I love this app
Not being paid to write this so I hope it helps. Calendly reached out to me and showed me how to fix the issue I had (you can instantly change your availability in your profile under accessibility!) This is the greatest app, and I’m only using the free version. It is my favorite app on my phone for my small business. I can schedule clients, or they can schedule themselves. I can email them after, and it’s very user friendly. Thank you for making an amazing product, thank you for reaching out!
Too sensitive
The app is beautifully displayed and very organized though the app is too sensitive itself and I had to try multiple times in order to have my hours available without merging with other ones when I should have the option to override that, but there is none.
Easy scheduling
Wish it was easier/automated to book follow-ups & a public place to leave reviews for future customers
Update is not great
They just vibe coded the most recent update and the UI sucks. It’s looks bad and doesn’t flow well.
Nope to new changes
I hate that I can’t change the wording now from my Microsoft calendar. All you’re letting me do is reschedule or delete - but sometimes I just need to add a note for the client to see or add a Zoom link - I can’t even make changes in the notes *within* the Calendly app for the meetings. This will end my use of Calendly.
This has been the best
I run a personal growth and love coaching business, and this app has been the absolute best. I will always recommend it to all of my friends who are in the same industry.
Going down hill
I’ve been using the ap for about 5 years. Every update they do has made the ap more flakey, increased calendar sync issues, make the layout harder to use. With the latest ap update… Now the ap sends a notice that you have a new event scheduled but when you get to the ap’s calendar isn’t not there all. Sometimes it takes hours to show up. The Google Calendar sync as of two updates ago sometimes takes days for it to sync and show up. It used to be almost instant. They say a google issue but it didn’t have that issue at all until Calendly did their update. It can’t be a coincidence. Icons sometimes are overlayed with your events and are randomly in the obviously wrong spots. It’s a mess. What was a straight forward easy to use ap now has slowly tried to become more fluffy that ultimately uses too many resources and lost functionality. Please slim back down the ap to more utility less bubble gum graphics and get out your bug spray out. Cause it’s infested with bugs and likely redundant programming eating up bandwidth. Later gators. I’m going shopping.
Getting better with time
I’ve been using this service for about 2-3 years now, I’m starting to understand it better using desktop sometimes versus mobile with setting calendar availability. More kinks to work out, but getting easier and better user friendly over time.
iPad
There are bugs. That don’t allow keyboard to appear at login for iPad mini
Challenging
This app is like capitalism. It's terrible, but it's the best available. I rate it at three, but I would rate its competitors at a one. It's user interface is hard to navigate, even on a desktop, it only gives you a tiny section of space to see what you're editing, it's super inconsistent about changes and we have the enter updates in more than one place before updates show up on events. Bottom line, Calendly it's hard to use but everything else I've tried is even worse.
Simply indispensable
I can’t live without Calendly. It has everything I need. It’s intuitive and easy to use. Love the automated reminders.

The updated version of what was once a great app is not great. Bring back the reliable Calendly, please!
Mobile is hard to work
Calendly on mobile is not good. Almost every time I go to book more than 2 meetings it always says “error: slot filled” or too many meetings book or some thing. Please fix this. Thank y’all. May Hashem bless y’all
No iCloud integration
Make zero sense why they would remove this feature. I’m already looking for alternatives.
Manage Availability
I can’t find a way to change availability for a meeting type in the mobile app. Do I need to go to the desktop app to do this? I wish I could on my phone.

Functionality
Over the last few months Calendly appears to have lost some of its smoothness for booking clients. Asks every time fir phone numbers that are saved in clients details and always a question to be answered even when rebooking at the appointment. It was much easier todo before the last update but the system is easy and works well for clients booking online
Not able to log in
The app is not letting me login right now. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Terrible Mobile App
I cannot explain how frustrating it is to use the app for this on your phone. I run an insurance agency and schedule appointments on this app on a consistent basis. The amount of times I would book an appointment and would have to refresh and close out the app to have it reflect the correct new schedule was absolutely ridiculous. Even canceled appointment still show on the calendar. I don’t know what the hell they did to this app, but it has gone downhill tremendously. I’ll probably just gonna stick to booking my appointments on Zoom and stay away from this app.
Calendar syncing on the Mac
Apparently, this app on this calendar will not synchronize with the Calendar app on your Mac only the mobile Calendar app should be where you place new appointment so they can be seen or recognized by this app.
Needlessly complex
Every time I go to this app to get my booking link I end up lost and have to search my email to get one. I have been on Calendly for 5 years and I still can’t figure this pointless app out. Do better.
Create Availability
Not as user-friendly in regards to creating availability creating multiple availability props and the mobile app is not as robust as the desktop version they should try and fix that

I have been using this app for a few years now. After the last update, it sometimes works, sometimes it doesn’t load.

Can’t login to the app, keeps me on an infinite loop logging me in briefly and then logging me out saying that an error has occurred

Easy to Use and Customize
I’ve relied on Calendly for several years to allow clients to schedule their intake meetings and coaching sessions. It’s easy to use, and I appreciate the ability to automate follow up messaging and reminders. New clients can answer questions about their situations and needs when scheduling their intake appointments.. Calendly makes it easy for my clients to pay for their meetings via the PayPal integration. I also like how it integrates with Zoom. Calendly is a one of the best business tools I use. It streamlines my processes. It’s central to my business and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a seamless scheduling tool.

I love the automatisation
I wish I could better keep track of people’s packages if they take multiple classes… how many have they taken so far; 1/5, 3/5? Is there a way I could easily keep track? Love the app and the fact we can proceed payments. I also would love to have the possibility to reschedule bypassing the meetings scheduled in my agenda as long as it’s done manually. For example: write ✍️ two meetings at the same time because one in my agenda could be a reminder to follow up or make a phone call (which would take 1-3 mins) but then people cannot sign up & I cannot override … and in a way having these reminders in my agenda are key to me.
Error for confirmation
Whenever I try to confirm my email it won’t let me continue the question “how do you plan on using calendly? 1. On my own 2. With my team. The continue button is covered by number 2 and I can’t continue my process. So frustrating!!! It’s a coding error place some margin space 10px on your continue button using a responsive app for mobile devices make sure to do testing on your application so users such as myself won’t be affected by this.
Issue with Subscription Cancellation and Poor Support
I purchased a one-month subscription but later realized I didn’t need it, so I canceled it. However, despite canceling and submitting two support tickets, I’m still being charged, and I haven’t received any response from the support team. This experience has been really frustrating. Please look into this issue and provide proper assistance.

Want to love but cant
I keep missing meetings bc calendly wont schedule to ical. It suddenly stopped sending meeting reminders to me so ive missed a couple very important client meetings.
Time saver
This app has saved me a great deal of time setting meetings. I’m a small business owner and don’t have time for the back and forth emails getting the right time to meet. I took one star away because the mobile app could be more useful. I’m confident they will continue to improve. No stress. I highly recommend this app! Zoom and HubSpot integration.
Not clear
The amount of emails to get this to work is severe, and I am still not sure if it will work for seeing who can attend
No iPad app?
The iPhone app is great, but why no iPad app? This is a must.

App doesn’t seem to be working right now keeps saying error of blank calendars. Been going on for two weeks.
It’s ok could be better
It is really simple to use but giving out the link to people is a mouthful. It’s long and awkward. I don’t like that I can’t mix in my calendar 90 min and 60 min appointments. I can only have questions for booking and can’t just make a statement that is relevant to booking, for example: “please come a few minutes early to fill out paperwork.” It can only be a question format with an answer box.
Calendar integration doesn’t work
If someone books with me it’s not showing up on my laptop or my google calendar
