The new update is horrible
For some reason i cannot login with my uae number because it doesn’t give an option for any country other than KSA. This app used to be so good, it’s now become horrible suddenly. I don’t know how i will book and access my records now

Not working in UAE
The application suddenly stopped showing my medical history and deleted my files, and when I tried to log in again ..the only country available is KSA , however UAE is not listed!!
Update issue
The app was working perfectly in Cairo but after the last update I can’t even sign in again it only shows KSA as a country and I can’t get access to anything

You have more than 100 Indian and Egyptian software engineers and I can’t book appointment bc you didn’t solve the problem yet ! it’s been more than one month !!! When I try to book appointment or see results it’s loading forever Even your employees in the hospital tell us the app isn’t working Solve your problems !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It works and then sometimes you cannot login again. As it doesn’t show UAE only KSA
Dear Support Team, I have been experiencing a login problem with your app ever since the appointment feature was introduced. The app does not recognise UAE only KSA is available. When I enter my number, it does not allow me to log in and returns a message that there is no record of my account. I have raised this issue with your call centre on several occasions, but it remains unresolved. Today a new update was released, and after I updated the app I can no longer log in at all,the app now only shows KSA as an option. This has been going on for some time now and is very frustrating. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this.

العلاج بشكل عام قوي ولاكن كأدارة وتنسيق وموافقات التامين وانتظار الدنيا مبهدله وتحتاج الى مراجعة من المسؤولين تحس ماحد عارف شغله يعني ابسط الامور يطلب من المريض نفسه القيام بها مع ان الموظفين يقدرو يتواصلو بين يعض ويحلو الامور ولاكن لا توجد رقابة للاسف

Technical Issues on the App
I’ve experienced technical issues that I cannot choose any country except KSA, after I log out and event reinstall the app, still the same issues. Then I sent the emails to the IT team, has not received any responses after 3, 4 hours. After 4 hours, I could choose another locations,however, it says I don’t have my records with them. Imagine that I rly need my reports and invoices urgently but no proper support on time at all. Even tried to called the hospital few times, still waiting for the email replies.
Great Interface, but Lacks Support for Egypt
The app looks sleek and well-designed, but unfortunately I’m unable to use it as it only supports UAE and KSA for location-based input. It would be great if future updates could include Egypt and other countries for broader accessibility.

I am trying to login from last 30 minutes it’s only showing me country as KSA. Not able to login from UAE. Current update of app is not working at all.

I can't even login, when i give my file number/phone number or even national id it logs me in another persons account and i can view all of her data, I don't know how come this happens.

Couldn’t create a medical file because I don’t have a middle name and it is mandatory field, just put dummy value there and I couldn’t receive OTP

I like how to book easily now, With some comments: 1- How to stop intro music, we must have choice not hear it 2- i have all my family on my mobile number profile, i cant switch between them unless u sign out and sign in again 3- doctors profile are not all complete, which makes it difficult if looking for a specific specialist 4- doctors rating comes in external text not in app Thanks guys for the great effort and looking forward for more updates

التطبيق سيئ فيه عرض نتائج التحاليل ومدى تحديد حرج او غير طبيعي، وايضا لايعرض تفاصيل بعض التحاليل مثل ماتظهر عند الطبيب، واحيانا لايظهر بعض الاطباء ولازم اتصل عشان احجز موعد للطبيب المطلوب، ويحتاح تحسين للواجهه والسلاسه والايقونات تكون بتصميم افضل ولا يظهر السير الذاتيه للاطباء، شوفوا تطبيق مستشفيات المانع والمواساه واقترح ايضا عمل تسجيل للدخول للدكتور من التطبيق عند الوصول للمستشفى للتخفيف من زحمة انتظار الاستقبا

التطبيق جميل جامع كل بيانات عيادات السعودي الالماني، ملاحظة ماتظهر بيانات التقرير الطبي على جوال الايفون بعد مراجعتي لعيادات بيفرلي

None of SGH’s apps work for the Dammam branch. Unacceptable in 2023 for this to happen
