This app is pretty mediocre. They make it so damn hard just to see who’s scheduled that day. When we first started using the app, I could see the roster right away and it was easy and then the update messed everything up and now it’s confusing and you have to hit several different buttons and then find the color-coded department and scroll down. It’s not user-friendly and very frustrating.

It's a okay app often crashes and hangs when loading. Hate that they keep adding stupid stuff the loading logo it's so unnecessary. Would be nice to automatically clear notification rather than manually doing this.

For some reason the times come up an hour earlier than scheduled on iPhones. Annoying! Confusing!

Whoever suggested this was a good update was clearly working for the competition. I am a small fry with four restaurants now looking for an alternative solution.

The calendar synchronization function is strange. Our store‘s shift changes frequently, and the shift before the previous change remains on the calendar.

After update to IOS 26 the app doesn’t work. Just shows error message every time when I try to open the app
Great App that needs some tweaking
Great app and some useful tools. Though its more aimed at the USA market it would be great to see it adapted to the UK market and allow for PTO periods to be changed. This would allow holidays to be set to the UK tax period.

Latest update is terrible. Like horrendous!
What happened to the my shifts tab? It’s now a dashboard tab! How the heck are you supposed to see your Shirley’s for the week or two? Now it shows connect to your pos? The app has trouble loading with the latest update. This latest update is terrible. What were you guys thinking. Put another dashboard tab somewhere else and bring back the usability of this app! Crazy.

A Solid Scheduling Options
We’ve worked with a lot of different scheduling payroll platforms over the years and 7Shifts is by far the most ethical and trustworthy of all of them. We have 4 locations and nearly 50 people on our team and 7Shifts is the first platform that was able to consistently offer the tools we needed for scheduling, payroll, and our tip-share. We operate in 3 different municipalities and that means 3 different sets of laws not to mention the state rules. No one was able to help us do payroll and scheduling well until 7Shifts. Are there areas that 7Shifts can improve? Yes. And I feel confident they will continue to make those improvements. A refreshing difference between them and any of the other platforms we worked with is that I know they will take my issue seriously, handle it the best they can, and conduct themselves in a way they can be proud of. So if you’re thinking about 7Shifts for your company, I feel confident they’ll do their best to take care if you.
Extremely unstable version
The app is currently extremely unstable, will log me out, unable to log in. If I am logged in, it’ll freeze, and be extremely unsmooth to use.
