Skillsoft Percipio Application will not open
Skillsoft Percipio application upgraded to the latest version and now the application will not open. I have an IPad Air 2 software version 15.7.2
Not working
I have been using this for almost 3.6 years now.. suddenly it has stopped working and is not going past the accept policy screen, I reinstalled the app but issue remains as it is.
Useful Content but Not So Useful App
The content and courses on this platform are very good and useful for professionals. But the app needs to be worked upon. It is full of glitches and bugs. It seems it has been developed in a haste and has not been properly tested across different platforms and devices. It buffers for downloaded content, freezes unexpectedly and crashes abruptly. And if you watch any downloaded content offline, the progress doesn’t sync when device comes online. I have been watching each content twice-thrice for last one week. The new bug is that downloaded content does not play at all. And the app freezes at downloaded content page. Apart from this, the screen keeps rotating from landscape to portrait itself and the app goes offline several times despite proper network connectivity. 5 stars for content but -3 for the app.
Stop logging out
Excellent learning platform but regularly logs me out. Very frustrating having to reauthenticate every time I want to learn.
Love it!!! Great application
I have a very detail oriented job and I also have ADHD but with this program and it’s courses it definitely has shown me different skills and perspectives to approach my day and improve tremendously. I love this app and will continue to use its resources.
Love Percipio hate this app
This app stays on trash mode. Which I was kind of OK with, till today. Needed to get into a live class… nooooope.
App launch issue
Struggling to launch Percipio since last few days in IOS
Mac it work on Mac
I’d like to use this on Mac, but the iPad version does not work. I can install it on my Mac, but it does not work.
Update done on 27th Oct
I updated the app based on the notification, however after updation, when I try to open for learning over mobile phone, it is showing blank screen and nothing is moving ahead. Can you fix this ? Prior to 27th Oct, it was working seamlessly and excellent

Logged out again!
Every time I use a different app on my phone, I get logged out of this app. It's quite annoying. I would say otherwise it's a great bridge to the learning content but horrible performance on the iPhone. In fact, right now while writing this review, it has logged me out of the app again.

Good learning platform
Decent service, terrible app!
I’m a fan of this service, and my company provides us some trainings through it. However, trying to listen to an audio book with this app is very difficult, because about a minute after the screen locks, it logs me out or resets itself in some way, forcing me to either restart the app or log in again. Don’t bother with this app and just use the web player.
Bugs in new update
I’ve been using the app for a while. After today’s update, I’m not able to access my courses.
Magnificent
I really enjoyed using this application. It feels like a shortcut for learning almost anything, anytime, anywhere.
Doesn't appear to work
Just always takes me to the website in Safari. Would note load any courses in the app. Tried changing settings to allow mobile data. Did not help.
Good but can improve
A simple review of this app is that it’s used for what it’s needed for. The biggest gripe is the navigation of the app that is all.
Good content, horrible quality
Seems like a very simple app, just a place to listen to audiobooks. If you're able to get to the audiobook, you're ahead. The app crashes regularly, takes forever to load, freezes constantly, and the UX/UI is no good.
Decent but needs work
App supports books, courses, and even quizzes. It's supposed to support offline use but it's very hit or miss. I am regularly offline and the downloaded content is listed... but then only about 10% of the time am I able to actually load and use it. It would be a full 5 stars of the offline feature set worked right. If you're "always" online, this app is great.
Excellent Learning App with Great Content
I’ve been using Percipio for a while now, and it’s become my go-to app for professional development. The range of courses is impressive, covering everything from technology to leadership skills. Worst app ever
Literally haven’t seen a worse app in ages. It’s so bad I’m actually taking the time to post this. Even when it works it’s bad, and nowhere close to modern standards.
GPS Voice integration
App is phenomenal only request I would make is to integrate with gps voice protocols. When a GPS starts speaking a video passives and picks up where it left off when the GPS voice finishes.

