To be very honest I don’t like how Smartcash handles the transactions especially when paying bills, i funded my sportybet account through Smartcash and the money is yet to reflect on my account and I was debited how on earth will your services be slow and still not giving what we wanted please and please I ensure you to amend 🙄

I just recently switched to Airtel and I have been trying to create a Smartcash account but I couldn’t I have even tried the (939) but it is telling me sorry could not create a wallet😮💨😑 till today I can not still open a wallet what is going on ?

We need Beneficiary history urgently
A while ago, I experienced issues with Electricity token purchases but it’s been rectified. Well done. In addition, please inform your tech team to create beneficiary history for electricity transactions and airtime/data purchases so I and other Smartcash customers don’t have to memorize 13 digit numbers or phone number when recharging. I could end up making mistake especially when I don’t have my phone (where it’s saved). Thanks for the cash back I have received on previous transactions.

Bad , can’t upgrade my account and I can’t transfer money out since for the past 2 hours they ask to upgrade my account wish I did put in my bvn but it was rejected So bad

Worst app with worst customer service
I have been logged out of my account for almost two months now, since mid May. I have called severally to resolve my issue they’re not helping. Once you are not using Airtel then they’ll lock you out once there is fund in your ur account and ask you to buy Airtel sim. Now I have not been able to access my money for two month and their customer care will promise to follow up and reach out to you but all is a lie. Just don’t use if you want customer service or you are not using Airtel line.
