Does the job it suppose to
Don’t know why all the negative reviews but this app is simple and easy to use.
Fails everytine
Cant even reset password. Fails everytime. Says phone number should be in this format: x+xxx xxx xxxx Really? And when asked to send code to such unusual phone number fails every time.
Works mostly
Works to unlock a locked account. Tried to setup push notifications but get message about miss matched version with server. Checked iOS app version and server are both in latest. Either an incorrect error message or a version is not released yet.
Slow & no watch support
In desperate need of watch support. It’s slower than duo but is even worse since it doesn’t support a watch. Which makes authentication even slower!
PLEASE - Redesign UI for this app
I am writing to provide some feedback about the ADSelfService app for iPhone. The UI of the iPhone’s needs some work, particularly on the main screen after users successfully log in. The main screen is very misleading for several reasons. First, the option to Enroll in other MFA recovery methods is hidden. Second, the main screen shows users the option to change their password which causes some confusion for users. Since the the other options are hidden, they tend to change their password accidentally even though they don’t have to. Third, the Google Authenticator interface should show a QR code as first option. The secret key method should only be used if scanning QR code is not available or give this as advance option. Finally, users should get some type of notice indicating that Admin requires Enrollment of at least X number of methods. Overall app works great, but the UI has been misleading for quite some time. I hope this feedback makes it to the app developers. Thx

Keeps telling me I need to enroll over over but I’m already enrolled! And it even says it on the top that I am enrolled.

This app is such a pain a use. It is so slow, everything takes forever to load if it even loads. The app constantly times outs or just fails to do what lever it is you’re trying to do. It’s also incredibly annoying that you can’t copy and paste a password into the app when doing a password reset. I use passwords from a password keeper but since I can’t copy and paste them into the app for a reset it leaves me no other choice but to use a weak password. The app also looks like something from ios4, it’s a joke.
Updated version not functioning
The most current version was downloaded for iPhone and it gets stuck at the Fingerprint Authentication page. There’s no where to go other than back home to start over.