The problem with the app is that my lessons are not listed in the obvious section of the app, My Learning. Instead I have to haphazardly scroll around and click on an array of windows to get to the current lesson, which also doesn’t always synch up correctly. Today I am being redirected to the same completed lesson. Hopefully I’ll find my way back to the next lesson. Please fix.

Will not load anything
Every time I attempt to start a course or search anything it says “oops, this should not have happened.” Please fix!
Very useful.
The in feature that I haven’t discovered is a continue option for courses. I am taking a course that has 5 sections and each section has a 5-8 videos. It would be a lot more easier if you can keep that course loaded on the homepage. As it stands I have to go through the course selection process every time I log in so I can get back to the material.

Useful
Those it’s proven to be useful & effective to have for compliance course. Some courses not being available on mobile is proving to be frustrating cause many of times work requires to be out of office away from laptops & desktops

Constant Errors
Constantly has errors and doesn’t load content. Unable to use. Deleted and reloaded, didn’t help.
Content is very good, but player could use some work
Percipio has helped me passed all of my certifications but the video player is frustrating, screen rotation doesn't work very well especially if your phone is going from leaning against something to flat on the ground. Also there is this bug where the “take test” button is still on the screen while playing a video in fullscreen
Super buggy
Content is good, but this app is nothing but problems. It never remembers where I left of correctly, constant scrolling issues, and today it’s stuck on the loading screen. Their software has major quality control issues.

The App doesn’t work,
The App doesn’t work, I downloaded it to my iPhone and MacBook Pro and when I login, a white screen comes on. The courses from my company doesn’t show at all. It’ss very frustrating, I deleted the app, uploaded again, I even reset my iPhone multiple times and nothing helped. Not sure what’s going on with this app.
Great app but one recommendation
Love the app for its convenience and ease of use. Would recommend a tap feature that allows users to hid the pause screen overly when viewing a video. Some of the content has very useful diagrams that are sometimes hard to read past the pause screen controls.
Buggy and not user friendly
Difficult to use when your company has to double verify through Microsoft/Duo. Have had to uninstall and reinstall to make the app work. Plus I have to go through multiple menus to access live courses that I have already registered for.
Need airplay support
Everything is great just AirPlay support is missing! Please add it!

Worst app
I had downloaded the app some time back and it wasn’t opening so I deleted it and redownloaded the app few days back. It worked fine for a couple of days and now I see same problem again. It keeps buffering. I downloaded the audio book thinking I can listen to it even when I am not connected to the network but that also keeps buffering. Doesn’t matter whether I am connected to network or not.

Just works, needs improvements
This app is good enough to access some content on the go with very basic functionality. The book reading experience is poor. Bookmark feature should be added. Often it abruptly truncates a book chapter when reading with text size anything more than the minimum size. Overall the app needs a lot of improvements.
Constant Frozen screen, and difficult to navigate
I really love this platform however it needs some UI/UX improvements. Also I constantly have. A frozen screen through video playbacks. It’s a huge amazing library of information that just needs a few more tweaks.
Great Learning App!
Easy to use and straight forward. One suggestion is allow adjustable playback speed. When I want to review the course before a test, I like to listen at 1.5X speed.

Whenever I attempt to continue where I left off the app just loads and loads. I’ve install and reinstalled the app. Issue still persists

The course was good and was like getting refreshed. Plan, Resource and Team management are some of the key factors where managers need to put effort and meet the critical milestones of a project cycle.
Nice learning app with some bugs and missing important features
Firstly i have used kindle and O’Reilly apps for reading books , specifically technical books. This app has lot of missing features compared to both of them. I can still manage without other features but this app is buggy as every few hours i get logged out and i need to login again and again. Secondly for some reason this doesn’t have “recent page read” feature. If i switch from my laptop to phone i need to move to the recent page manually. Thirdly there is no scroll feature i need to swipe to move to the next page. Fourthly there is no search option .Lastly i cannot highlight anything in the books.
Can’t drill up to the main course from a video
The discoverability and accessibility is not good. If I search for aa topic and click on the video, I should be able to drill up and go to the full course. Unable to do this at the moment.
