Franklin Planner
I had been looking for an e-planner that most replicated my old Franklin Planner and believe this app fills the bill perfectly. The Task mode provides categorization and nesting tasks along with due dates - more than sufficient for simple projects. I use Notes to jot down day of small tasks and reminders and of course this has a full Calendar feature as well. When I open the Day View, it looks like a Franklin Planner with an Event Calendar, Tasks, and Notes. Perfect.
Irritated
I bought the lifetime subscription, deleted the app for a little while, logged back in and I cannot restore my purchase. If it says lifetime, I expect lifetime!!
Great Idea
I do enjoy many aspects of Planner Pro. There are a few things with reminders and the daily view that are lacking. If these things are fixed/added, this will get a full 5 stars!
Developer more interested in FamCal
Developer updates FamCal more than Planner Pro. I feel like that is there main focus. Planner Pro could be great with a little tweaking and added features.
Great App
I love this app and use it daily, there is a glitch on my iPhone that does not allow me to attach photos to my notes, works fine on my IPad though
I did like it
I paid for the premium on my MacBook but can’t be used crossed platform on my iPad Pro because I have to buy another premium account for the iPad . Makes no sense! I did enjoy it, but if I can’t look at my schedule or notes on my iPad without having to bring alone the MacBook it’s not worth it. Delete!

This app is everything I’ve been looking for in a planner app! The additions that would make it perfect for me would be more customization like themes, colors, etc.
Do not purchase packages
I purchased the lifetime package and the app still displays the ads. I gave this two stars as I really like the usability of the digital planner, however, do not waste your time on purchasing the packages because they do not sync.
Love the way this planner will work but cannot I get access to premium features that I paid for .
Slow to respond to email question. It’s been over 24 hours. iPad won’t sync with iPhone. I am logged in with both devices. I paid for lifetime but cannot access the premium features.

No backup
My tablet had hard drive issue. It did not sync to iCloud. Lost everything. Did not sync to other devices. Why pay?
App Codes Closes Out
I have had this app for years and I love it- but lately the app closes out completely after a few minutes of not being used, so every time I go back into it, it takes a second to load and bring up my notes. It’s rather annoying.
Premium user with serious synch/account issue and no resolution to date
I’ve been a Premium Planner Pro user and rely on it daily, but I’m currently experiencing a major sync problem that has not been resolved. My iPad contains all of my correct data, but my iPhone shows different information and will not sync. The web version will not recognize my account at all and returns errors saying the account does not exist or that the data is in the wrong format. I contacted support and was told to download a “Planner Pro iPad app” on my computer, which does not exist, so I’m unable to follow their instructions. I have not received a meaningful solution since. At this point, my data appears to exist on one device but is not accessible or syncing across others, which is very concerning for a planning app. I would greatly appreciate someone from the team reviewing my account and providing clear steps to restore proper syncing and access.
I like this but something is not right
So I was planning a trip but this thing happened it started glitching so I went out of the app so be sure about buying this app
Amazing
It sends notifications to my phone my iPad my computer my mom‘s phone and everyone in my family. I am so grateful it help me plan my Disney trip. Reminded me when I had test and homework. I love this ap!
It is not reliable
Do yourself a favor and look for another platform. I have a very busy schedule and rely solely on a calendar app. I tried this one, created an account and even paid the premium membership. In two different occasions it deleted EVERYTHING with no explanation. I didn’t even sign out or did anything that would make the app reboot. Probably an app for a school girl with no important tasks
Second best calendar app in the app store
I tested out five different calendar apps, and I like Apple’s main calendar app best, because others lack features that come with Apple’s. Some apps don’t allow you to create new calendars, not manage them (without upgrading), not delete calendars, and some come with ads. This one, on the other hand, can do everything that the others cannot. I love Apple’s main calendar app, but it’s not too polished. Planner Pro has a recognizable icon, the UI looks really nice, and it is very easy to use. You get most of the features you need, and it is designed for users to be organized and productive. And the free plan offers a lot that the other apps do not. My only criticism is that it has minimal notification options. Day of, one day, two days, or a week before. That’s it. I don’t know if you get more options in the premium version, but you already have it in the main Calendar app, which is not premium. So it doesn’t make sense for me to upgrade when I can already do what I need in another application. But I will say that this app came very close, and feels more user friendly.

