Update needed
A change is needed when booking appointments manually. I need to be able to book multiple services at one time. Other than that I love setmore!
Customer service tries telling me it’s not a real problem that customers cannot book
Very poor experience with both the app and customer service. We are having a major issue with customers booking appointments, and it is creating real problems for our business. The issue happens in the app and also on two different browsers, which should have been enough for customer service to take it seriously. Instead, they brushed me off and blamed my browser. They did not properly investigate. They did not test the issue. They did not ask enough questions to understand what was happening. They simply acted like it was my problem, even though the same issue happens across multiple platforms. For a booking app, this is a huge deal. If customers cannot book correctly, that directly affects business. I expected support to care enough to look into it, but they did not. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this service to any business that depends on reliable appointment scheduling and responsive support.
Picture uploads are always glitchy
Over all this is a great app but I have truly never ending issues trying to upload photos to client files.
Too many updates
This app has been getting updates every week! That’s too much! Every time I open this app every 3 -4 days it says there’s an update! What’s going on?! Why are they working on it so much that it needs that many updates without any of the requests from users getting implemented? I would like the app to show my notes on the same space as my customer info so I don’t have to go too deep! But they still won’t make them show up! What’s the point of putting notes if your app just hides them!

I absolutely love Setmore! From the very 1st time I downloaded it I knew it would make my life easier! It surely has, for the past 3 years now. I’m a work from home stylist and booking was a pain, I would post my schedule then clients would text me, I would have to redo my schedule anytime someone booked, sometimes I’d get multiple inquiries because the times weren’t updated on time!!! Too much stress. Setmore has simply made things so much better, stress free and at ease. I love the simplicity of it, user friendly and how quickly I can change things around! Worth it.
What’s App reminders
The automated reminder message sent via what’s app to clients need to be reworded. Please be more precise and include the words "Do Not Reply" Too many cancellations because clients reply to those reminders. Fix this please.
Great app but 1 suggestion
As a full-time Barber with an established clientele, I truly appreciate that love this same app, but I feel as though it’s missing one crucial feature, and that feature is the ability to send mass messages to your clients, having to go through and text each client one by one is honestly a super big headache and if you guys are just one future, I think is gonna buy you guys on top of a lot of of other apps

It’s been great but I have 2 problems, 1 the system doesn’t allow you to check out a client with multiple services on one ticket, you have to check out each service on a separate ticket. 2, you can’t hold a card on file to actually enforce a cancelation policy.
Beat App
I have been using this app for over 10 years for my small business and it is great. I highly recommend this app for scheduling and customer retention info.
Locked behind premium
I’ve been using this app since I started my business and it’s been wonderful. Especially the two way calendar sync. I decided to give premium a chance and after the trial ended, decided not to move forward. Little did I know they added the two way calendar sync to premium (used to be free) after the downgrade, it took that away. It’s really frustrating when a company lets you have a feature for free then locks it behind a paywall. This has caused a lot of headache for no reason.
Great for small businesses but don’t get the receptionist service
I love this app and works great for me. But I don’t recommend the live receptionist service. They promise a lot but can’t deliver. They gave clients incorrect availability and couldn’t even do something simple like cancel an appointment. Everything else in this app work perfect.

The old version was so much better, simple and easier to use. 💔

Don’t even Bother
I never written a review about any application on the App Store however, just when I thought I found the solution to my problem I was fooled. I have tried multiple ways to login and create an account to use this scheduling app to no avail. It did not work on my MacBook with a traditional email account, a Google account, nor an Apple ID. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. 🗑️🚮

A lot of issues in the app
I have experienced issues with this app. Support asked me several times to reinstall the app , but it didn’t fix the issue. First app wasn’t loading at all, after that navigations are not working properly, for example SERVICES are not loading. Web version has no issues.
Servers are slow
Great app but with a major flaw. Laptops and desktops load client appointments instantly, however almost all of the several staff phones are unable to sync appointments in a timely manner, with the delays being up to 12 hours. The app could have 5 stars, if not for this flaw that negatively impacts the flow of work and communication.

