Update Broke the App (fixed)
After the update all I get is an error that says: “Please enter a valid server url” and then the screen goes blank with no option to enter a server url. Update: Reinstalling the app fixed the issue
Not a great app
This app has never been good and every update fails to fix its issues. Log ins are a nightmare and frequently fail on first attempt, or they fail to save data. The app is slower than dialup internet. Not user friendly.
New UI
New UI is a bit problematic.
Stopped Working
Cannot save anymore.
Even if this garbage was free I would not
It’s full of so many bugs (don’t even get me started on the desktop version) and ways to get locked out. Now I was forced to update and it asks for a mobile url that does not exist and gives no other sign on methods. Just freaking fantastic.
Bug in the leaves
Hi, there is a bug in your system where the leaves section always shows accrued balance in positive but it should also be showing negative balance. Please look into it
Newest update horrible
Newest update pop up to enter time into cells is horrible. More steps than previous. Counterintuitive and less efficient.
It changed my comments?
It appeared to change my comments and had to issue a revision on my time sheet. No fun
Forced to use SSO but not compatible
Recently switched to SSO for logging in, now the redirects and requires a managed browser so the app is useless now. New UI is also worse.
Great most of the time
Love this mobile app I can do anywhere. It’s great I don’t have to fire up the lap top to do my time card. I hate when I try and use it and it locks up and I have to use lap top. Even worse when it wants a new password to log in and I use my face which is just a waste of time deleting the app and redownloading then setting up.
App has always been kind of annoying
Updates only seem to make it worse. Screen resolution is all jacked up on iPhone 16 pro.
Not that good
This app is better than Isolved mobile app but that app has a lot to improve. And the desktop app is by far one of the worst apps
Rendered useless
After the most recent update the app just straight up doesn’t work anymore. I can try to log in again and again and it just freezes or encounters an error. Please correct this.
Poor UX
Much like the web app, the UI is unintuitive and cumbersome.

It’s horrible and they get away with putting out an inferior product because they have a monopoly with government contractors
Great When It Works
Failed logins, submission errors, hard lockups, I don’t think I’ve used this app once where it didn’t have some sort of error or issue. The convenience of mobile time reporting is fantastic, but with this app it’s a guessing game as to how many times I need to enter login info or authenticate.
Login Broken
Login via SAML completely freezes and sits there indefinitely. What would I do if i didn’t have a computer and needed to enter my time?? what is going on
Latest Update Broken
“Save” button no longer functions with the latest update. Without a functioning ability to save inputs the app is now useless ineffective.
Please go out of business
I have a job to do, I shouldn’t have to waste my time with this inneficient and buggy app every morning.
Face ID and PIN do not work
You have to log in every time with user name and password which defeats the whole purpose of the app. Very convenient when gave ID and PIN number worked.
Horrible
I would give it negative stars. It’s just horrible. It keeps asking for passwords changes pretty frequently then it won’t accept new password in app but will on a computer. Then it won’t work properly by not erasing lines or changing them or saving them. It looks horrible on your phone. It’s just bad. I wish the company I worked for would stop using it.
No dark mode accessibility support
DEVELOPER: PLEASE ADD DARK MODE SUPPORT! Supporting dark mode in iOS apps enhances user experience by reducing eye strain in low-light environments, saving battery life on OLED displays, and aligning with system-wide user preferences for a cohesive interface. It also demonstrates accessibility and design inclusivity, appealing to a broader audience. ADDITIONALLY, why does this app not work with the Apple iPad Magic Keyboard (and mousepad)? Clicking on items using the mousepad doesn’t register in the app.
Horrible glitchy slow counterintuitive menus and laggy controls
The app has one of the worst counter intuitive menu controls that I’ve ever seen. An app that requires you to be trained to use it is awful. Often when you click a menu it does nothing but stall which makes it likely that you begin to spam click other things to see if the app is responding at all. Adding to favorites button never works on the mobile version. The view pane is horrible when transitioning to mobile and it’s often distorted on the pc view as well.
Annoying
I use this for work and my god is it frustrating to use. The occasional password change is fine but why can i not reset the password my self from the app or on the web service from my phone? Why is it always jumping through hoops to constantly change the password. It makes no sense what so ever. A manager resets it and it still says EXPIRED PASSWORD EVEN THOUGH IT WAS JUST RESET AND CHANGED, in what world does that make sense.