Doesn’t sync with tablet and other devices like I expected
Overal very useful, but locks up sometimes
I have 2 complaints in IOS Planner Plus sometimes decides to not update the info I have input until I get out of the app close it out totally, and restart it. 2 would be that there is no yearly screen. so that I can see the whole years calendar on one osage which is needed sometimes nit fir input, just for view., now thatr I deleted it started it again, it says there is something wrong with my account! and I tried yahoo, google and 3 other apps they didn’t do what I needed and cane back. March 2nd something is wrong with my account” message

Pro subscription with no access
I signed up with my Apple id for login, paid for the pro, but can’t access the app due to an invalid error.
Missing one feature
This app seems as though it will fit my needs,however it is missing one big feature for me. Split view. Adding this would make multitasking so much better.

I thought I read that this calendar would have a month and weekly section. Unless I just didn’t find it. Ads and several things need the upgrade.

I struggle to organize my time and achieve goals but this app is very user friendly and the layout out is pretty. I feel this is the best app is very well done and I’m happy about it ! Wish me good luck in achieving my goals :D
Disappointed
I enjoyed the app for years and decided to finally try out the membership. Paid $20 and it made absolutely no difference and they won’t give me a refund to switch back..

Erased most of my calendar
Used this app for years and it was great. It recently glitched, signed me out and erased everything from May of 2019 and on. I had several upcoming things scheduled for work and had to go back through emails and texts and call clients to retrieve all the dates and times. I emailed them and the app trouble shooting address but they have not been any help. It has been really frustrating.
Love the app, but lose notes
I have been using this app off and on for several years. Generally, I think it is a perfect planner; however, I have noticed lately that at times my notes don’t get saved. Perhaps this is a bug that needs to be addressed.

Best planning app
I was looking for a great planner after multiple attempts I found Planner Pro I decided to try it out and I got hooked immediately it’s so easy to stay focused organized and on top of my crazy schedule the focus sessions and breaks are so helpful I totally recommend this app.
Unusable
Won’t let me sign into a former account. Can’t retrieve a password as it doesn’t see the account and won’t allow creation of a new account (even with a new email address) to be created. A totally unusable app that I’ll now delete.
Use it daily
Version 8.1.3 is not stable for iPhones/ios operating systems. Won’t let me open it. Opens then closes immediately. I use this app to plan out my life, so I would appreciate it if this issue could please get resolved quickly. Thank you!
Not as good as it used to be
Used to love this app but some of the changes are not for the best. I can no longer add photos to my diary entries even though I paid for premium that says I get unlimited photos. And I tried to reach out to developers under “contact us” and “support” but unable to get through either way on that.
Reliability isn’t good
Hi I’ve had this diary for some years but a big drop off in having birthday dates disappear completely and some birthday reminders doubling up?
Great customer support!
I had a problem signing in/syncing and got prompt, very helpful support in solving my problem. I really depend on this app and have never had a problem before, so it’s nice to know support is there if I need it.
Terrible Customer Service
I’ve had this app for two years and I loved it until it lost my login. It won’t acknowledge my lifetime subscription so I’m basically out $40. I have put in many emails and the company has not responded.
Beautiful except Notes?

Too much change
The new update feels too cluttered and unaccessible. The older version felt easier to navigate and enter tasks & appointments

Best scheduling for productive salespeople
Disappointed. Free 7 day trial didn’t work for me
I tried the 7 day free trial, but was immediately charged $19.99 for the year subscription. I contacted Apple and requested a refund. I would still be very interested in potentially purchasing the subscription IF I could try it for 7 days!
Widget Upgrades Please!
Developers, I am begging for you to update your widget options for this app. I would love an option for the left of the bigger widget to include a calendar view (whole month for visual) and on the right a breakdown of upcoming tasks. This would make it easier for user to see where we’re at in the month and what I have next. Pretty please 💕 I enjoy this app, it isn’t overwhelming while also giving me options to add additional things outside of typical calendar stuff.

Planner pro does not have the capability to print individual schedule entries, and the notes that accompanies them. You must print the entire page which complicates keeping notes confidential because a copied event also includes everybody else who saw that day. This is too bad and precludes this software from being used and confidential document scenarios. I hope they (planner pro) fix this problem soon. In the meantime, I can’t use it.
