Come on ooredoo. Don’t be lazy. Update app for latest iOS versions. We are not getting services from the app. It’s getting error message on so many options

application turning off automatically
whenever i try to select a package and pay for it the application crashed at the bml or mib portal and when i try to signup for mfaisa crashes the application crashed too

Enable Notifications
It's very inconvenient to send a message from the Support Chat and not being notified once a reply is sent. Most of the times it's out of working hours when you remember to check and so the queries are delayed. Please do enable app notifications for Chat in the future updates. Other than that the app is quite useful for checking the balances and purchasing of add-ons.

Well I honestly love the big update you guys made, when the update went live I did have some bugs but hopefully those will be fixed over time right, over all I love the app and it’s features and it’s top notch.Keep bringing more and more updates and I am also looking forward into new data packages for especially prepaid customers
NOT AS ADVISED!!!
This app is slow. Highly unresponsive, crashes out of nowhere. It is just disappointing. It’s really unfortunate that we have no other choice. This needs to be improved
Vedhun & Club Premier Card issues
The new app does not have any access to Vedhun and also one week after the 10.0 app update there is no access to Club Premier Card with the 10.0.1 the issues were not solved. However, I would like to note that you guys did a great job with m-Faisaa.
NOT ABLE TO USE APP AFTER VPN IS OFF
I used a vpn on my phone and later came to find out that the app isn’t working at all even after the VPN server was turned off. This is quite inconvenient.
Check the terms
Clause 2 of the terms & conditions state how the app is a secure payment mode while clause 4 states how Ooredoo won't be liable for any credit/debit credit being used without authorization. Great!

Worst service. Packages are too expensive. App is down most of the time . And when it comes to network turtle runs much faster . Thank you

This app has been very good so far but I think there should also be a dark mode. So please include it in an upcoming update. Thanks.

Spotted alot of bugs..after recharge, it doesn’t show that it has balance on the phone number..

App created just for a name not worth calling a “brand”
After using the app for so many years,(because there is no other option), it is frustrating that we have to say ooredoo is not designed and programmed to help their customers. with these fancy names on the app and so much PR activities, still lack efficiency in attending to simple customer queries. They activate the package and you cannot even trace your last payment even though there is a feature to click view payment history. It doesn’t show anything even if we recharge using the app. Automatically deducts and then there’s no proof to show that.
Need some fixes
- menus and widgets are too sensitive to touch. Easily clickable while scrolling the page which is annoying - No slide from left to right to go back. While its too easy clickable people have to reach top corner to actually press the button to go back. - going back to previous menu reloads the whole page in moolee. It takes time and have to search and scroll all the way down to the previous location to end up clicking another items and repeat the whole thing again.

I have taken post paid before the name Ooredoo was charged from wataniya. But I used to have a Dhiraag post paid but I lost my post paid becoz I did not pay the bills coz only I have to go and wait on a long que and I don’t have that much time to waste. So I’m glad that now I’m having my post paid and also paying my bill with out wasting time. 😊💯😊
Worst app to deal with
Nothing works properly, app crashes all the time.

Still it’s showing a Club Premiere Platinum card when i have Ooredoo Club Premiere Premium card

The application was working fine once it was updated to the latest version, its not opening anymore. It’s saying your device has unauthorized modifications

App is not stable!!
Hi, This app is facing issues. Please update the app for latest iOS. Too many lags and buggs in this app. App gets slow and lags, also the UI and touch is not stable. It’s a pain to take a service from this app now. it has been like this since iOS15 update. Now i am on iOS15.5 and still i face these issues. it has been a long time since this issue. Call history
I tried a lot to check the call history of my postpaid and prepaid from the application. However, every time whenever I tried the respond says “no found” can anyone help on this.

Good app but not good for iPad
This app works best to buy data, and to recharge , but when uses in iPad , we will not get any messages, and hence if you unable to reset password ... If you are using iPad and if forget your password this app is hell,
