Poor and unprofessional experience
There is a bug on the phone verification screen: after entering the verification code, the app gets stuck loading and does not complete the verification process. Additionally, the website does not appear to support creating an account, which makes the overall registration process confusing and incomplete. For an app that requires users to provide private and personal information, these issues raise serious concerns about the app’s reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness. I would expect a properly functioning verification process and a clear, secure account-creation experience before feeling comfortable using the service. Please fix the verification issue and improve the registration process.

التطبيق ممتاز لكن يظهر لي انه لا يوجد سجلات عندما ارغب بالدخول للتطبيق على الرغم من تأكدي من رقم الهوية الرجاء اصلاح هذه المشكلة
Unable to get any report.
The app was working well, but over the last year it was terriple. I can’t download any radiology pictures or even see them for follow up. Always, I get an error message. Very poor service compared to other apps for other hospitals.

Unable to register, Lack of technical support option in the app
I am trying hard to register, after the OTP received the app shows the registered credentials and then upon clicking the Register Button the Error pops-up that something went wrong, try later again. Its been now a week, unable to register

الاول كان افضل كتير ومع ذلك كان متاخر جدا بالنسبة للمنافسين لاكن الحين هو الاسوء فعلا على الاطلاق فى الوصول الي الملف والخدمات ده غير ان كتير من البيانات والتحاليل القديمة غير موجودة

المستشفى رائع والأطباء أكفاء ولكن إدارة المستشفى والتنظيم تحتاج اعادة نظر نرجو الاهتمام بالموضوع لان هذا الأمر يفقد المستشفى اسمه ومكانته

Frustrated with the app, no reports are being uploaded in the app ( always showing there is an error)just cz of this reason we are leaving the doc and hospital Worst customer care also , no calls are being connected
