The BEST
Goldie is hands down the best scheduling app out on every app store platform. I’ve had many of appointment scheduling app and I would definitely give them a 5 star review any day. It’s simple and easy to navigate for both you and your clients. Everything is customizable as well. You will be missing out on if you do not click download !

I’m a Goldie user of four years and I’ve loved their app but recently they’ve been making unnecessary updates. They made it to where clients have to pay an extra payment fee? A lot of of my clients are not happy with this. I hope they update their app. If not….bye bye Goldie

My clients can book, receive reminders, and keep up with their appointments all in one place. It has definitely made managing my business and schedule so much easier! 💕✨
Worst app
This is actually the worst app ever. Every time I open it I’m frustrated. The appointments are there then they disappear. I’ll mark time off, it doesn’t show up. I’ll take away time off, it doesn’t show up. This app NEVER works for me!
Love It But…
★★★★☆ I love using Goldie for my tattoo business. It makes booking seamless, keeps me organized, and has great features for managing appointments and clients. My only downside is that payments aren’t supported in Barbados or the Caribbean, so I can’t use the deposit or gift card features. It’s disappointing to pay full price for the app while missing out on some of its best features. If Caribbean payment support is added, Goldie would easily be a 5-star app.

However, there is a critical issue that significantly impacts its reliability for appointment management. The app does not consistently save time data (hours and minutes) accurately. In many cases, changes are not properly stored, leading to scheduling conflicts. Additionally, the app sometimes requires a full restart to apply and save updates, which is a major flaw especially for business users who rely on precise scheduling. We hope this issue will be addressed in upcoming updates, as the app has great potential but this problem greatly affects its usability and trustworthiness.
Nice interface but lots of issues
Aside from the interface looking clean and easy to navigate. The biggest issue I have is any extra time you have allocated as blocked out after a particular treatment for clean up time between actual treatments, it is lumped in with the treatment duration in all the calendars that pick up the appointment from the system. So if you habitually block out 30mins after every booking it will show incorrect timings on all calendars as taking 30mins longer than it actually is, which is confusing for all involved. Customer service responses are also woefully slow.

Don’t Make the Switch.
This is easily the worst booking/scheduling app of all time, and I’ve tried several of them. I recently switched to Goldie from GlossGenius, thinking that I could save a few dollars a month to get access to more features. Boy, was I wrong? I set the app up with ease and then enabled 2FA for security purposes. Yesterday, the app randomly logged me out (which isn’t the first time it’s happened). You know what is a first? The app locking me out of my account! When I went to log back in, it was supposed to send a code to my phone… instead an error popped up, saying I typed the code in too many times. Every time I hit resend code, that error pops up. But guess what the gag is? I never even typed in a code for it to be incorrect. I never even received a code to type in… but this error keeps popping up and we’re going on 24 hours of me being locked out of my account. My clients are booking appointments that I cannot see. I have NO access to my calendar or booking site, even though I paid my subscription. I gave these people $20 for them to play in my face, and lock me out of a very essential factor for my business…. My schedule! Now I know what you’re thinking… “You should contact support!” I did just that. Multiple times. Apparently, consumers shouldn’t need assistance on the weekends. They don’t work weekends so if you have an urgent matter, you can’t get it solved until Monday morning. I am a nail technician with full books and had to have my clientele reach out to me personally in order to see what clients I have today. This is completely unacceptable and a total hindrance to my BUSINESS! I AM RUNNING A BUSINESS!!! Imagine paying your boss to be able to see your schedule, they revoke your access for no reason and tell you to figure out your work schedule without being able to see it. That’s what Goldie’s done to me. This wouldn’t even be an issue, had I never turned on 2FA. But, I thought I was making my account and business more secure. I guess a little too secure, huh? At this point, I’ve cancelled my subscription and disputed the charge with my bank. Goldie can go straight to hell — and if you were thinking about making the switch, DON’T!
Discount offer
I love the app but everytime I see the 50% off for 3 months offer I click hours later it’s not valid even when I click on it from my email it’s not valid why send the offer if it’s not going to be valid when I click on the. Link them when I talk to the AI help it keep saying no offers available and that if I need to speak to a live person they will reach out within 2 days.
Too Expensive
As a small business owner, affordability is a critical factor when choosing the tools I rely on every day. Unfortunately, your pricing has become far too expensive for small operators like myself, particularly when compared to the many free or low-cost alternatives currently available on the market. Given that there are now several more accessible apps offering similar features without placing unnecessary financial strain on small businesses, I have decided to move to Square Appointments which is a lot things to do with free version and good price for subscription and discontinue using this apps.
We need late cancellation!
The app is good but I have been asking about late cancellation option because it’s not the same as regular cancellation or no show. And choose to take a deposit only for a no show/late cancellation customers

