Like it but…
Can you please list the WOW app in all the stores and not just the Sri Lankan one? I’m on the UK store and it’s not available there :(
App Notifications
1 - Even if all notifications are read on app - icon shows still unread notifications on red color number 2 - looks like dialog has stopped data share - but still on app Would be great if you can fix these bugs. Overall app is good 👍
Dark mode
It would be better you can update the application as dark mode in next update
Poor Connection
I have been a long-time Dialog customer, but unfortunately, the service quality has been disappointing. The connection is consistently poor, with weak signal strength and very slow internet speeds. Despite my loyalty to the company, these issues have made it difficult to rely on Dialog for everyday communication and online needs. I sincerely hope Dialog takes immediate steps to improve their network performance and provide the reliable service that customers expect.
iOS 18.2 - BUGGY!!!
1. Shows Disconnected even when fully paid and active 2. Sometimes saved payment doesn’t work and ask to enter the details again but still doesn’t work 3. Wrong billing expiry date displays - Sometimes shows the expiry date 4,5 days early. 4. Too slow
Router malfunction
When I took my router to the Stanley road Dialog and complained the signal is not steady the officer said he has changed the sim and it should work Brought home and now it is on and off I get. Signal I am disappointed with the dialog

Annoying big ads on welcome screen
It is very disturbing big banner advertisement comes full screen as soon as login to the app.
Data package
When the data package is over, app doesn’t allow to reload the number without an internet connection. Error comes as ‘No internet Connection’.
Fast and efficient service and payment methods
Good reliable prepaid sim with reasonable add ons, data & voice call packages and roaming rate also come with optional daily usage bundle for 5 US dollars.

Please try and create something that is easy to use and works. You may get more customers.
Reception
In Aturugiriya it has been very difficult to place calls as I don’t have WiFi and use Cellular. Dr Ishtar now I can’t even make a call and my WhatsApp is not showing most recent conversations. I am a visitor
No IMSI Error
App pop up reads “‘App Error, NO IMSI” and then crashes - unable to log in or get beyond this
Fauls Detection
With Apple silicon chip we can use the iPad apps in Macs but when try "My DIalog" it says that this is Jailbrocken device. Dialog please fix it

Reload Packages
After selecting a predefined reload package, the workflow doesn’t carry the amount selected and the user has to manually type the price again. It also doesn’t indicate if the selected package was added. Very poor design.

mydialog app is good on some phones but on mid range phones/old it’s very laggy my old phone ( iphone 6)and samsung M01Core lagged a lot when tried to use app on my current iphone 12 really good pls try optimize the app performance for older phones cause some people can’t get new phones due to current situation

Unable to log in
Changed my second dialog sim to a new phone. Trying to pay for this SIM, had trouble connecting. Deleted the app and tried. Not allowing me to log in.
4 stars because..
This app provides most functional features but some features like being able to limit how much quota to use per day for a broadband connection aren’t present in this app, though it may not have been included in the initial design, I do think it should be considered in the future updates.
Need To Improve
Worst Srilankan App ever used. I was reloading my account but it says “Something went wrong from our end”. Even the web page is not working when it comes to the payment gateway.Anyway I reloaded it thanks to Sampath Vishwa. Please optimize this app at lease for the basic options.

In a silly App
I have runout of credit and I tried to pay through the app. But it didn’t work. Why ? No credit- no data , no data- can’t buy data- silly Dialog app engineers. Fix it, do your job

While there is credit balance of over payment of Rs600 still I was asked to pay add data.
