترات . تعليق وبطيء وبعض الأيقونات لا تفتح نهائيا

I was very satisfied with app until i tried to add my daughter as a member. I never received the OTP using sms . I logged out and now I’m not able to login . I don’t have WhatsApp to use it

Better Upgrade
I exited KSA Dec 2019 and returned Oct 2020. The new app is much more user friendly and quicker to retrieve and load information. The old app was good but this new version has taken it to a better level. Although some improvements are needed still. ALL IN ALL, it’s really good and the ALL the hospital staff are professional, friendly and make you feel at ease.

Super easy to register
I haven’t been to this hospital as a patient before but was recommended by a friend to register via the app with my iqama & book my appointments directly through the app. I am pleasantly surprised that this was as simple as I was told & only took 5 minutes from installing the app to having an appointment with the dentist of my choice (a drop down list let’s you select a practitioner of your choice). However, I have awarded the app 4 stars because I tried to add my 2 children to my account but because they are on my husband’s iqama I was unable to do this. Please add this feature - I am the one who will book and take my children to their appointments so it only makes sense that they should be able to be linked to my account. When this feature is available, then I will happily award the app 5 stars.

App says to contract the call center but there is no phone number anywhere in the app
Constant Issues Logging In
The app is great when it works, but it keeps requesting the verification code sent to my phone, but never sends it. Quite the inconvenience.

Generally it works well. However, a major glitch occurs if you try to book an appointment when you already have an appointment. A pop-up will inform you of the current appointment, the time and doctor and then ask you if you wish to cancel- even when the new appointment is for a different doctor. If you do not wish to cancel, the options provided do not allow you to continue. The options given are also ambiguous in terms of the question, “Do you wish to cancel?” ‘Cancel’ will end your attempt to make an appointment and ‘ok’ will cancel the appointment.

Prescription r not saved and radiology images not opens
Overall the app is very good but prescriptions of old appointment is not visible. Also the radiology images of mri or x ray or sonography not opens. Gives message as change lang to en whereas it was already english. Kindly fix this

The app is good but it keeps asking for login every time I open it. Also it is a bit slow sometimes. Login issue should be solved it is frustrating.

Needs fixing
The app keeps on lagging and some features for. Work at all I keep booking comprehensive medical checks and they don’t seem to go through plus why no customer support on app except for the voice one and even that has a hard time finding its way. Even the customer support on the phone is far below mediocre.

Laggy - Data Input Wrong
DOB IS WRONG! Medical reports of visits not available! Sick leave not uploaded! On top of paying them your hard earned money you have to chase basic admin procedures
Does not work well on iOS
I tried to make an appointment for Physiotherapy but it does not proceed further to select the hospital so I can’t make an appointment. Also my preferred language is English but the notification messages are in Arabic which you can’t select and copy to translate them.
Finger print Authenticator
For some reason only known to the developer of this app, it has now told me my finger print is not authorised to use this app. Well it had been for the last year with no issues. Please fix or allow me to get my finger print authorised

Is the App user friendly?
The App needs to be more user friendly. It needs to send notifications in English if I have chosen English as my preferred language. Also the app keeps automatically logging me out which is frustrating. Also I am unable to email my reports to myself.
