Nothing really works. Multiple charges for the same service. Then its saying that my number doesnt exists… and the list goes on and on.

How can I use nojoom point before expiry while traveling.
Just horrible
The more changes they make the worse it gets. I’m annoyed any time I have to deal with it, and even more annoyed I have to bother writing a review. I guess having a market monopoly means quality standards be damned.

Your app is very very slow
A very bad app: it is very slow. Has too many bugs. Your live chat does not work at all, it hangs. Some of your function links are not explained properly. When you need to add a top-up to the existing package, for example, 5 riyals for local calls and sms, it says adding a package. This is confusing, is it adding to your existing plan for every following month or just one off. ???????? ….. many other problems …
Can’t top up
Since the update, the app crashes randomly. I am unable to make bill payments or too up when I’m out and about. I used to be able to use the app seamlessly before but recently very glitchy and inaccessible!

i need 180 day validity. 30 days is too less. this is a disgusting strat used by ooredoo to charge customers more. why break qr30 for 180days to qr10 for 30days. that's just stupid.

بطاقة هميان غير مقبوله
لما أجي ادفع ببطاقة هميان عن طريق Apple Pay يكتب لي البطاقة غير مقبوله وللعلم ان البطاقه موجوده في Apple Pay لكن لازم ادخل بيانات البطاقه يدوي ..!!!! طيب ليش البطاقه موجوده في Apple Pay و اقدر ادفع عن طريقها كل مكان إلا تطبيق Ooredoo .!!!

This is a very good app. I’m using broadband sim and while I was trying to check my payment history I found that there was an option to select from and to dates but when I tried to select it the calendar is not loading so cannot select dates. And even no payment history available, it’s just replicating blank. Unable to check the payment history. There are some bugs. Please rectify and solve it ASAP. Thank you