He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout my experience on the Setmore app. Salman took the time to clearly understand my issue and provided a quick and effective solution. His friendly attitude and strong knowledge of the platform made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers and representing Setmore in a positive way.
App not responding
This app was always so handy! But the last couple of weeks have really sucked. The app doesn’t even open. It’s stays frozen on the logo and “loading” but never loads open

API Stripe isn’t working
You are not able to charge clients online as their API isn’t set up with Stripe Portal. So sad!
Logs out and cant ever log back in.
It goes well for a good 2 months after that it logs me out saying session expired and to just log back in but when i try logging in it simply wont let me. I try my gmail and password but nothing it just says "too many requests". on every single one i try. Ive had to make like 3 more new accounts losing so many customers.

It’s ok but could be better
I like the Setmore app I definitely agree on more ways to organize and optimize your business. I do mobile detailing and I can’t seem to find the way to set my account to feel and become more visible. I also would like an option to show my work off but uploading photos can be quacky because you see half the photos!! I feel customers are not feeling it either seeming the page is not professional enough compared to my competition. Please update better features to give it a more websiteish feel.
Update dis functions
I like this app because it gives you 4 workers for free so it’s good for small businesses. What I don’t like about this app is every time it updates it loses all your previous appointments that was booked in so there’s no record of any work done for the past year. I guess it can be a good thing for the taxes at the end of the year but it’s not a good thing when you have to look back at clients you had booked in
App Not Great
The site is great but the app is very frustrating to use because it hardly works. I log in and it continues to spin. I have deleted and added it again but still same issue. I work off my phone or iPad a lot so needing to constantly go to the web browser on my computer is not convenient but I deal.
LOVE IT
Absolutely love the app, only issue I have is when people book with me, I can’t see all of the “required fields” that the customer fills out. I have to check my email to see all of the information. Please implement this too the mobile app. Other than that, absolutely LOVE the app and price. Thank you setmore

Great Start, But Hoping for More Features Soon…
I recently transitioned to Setmore after researching several booking options, and while I appreciate its clean layout and overall simplicity, there are a few features that would truly enhance the experience for both business owners and clients. Here are some things I’d love to see added in future updates: • An option for clients to save their card on file for easier, secure checkout and deposits • The ability to bundle multiple services when booking, instead of scheduling them separately • A smoother checkout process that allows combining more than one service at once • Custom intake or consent forms clients can fill out directly through the app before appointments • Deposit or partial payment options for certain services or new clients • A waitlist feature to help manage cancellations and last-minute openings • Enhanced reporting and analytics to track sales, service trends, and client retention • Better marketing tools, like automated reminders or rebooking prompts Setmore has amazing potential it’s reliable, visually clean, and easy to navigate. With just a few more modern tools to support service-based professionals, it could easily become one of the top platforms in the industry. I’m excited to see how it continues to grow!
New look is awfully complicated and unnecessary
I have been using Setmore for years for my business and loved the simplicity and ease of the structure of the app. Since updating to the new look I find it awful to use. It is way overly complicated than it needs to be. Everything looks messy and doesn’t look clean and tidy and daily apts are not clear cut compared to the old structure. I’m extremely disappointed. Everything has completely moved around. Making apts is difficult. Knowing what you have in daily is difficult because it all blends into one! If it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it! I have no idea why you have decided to do this but it was a really bad move and from the sounds of it I’m not the only one with these thoughts either. Please, if you know what’s good, revert this back to the old system. This new one is not it what so ever. What a shame! If so I may just have to switch to another provider because this isn’t it!

I use this for my valeting business I’ve come to notice that the prices aren’t shown at any point to the customer. Very disappointing.

I have used setmore for a while now and the booking system is pretty decent but there are a few bugs I have contacted support about and they have been no help what so ever to the point I’m now getting fed up and looking at changing systems as the bugs keep happening.

I love the app it’s great especially being that it’s free to use. However, I would love it even more if there was a way to send automatic reminders and confirmation to clients after booking.

App is great except 2 tiny things
Everything is perfect and I had an issue where I had to deal with customer service and they were awesome. But I wish there was a week view for mobile phone. I can see the whole week on my iPad but the most is 3 days on a phone. I also wish we could block off certain periods of time all at once instead of having to block one day at a time off like for a vacation. Just some suggestions. Otherwise great app.
Poor system
The booking system doesn’t allow you to list by child’s name, when you update names it now erases the details of the client, this is a new error. We were paying for the service but after a year of issues I have cancelled

Bookings calendar
I wish you are able to customize the days and times your available throughout the whole month. Instead of being able only to just put in one schedule and having to go in weekly to update/ change the schedule just for that week.