I started about 1-3 years ago using free Goldie to the full extent with numiouris business titles and only 3 neighbors as clients .changing my names logos and services periodically thru the process.Until now I finally have anLLC and just by sticking with Goldie I’m confident on my profiles and quick to set up my account online for real this time all the pro discounts are available for me and I feel like I’ve made it personalized thanks to Goldie and the team dreams can happen for real! Missing appointments
Ive been using this app for about 2 years now and have had several problems. One big problem was that when I had reoccurring appointment set up and I deleted the appointment when the Client no longer wanted it to be a steady appointment it deleted all of the clients future appointments AND PAST appointments with all of my clients notes. This is very disappointing. No one seems to be helping me and getting to the bottom of this. All they keep saying is that I deleted the first appointment which was not the case. Im so disappointed!!
Mostly good
I love this app for the most part but charging 1.20 to hold credit card info for no shows is ridiculous. I’m already paying $20/month for the service. This is my biggest complaint and ultimately may cause me to change booking apps. I also don’t like that I don’t have access to a waitlist unless I pay even more.
Disappointed with new forced paid features
I preferred the free version before you changed so many things. Didn’t have an option to continue for free. Now my text messages get sent by some random Goldie number which doesn’t work for me as I can’t get the history of messages up easily through my own phone contacts on Apple anymore. Already up to 49 messages no doubt that’ll be another add on fee when I run out for the month. Not only that but it misses messaging some people and it’s confusing trying to figure out who it didn’t work automatically for, need to go in and manually message the others.

I love the app but i have 23-40 clients a week and with this if i reschedule a appointment the messages doesn’t go through to the client on the right date even tho everything is correct

Too many glitches
The first and the worst issue I’ve had is appointments disappear after I’ve saved it in the app and the results are double and triple bookings. Second and most common issue is that on weekends when I don’t have appointments, I get notifications saying I have an appointment in an hour. Please fix this or you will be losing a loyal customer of over 5 years.
Loved it now very disappointed
So I downloaded this because it was free and times are hard at the moment with increase on prices in the uk. This month January 2024 i got a message saying fro February I’m Only going to be able to book 20 appointments a month and stay on the free account, needless to say I do need more than 20 a month, so I looked to pay and it’s going to cost me £24.99 a month, yes it sends the text and you can still book and it takes payments. But I have a payment system already and I don’t mind sending manual texts. I think it’s a lot of money for my just to have the booking system.
False advertising
There’s a discrepancy in the discount claim. The introductory price is €29.00 per month, which is about a 42% discount from the regular price of €49.99 per month, not 50%. It seems to be marketed as 50% off, but the actual savings are closer to 20% if you average it out over a longer period due to the limited three-month duration of the discount. If the subscription was 50% off the standard price of €49.99, the monthly cost would be €24.99 per month. This app truly is great for small businesses but highway robbery if they’re being lied to about 50% off deal which most people would love to get even at stores. Do better

They have recently started charging my clients for making the appointments. What a shame I feel for that. There’s no option to cover this $1.20 as a business owner. As of now I consider to replace the booking app. Otherwise the app is amazing!
Excellent app but…
I have been using the app for months it has been great and getting everything organized as a tattoo artist. The minor problems that I have is at the checkout it takes forever to checkout that the payment was outside of Goldie. Goldie card readers were offered in Puerto Rico, and now it does not regardless it is a US territory. Overall it’s a great app and very recommended
So frustrating
I’ve hung in with this app for a couple of years now and it’s been constantly frustrating. They keep updating the app to create more features but the updates create problems. The customer service response has always been pretty poor (Daniel Pop). I’ve lost lost hundreds of dollars in clients not getting reminders again with zero acknowledgement of this from the customer service team. I am 100% done with this app.
Appointmentfix was better
This app was good when Appointmentfix owned the app. Now I can’t book more than 20 appointments per month for free. I will be getting another apps.

