I hate everyday app update!!! Why so many updates??? So annoying, I want to use the app for network reset and payment it asks for new update! EVERYTIME can you make one update a year! It’s annoying annoying annoying annoying

البرنامج ما يحترم حاجه العميل لاتمام عملية الدفع مباشرة فدائما يكرر تأخيرنا بعملية الدفع بالزامنا في التحديث قبل لا يمكنا من الوصول للشاشة. وهذا غباء مركب وقلة احترام لوقت العميل ولعدم رغبتنا بالتحديث وعدم حاجتنا للبرنامج لغير الدفع. لكن هوس التسويق والتسلط على بيانات الاخرين ومساحات التخزين الظاهر أكبر من انه يخلي الشركة تنتبه لخطأها

Issues with paying on this app
Since the beginning I have had issues with paying with my card and constantly have to go to a shop to pay. I have asked numerous times online and in shops but all I get is just use the machine and nothing about looking into the online payment issues.

لماذا يتم الغاء خدمة تحويل الرصيد ؟ وكذلك عدم الاستفادة من خدمات الشركة من انترنت ومكالمات من برنامج نجوم ؟ هل السبب تطفيش العملاء من الشركة والانتقال لشركة أخرى؟ والاجدر بكم تطوير الخدمات وليس الغاءها

Does NOT work
Every time I open this app, it crashes. No updates. No fixes. Just the same broken experience. And when it does manage to stay open? I’m bombarded with pop-ups trying to upsell features I don’t want. It’s like the developers are more interested in squeezing money out of users than actually improving the product. Oor wait… is this coming straight from the executive suite? Because it reeks of boardroom greed dressed up as “user engagement. Seriously—are you trying to make subscribers leave? Because it’s working.
update issue
the app requires update but on the app store there is no update. So, it won’t open.
Not practical
You can’t view your bill details and how they calculated or the previous history Plus you can’t do almost anything in the app Basically useless except you can pay the bill

أتمنى تحطون لنا خيار ان اللي عنده خطين او اكثر فواتير يطلعون مجدولين في نفس الحساب بدل ما أسجل خروج ودخول للخط الثاني وأتمنى فيه خيار دفع الكل مجموع الخطين في كي نت واحد وياريت تنزلون الفاتورة في موعد واحد انا عندي خطين الخط الاول تنزل فاتورته اخر الشهر والثاني اول الشهر بأسبوع. وشكرا لكم
