في الاونه الاخير تم تجاهل معالجة الشكوى والاستفسارات المرفوعة عن طريق التطبيق
التطبيق جيد بس لما اجي احمل ورقة الموعد او احمل اشعار المراجعة ما يفتح الملف

هناك حدث مشكله بالتطبيق
يوجد خلل وتعطيل داخل التطبيق حيث زيارة التنويم وباقي المواعيد لا توجد بالتطبيق !! خلل وتعطيل مستمر لعدة اشهر

How is a patient supposed to find an employees ID number to say thank you???? You should make it easier - full name/department or full name/job title is reasonable

السلام عليكم كنت احاول الدخول لملفي الطبي ولكن صعوبة الدخول من خلال نفاذ حال دون امكانية الدخول، ياريت يتم معالجة الدخول الى الملف الطبي بدون ما يلزم من خلال تطبيق نفاذ. ولكم جزيل الشكر

Needs serious updating and more advanced calling system
Part of the app works well, but there are many areas for improvement. 1. Should be allowed to send messages to the coordinators. 2. The app doesn’t always send text confirmation when an appointment Is made. 3. Make results easier to find, it can be very difficult to navigate easily. 4. There’s a link to click and make appointments, but it’s impossible. Instead a pop up says to call the main number because I can’t make an appointment. Why even have the link there? And even with a phone call, they have to “raise a ticket”. Nothing happens easily here without going through some middle man, that 1/2 the time goes unanswered.

غير مفيد في تغيير مواعيد او طلبات تقارير او مراجعة نتائج اختبارات ولا فيه تواصل مع العيادات او التمريض او حتى الطبيب المشرف على الحالةوغيرها الكثير ... التواصل يكون ببرنامج غير امن مثل واتس اب او عن طريق الاتصال ويجب ان يكون في وقت الدوام فقط !!

يحتاج تنوع الخدمات - رسم واضح للخدمات - تقليل الحاجة لمقابلة الموظفين - بوت ذكاء صناعي للمحادثة المباشرة

التطبيق جميل وكل شي تمام بس انك ماتقدر تحجز موعد مع الدكتور او تحجز موعد في طب الاسره وليك الخيار انك تحدد سوا مجيء او تلفون هادا مره مبيخ التطبيق انو يحتكر الحجز بس بالتلفون اللي مايردو عليه ولازم تجي توقف سِرا عشان تحجز هادا لازم يشوفوا حل فيه بصراحه