Great for Starting Up!
I used this software to start up a 1-on-1 Dog Grooming Salon. This is a great option for someone starting a business to manually customize the information on your website. I am about to switch to a large groomer platform only because it is made for groomers and dog care. Otherwise this app is great, you can discuss any issues with ai AND customer service. Also the ai writing assistant makes a huge difference when wanting to sound professional, or just fixing grammar! Highly recommend for starting up businesses.
Ok app
I love the set up & lay out, but unfortunately I have found the ‘send message’ feature quite annoying as when you go to appointment time & hit ‘send message’ it then takes you back to the same page & then tap ‘send message’ again and it again goes back to ‘send message’ this is obliviously a glitch & its spoils the whole process as it doesn’t work. I have even paid for this app, will be cancelling subscription

I loved this app because it’s easy to use and easy to see your appointments per week and it’s convenient One problem is that rescheduling it’s long as you have to delete the client from that specific day then add him/her to another i wish i could just drag and drop or from the edit section to be to change the date too. also it just keeps trying to get me to update, i would but i don’t need to and it’s too expensive, im a student and i work part time the price is too much for me i wish they had a few plans option for upgrade.

I’ve signed up online and it works fine on the web, but on the app it won’t let me login as just a client to see when my appointments with my nail tech are. It keeps asking me what my business is and won’t let me just be a client.

I am on the Goldie Pro plan. In the last one week my messages/ reminders are not being delivered to my clients. I get the notification below : “The message could not be sent. Failure reason : delivery rejected - unknown”

Been with this app since it launched and I have never had any issues. Easy to book , to share and work from need to activate payment soon for no shows but over all always recommending. Thanks Goldie
Keeps Crashing
Love the idea of this app. And when it works it’s great. But it keeps crashing making it impossible to actually use. So disappointed
Great concept, but critical features holding it back.
I’ve been using Goldie for over a year now, and I truly want to continue using it because it has been a big part of how I run my business. However, there are some critical functionality gaps that are making it difficult to rely on long-term—especially when compared to what other platforms already offer. The biggest issue is that I’m paying for features that don’t fully meet the needs of a growing business. For example, there is currently no option to color-code staff schedules. This is a basic but essential feature—being able to glance at the calendar and instantly understand workload distribution for the day or week would significantly improve efficiency for both me and my team. Another major limitation is the cap on automated messages (around 1,000/month). This might work for solo use, but it doesn’t scale for larger or growing businesses. On top of that, there are reliability issues—some clients are not receiving automated reminders at all. I initially thought this was device-related, but it’s happening across both Android and iPhone users, even when messages show as “delivered.” That directly impacts appointment attendance and client trust. There are also usability issues within the booking system. Not being able to rearrange add-on services for online booking creates unnecessary confusion for clients, as services appear out of order. This affects the overall booking experience and can lead to mistakes or lost add-ons. Lastly, the notification system needs improvement. If I receive a push notification and then open the app, the appointment request doesn’t always appear in the notification tab. I have to manually search through the calendar to find it, which slows down response time and creates friction in what should be a simple process. I’m sharing this feedback because I want to stay with Goldie—but these are core operational features that need attention. Improving these areas would make a significant difference not just for me, but for many professionals trying to scale their businesses on your platform.
When it’s working it’s good
I am right in the middle of a busy clinic day and the App is not working. I have just discovered that putting all my eggs in the Appointfix basket is NOT a good idea because I have no access to my schedule to either see who is coming or to book new appointments. I have paid for the premium package. I can’t afford this type of disruption and embarrassment to my business (I don’t know who is coming and I can’t make new bookings)... I am a very unhappy camper on this Saturday when I can’t contact anyone from Appointfix or get any information about my schedule. I have tried to sign into the app and keep getting an “unexpected error” code. I thought it was me and that I had forgotten my password. I tried to regenerate a password and can’t as it seems the whole Appointfix system is dead. I hope the system at least comes up long enough for me to take screen shots of my upcoming appointments - which I should not get have to do when paying for this service.... Hopefully this situation is temporary because I will lose clients and bookings if it doesn’t. This is not a good look for a product which is supposed to HELP with client management and scheduling!!!
Glitches when clients try to book
Clients that try to book using my online system but often struggle as it glitches and crashes … when they return the time slot is still kept on hold and they can’t book (says it’s unavailable )- 20 mins-30mins later the slot is still unavailable even tho no one booked . Please fix this issue as I’m loosing clients because of this

It's a great booking app, I use mine for dog grooming. I would prefer for the pro to be cheaper and more affordable for small businesses.
Great App, but..
Used this app for a couple months and LOVED it, but it recently logged me out and when I logged back in 90% of my schedule had been deleted. Support was great about it and tried to help by comping me with an upgrade but when you have a fully booked schedule and then 90% is just gone from the server...I would recommend keeping a paper copy. In response to the developer review; that’s what support recommended I do, among other things, which I did. They discovered that your database had just deleted my appts, there was no longer an existing backup. I wouldn’t have reviewed as I did otherwise as your support is great and has helped me before!
