Great for starting my business, it’s helped me gain clients, fill in gaps and expand my portfolio while training.
Don’t use this app
I used booksy for a while, but since long time it’s useless! Some additional option was turned on by them and they charged me 40% of the appointment that didn’t took place. Called owner to resolve issue - treated me as if I work for him. Trying to cancel subscription, impossible! They don’t reply for emails, messages. If you think of booking system avoid this one - literally the worst service for the price they charge
A must for small businesses looking to streamline diary and attract new clients
General happy with the app although their a certain areas for improvement, the on boarding has been the best for me. Also you can only take late cancellation fee from customers who book through the app themselves. zone of the main reasons I have a app so defeats the object as you will need to genersoyour own business alongside booksy.

Très déçue de la gestion de Booksy. Après plus de 15 ans d’utilisation des solutions anciennement Flexy Beauty / Kiute puis Booksy, je me retrouve aujourd’hui dans une situation incompréhensible. Je sollicite depuis plusieurs semaines la transmission de mes données et historiques de paiements liés à mon activité professionnelle, indispensables à la finalisation de mon bilan comptable. Malgré mes relances et les documents déjà transmis, aucune solution concrète ne m’est apportée au seul motif que je ne suis plus cliente. Je trouve particulièrement regrettable et inacceptable qu’un ancien client professionnel rencontre autant de difficultés pour accéder à des données liées à sa propre activité, à sa gestion administrative et comptable. La fin d’une relation commerciale ne devrait pas empêcher un traitement sérieux, transparent et professionnel des demandes. J’espère qu’une solution rapide sera enfin trouvée.

C’est vraiment NUL
J’ai utiliser booksy de octobre à janvier , 3 mois d’expérience nul ! Ils ont on vraiment juste pour votre argent . Je paie 76€ une plateforme qui n’est même pas foutu capable de fournir à mes clientes dans leur mail de réservation un numéro pour me contacter . Aucun rappel rendez vous le jour j’y. Et ai le malheur de oublier un paiement ? Ta page supprimer instantanément t’as même plus accès aux donnés clientes ? Les photos et compagnie ils suppriment tout. J’ai arrêter de utiliser l’application car clairement elle exige à mes clientes de télécharger l’application sinon impossible pour le rendez vous !! La page des prises de rendez est même pas jolie en plus je suis parti chez Setmore qui eux sont moins cher et beaucoup plus complet !! Surtout très facile à utiliser possibilité de paiement facile aussi même en cb ! Le seul point positive de booksy c’est de pouvoir préparé son calendrier facilement pour les jour on et off sinon le reste ???? Les cartes cadeau sois disant devrais être facile d’accès d’achat pour les utilisateurs !? Chose aussi dont j’ai pas compris sa sert a quoi si les client peuvent pas les acheter direct ?! Bref conseil d’ami c’est une perte d’argent. Croyez moi .
Made the switch and it’s okay…
I switched from Fresha to Booksy and overall my experience is okay however I feel it could be better. Clients have had difficulty booking, leading to me booking them in. Which, fine but I’m paying for a booking system so I don’t have to keep adding myself and I want my client to feel comfortable booking in services. Deposits. I cannot collect a deposit if I’m rebooking (majority of my clients like to do this) within the app. This is especially annoying when it’s a new client and they’re wanting to book in after a consultation. I have turned off the boost option as, in my opinion, it’s ridiculous on cost!! In one week alone I was charged in boost costs just under £100. And that doesn’t include the subscription fee. I tried it, but I’m not paying that out, it’s too much on top of all other costs each week. There are some good things, and I have enjoyed using it so far. I’m not sure it’ll be a forever thing as I need a booking system that I feel works 110% for me as a business owner.

Ive been using Booksy for over a year now and if it wasn’t for all of my reviews and client database id switch to a different app. I’ve been overcharged commissions for new clients which I’ve been trying to deal with for a month now, Ive emailed, called, help chat and keep getting passed around - frequently ignored and have to chase up all the time which has been beyond frustrating as they owe me a fair amount of money. Honestly the worst service cannot recommend, there are free service apps out there that would do the same job.

Great for my small business
I had been using a paper diary for years and finally made the leap to using a booking system. I have found Booksy ver easy to use as have my clients. It has made life so much easier for me!

On passe de Kiute — une solution peut-être vieillissante, certes, mais intuitive, et surtout capable de proposer automatiquement le meilleur placement des rendez-vous — à Booksy, qui se veut plus moderne… mais où rien n’est pensé pour vous faire gagner du temps. Résultat : un planning qui laisse les rendez-vous se chevaucher, aucune suggestion intelligente pour optimiser l’agenda, et déplacer un rendez-vous devient une véritable épreuve. À éviter.

Application très bien pour la prise de rendez-vous et les disponibilités en ligne. Je trouve juste regrettable au niveau du prévisionnel du chiffres d’affaire ou du nombres de clientes sur le mois c’est très difficilement compréhensible. Également ne pas pouvoir modifier le prix de la prestation sur le moment, je trouve ça dommage. Du coup je n’utilise pas le logiciel de caisse. Sinon pour le rapport qualité prix très bien

Bonjour ,nous sommes un salon de coiffure , le logiciel de caisse est fait surtout pour un comptable ou des informaticiens pas assez intuitif pour des consommateurs simples, et surtout pas flexibles pour des réservations qui changent souvent.

Got recommended to use this app for my sports therapy buisness and writhin the first 2 days I had 2 new clients
Booksy = zéro professionnalisme.
J’ai demandé la résiliation de mon contrat dans les temps. On m’a promis un appel : jamais reçu. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails, aucune réponse. Service client inexistant, aucune considération pour les professionnels qui utilisent la plateforme. Résultat : obligée de bloquer les prélèvements moi-même pour ne pas continuer à payer dans le vide. Quand tout va bien, ils sont ultra présent pour encaisser. Mais quand il faut résilier ou avoir un suivi sérieux, plus personne. Je déconseille fortement Booksy : perte de temps, aucune transparence, aucune fiabilité.

Highly recommended!
l'd definitely recommend Booksy to other beauty professionals because it genuinely takes so much stress out of running a business. It keeps everything organised, saves time, and gives clients a really easy booking experience. It's become such a huge part of how run the studio now that I honestly couldn't imagine being without it.
