Very bad experience
If you guys can’t get an app working why bother take it off stores; it’s painful that I wasted my data on these rubbish app.
Okay app
Just give the damn "update later" option. It’s very annoying when I don’t have any data, and right when I’m about to reload, it forces me to update. Also the data usage monitor is confusing. Otherwise, it’s a good app.
Disappointed
I have been using Airtel since 2010, which means I have been a loyal customer for more than 16 years. Unfortunately, despite being a long-term user, I am very disappointed with the network speed and overall internet performance. The connection is often slow, making it difficult to browse, stream, and use online services smoothly. As a customer who has supported Airtel for many years, I expected better service and network improvements. I hope Airtel will take this feedback seriously and work on improving its network quality and internet speed for its loyal customers.
Cannot activate flash deals with existing balance
I can’t activate flash deals with existing balance. Why do you always ask to recharge again?

This app is for Sri Lanka
This app is for Sri Lanka, note the developer, and that’s the reason you can only add 075 numbers, because it’s the Sri Lankan code for mobiles. They should rename the App to “My Airtel: Sri Lanka” like they did for Africa and Bangladesh.
Good work but has one bug
I’ve been using Airtel for a while now on my iPad but there is one bug that it really bothering me. I tried reaching the Airtel team but none of the instructions they gave me worked. Every time I put the 749 rupees Airtel package after a few days the cellular and stop working (even though cellular is on) and I would have to restart the whole device in order for the cellular to come back on, and once it does come back on I can’t even watch YouTube because it says I have “no network”. It takes a couple of hours for it to say “back online” on any type of social media so I really want the Airtel team to fix it.

I Use Airtel since 2018 I personally used many networks service but they not give me good service.I change to airtel. Airtel Hotline give me amazing service and also my airtel app .
Won’t take int’l credit card
Register mobile worked fine but can’t add international credit card so app is useless for extending plan or adding data
Not customer friendly
Complaints are being totally ignored, good flash deals are being replaced with pricey deals with reduced data. Missing the deals and customer services given during 2020-21
